Tolle Unterkunft

Sehr gutes Frühstück, sauberes Zimmer, nettes Personal. Werden für nächstes Jahr da wieder buchen.

Im Bad fehlt Ablage für seine Badutensielen. Es fehlt ein Regal oder kleines Schränkchen.

Kleines gemütliches Hotel, mit tollem Frühstück

Eine tolle, sehr zentral Unterkunft. Das Zimmer war schön eingerichtet. Wasserkocher, Kaffee, Tee, Kaffeesahne und zwei kleine Flaschen Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Das Frühstück war perfekt und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Zimmer ok, Service eher ziemlich schlecht und unaufmerksam...

Lage sehr zentral, sauberes Zimmer, komfortables Bad, nettes Café im unteren Bereich...

Nachts bis 3 Uhr morgens totaler Terror durch eine Gasstätte/Club gegenüber. Man musste Ohrenstöpsel tragen. diese wurden zwar auch im Zimmer ausgelegt, aber wir hätten nicht damit gerechnet diese benutzen zu müssen Personal im Café absolut unaufmerksam, ständig mit sich selbst, im Handy oder anderen organsisatorischen Kleinigkeiten für das Café beschäftigt. Man wird erstmal gar nicht beachtet und muss ständig auf sich aufmerksam machen. Sehr unerfahrenes, junges Personal. Unsere Essenbestellung wurde vergessen, aber zumindest wurde als Entschuldigung ein Getränk von der Rechnung gestrichen. Beim Frühstück wird nicht danach gefragt ob man Vegetarier oder Veganer ist (für uns heutzutage eigentlich ein Muss) Als Veganer hätte man das Frühstück gar nicht essen können. Nett angerichtet aber viel zu altbacken, keine Alternativen für Veganer oder Vegetarier, obwohl es auf der Speisekarte des Haupt-Cafés eigentlich ganz gutes Essen (auch vegan) gibt. Ein 2. Kaffee kostet beim Frühstück direkt extra. Bei den Übernachtungspreisen einfach absolut nicht angebracht.

Ein traumhaftes kleines Hotel , süße Zimmer ! Tolles Essen und sehr sehr freundliches Personal . Tolle Lage , abends schon sehr laut aber man bekommt Ohrstöpsel! Und dann ist es super .. ich komme gerne wieder ♥️

Comfortabel klein hotel in het gezellige centrum van Venlo

Prima verblijf: uitstekende locatie, midden in de stad, het uitgaansgebied, de winkels, musea, de parken van Venlo. De B & B is op zichzelf kleinschalig en comfortabel, met ruime, schone en rustige kamers. Het "continentale" ontbijt is uitstekend, in een gezellige sfeer. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig.

Very nice, gerne wieder

Great location, nice little hotel, friendly staff, cosy room, soft bed (to soft for me, my girl liked it a lot), clean bathroom. We were there for the ,,zomerparkfeest" which is a very nice festival (music, culture, ...) and only maybe 1000m away from this hotel. All in all very good and nice!

The hole town was in party mood, so there was noise till 5 o'clock am on the street. It was no problem for us, but we were surprised :D

The breakfast was very tasty. The staff was very nice and the rooms were large and clean.

The small steps of the stairs, but this can not be changed because of the old building. Rooms one and two can also be very noisy because of the bar at night at least from Sunday to Monday, but the accommodation provides earplugs.

Highly recommend this place if you were traveling along the euro Velo 19 route.

Nice location in the town and a really great breakfast. The staff was helpful, and the room was very comfortable. Highly recommend to stay here.

The stairs were challenge carrying luggage .

Characterful and convenient. Excellent communal space. Very clean. Amazing breakfast. Bike storage an issue but they let us store them in the corridor. A nuisance for other guests.. Great restaurant opposite owned by same company. Be aware of very steep and narrow stairs.. Two flights to bedrooms.

In both hotel and restaurant a little work on customer service would help guests feel more welcome. It did improve with time.

Lovely bright sunny room. Substantial breakfast. Parking very close by & reasonable.

Not our problem but maybe would be noisy on a weekend night. we were there on a Monday & very quiet. Maybe a bread toaster in the common area.

Friendly staff. Great location. Stairs were a bit of an issue for our older travelers but that was my fault. Breakfast was included and was excellent. Great stay.
