Great place to be

I really liked the atmosphere, the ambience, the friendliness of the staff, the room, the location. More or less everything was nice and good thought about. Some small nice little attentions made it even better (coffee/croissants in the morning, popcorn on the bed, and because of carnaval some extra attention with baloons and glitter in the room

Top hotel, voor herhaling vatbaar

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Zeer klantvriendelijk en servicegericht. Mooie en schone kamer. Er worden kosteloos croissants, fruit, koffie en thee aangeboden in de ochtend.

Je kan je auto niet even dichtbij zetten om bijv. je bagage uit te laden

Super Hotel!! Sehr gerne wieder!!!

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Sehr City nah und alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Einfach perfekt! Das Familienzimmer sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es wurde ein kleines Frühstück angeboten, obwohl nicht in der Buchung beschrieben. Einfach Top!

Einen kleinen Punktabzug gibt es für die Lage des Familienzimmers. Es befindet sich im Hinterhof, direkt neben dem Anliefereingang. Somit früh morgens etwas lauter.

Prima locatie in het centrum. Vriendelijk personeel en schone kamer. Handig dat we met z'n drie een familiekamer konden boeken.

Net als een eerder bezoek rond een uur of 1 's nachts geluid op de binnenplaats van collega's die na hun dienst elkaar uitgebreid gedag zeggen en scooters starten, daar werden wij wakker van. Erg warme dekens en slappe kussens.

The location was perfect, it was walking distance to all the sites. The staff were all so so very friendly and accommodating!!! The beds were comfortable, too. We got croissants, fruits and coffee for breakfast - simple but enough to start a good day!

We would be happy for a fridge inside the room!!

We had a very pleasant stay. Everything was perfect and the room was very clean and as it shown in the pictures. Modern design. Great location. Would choose it again for our stay in Venlo!

It was central, the staff went above and beyond if you had any requests or questions. Staff were friendly and very quick service.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room but you could get from downstairs and take to your room during open hours.

It was a great stay mainly because of the very accommodating and welcoming Staff at Mr. Jigs. :)

The Staff were Amazing! The LOCATION! The Croissant and the Coffee for Breakfast! The Bed was comfortable and the room was just the right space and the TV had chromecast!

It was a perfect stay!

We liked everything! it’s not always easy to find a hotel room for a (young) family. Mr Jigs shows how every hotel should do this. rooms are spacious and clean and on ground level. The shower was perfect. Chromecast is available, so we could watch Netflix. the next day we had a simple but delicious breakfast (that’s included). We come back for sure!

Amazing

• Staff were so friendly and helpful • Super modern and clean rooms • The lobby/bar is so beautiful • Free croissants, fruits and hot drinks every morning • Location is perfect; few minutes from the main station, few minutes to the main city center (walking)

• Amazing bathroom design but it’s somehow transparent and might be uncomfortable for some people

Great affordable hotel concept. The family room was perfect, hosts were great, handy location!

Excellent. Definitely staying here again.

I suppose Mr. Jigs is a wannabe modern discount hotel. Well done on all sides. The staff was very helpful, particularly to someone who has never stayed in Venlo before. No actual breakfast to speak of, although croissants, fruit and yoghurt were offered for free. No complaints. Location was great. The room was comfortable, the bar / cafe was equally welcoming. I can't say enough good things about the staff. Lovely people. The shower set-up is actually kind of amusing. It wasn't thought through, at least in the room I was staying in, which meant using extra towels to mop up the water. You'll see what I mean. All in all, a great stay and I will definitely go back.

Hotel was in a great location near to train Station and very central to the lovely town of Venlo

Location was excellent, friendly staff, good value for money, free breakfast was nice touch.

Only complaint would be that our ground floor end room was a bit noisy, bins where right outside window and staff used fire exit door.
