Fantastic Villa, perfect for a stay near beaches, bars, city centre

Fantastic communication with the hosts from the moment of booking. Multiple recommendations and reassurance with anything that was needed throughout the stay. Car space available and and very handy as parking around the area can be non existent as small streets. 10min drive away from iso-bella beach and 15min drive from the main city of Taromina. Great facilities with a very cute terrace to have breakfast in the morning. Naxos beach a 15min walk with great beach bars. All in all everything we required for a 4 day stay near beaches, bars and restaurants.

Apartment located up 3 flights of stairs but was not an issue

Das war sehr sehr schönes Urlaub!

Der Gastgeber hat auf uns im Haus gewartet. Als wir angekommen sind, hat er uns die Wohnung gezeigt und aller erklärt. War auch immer per Watsapp erreichbar. Wenn es welche Fragen oder Problemen gab, hat er sehr schnell reagiert. Es gab ein nettes Willkommensgeschenk. Am Schluss hat er uns (wahrscheinlich wegen ein Paar Unbequemlichkeiten, die es gab) ein großen Geschenk aus sizilianischen Spezialitäten gemacht. Der Strand ist in 1 min. zu Fuß erreichbar - das ist toll! Auch die Terrasse war wunderschön. Wir haben unseres gemütliches Zusammensitzen da sehr genossen!

Der Pool, der auf den Fotos abgebildet ist, hat leider nicht funktioniert, auch die Badewanne konnte man nicht nutzen, weil das Wasserabfluss nicht dicht war. Die Spülmaschine konnte man zwar nutzen, aber danach ergab sich eine ziemlich große Pfütze am Boden. Der Abgasen Gestank auf den Straßen, obwohl im Haus selbst und auf der Terrasse war davon nichts zu merken.

Loved the balcony

The owner of the place is very courteous and attentive. The apartment is stilishly decorated with Sicilian motifs, and the beautiful balcony is great for dining outside. AC and a water reservoir have been life saving in a week of very high temperatures. Highly recommended.

Very good stay, appartment better than I excepted!

Best localization in Giardini Naxos, better place to stay then Taormina. Everything is close. Appartment is very nice, equipped with everything you need! Owner ready to halp and answer any questions. I think I couldn't choose better.

I was there only 7 days :-), widh to stay longer!

Wonderful, modern and clean apartment in Naxos

lovely, authentic and modern apartment in one of the most beautiful apartments in Naxos, amazing host who gave us so many good advices for Taormina and Sicily, private parking included

lack of essential kitchen equipment (scissors, cutting board), indoor table/chairs would have been nice for rainy weather

Superb

We really enjoyed the terrace and property was well equipped. Good location for the main area of resort and also Taormina. We were able to use their private space for our hire car which was really helpful as otherwise would need to pay for nearby parking

The property is right next to a train line so although we generally got used to it we did find on occasion the train noise woke us up

Amazing stay - highly recommend

Absolutely amazing. Hosts are incredibly nice and friendly, Graziella and Emanuele are both anytime willing to help with anything needed, received so many recommendations on what to do and see. Apartment was spacious and clean, 2 small balconies where you can enjoy your coffee and breakfast, having all the facilities needed. It is literally 2 min walking distance to beach and plenty of shops, bars, terraces, restaurants few steps away. The area itself is more quiet, relaxed, less crowded, exactly what I was looking for and was an excellent choice. I will come back for sure! Big hug and big thank you!

Lovely apartment 2 mins walk from the Beach

Location of the apartment is amazing, 2 mins walk to the beach, 5 mins walk to restaurants, bars, shops. 10 minutes walk to the train station. The hosts were lovely, the apartment was a traditional Italian studio apartment with 2 little balconies. Good wifi, great aircon, hosts were always there if we needed them.

Exceptional

Excellent studio, clean, equipped, with absolutely everything we needed, located in a quiet area. It is very close to the beach (2 minutes from the free beach, about 5 minutes from the nearest Lido). It is not in Taormina, but the bus station is about 5 minutes walk. The road to Taormina by bus takes about 10-15 minutes (I do not remember exactly the cost of a ticket, I think it was around 1.5 EUR). Also the train station is close (10-15min walk) which was an advantage to visit other areas.

I can't find any negative aspects.

Exceptional

The apartment is very clean, close to the beach and to one of the best coffee shops in Giardini Naxos. Graziella is an amazing host, super kind and nice. She gave us the best recommendation for places to eat and drink.

Great!

Beautiful, big accomodation with a lot of rooms, gadgets, next to the sea and a lot of good restaurants. If I come back to Sicily, I will for sure book this apartment again!!

Lovely days

The apartment is really new, with every comfort, very clean, with two beautiful bedrooms, the mattresses are really comfy, with ceiling air conditioning. The free beach is one minute from home, is very beautiful, crystal clear water and for the month of May quite warm, we had lunch in a nice outdoor restaurant, right above the beach, with a view of the wonderful Taormina. The railway station can be reached and all trains stop there, even to go to Catania and Syracuse.

Amazing trip

We spent a short but nice holiday, the house is very spacious, bright and quiet. The hosts were welcoming and kind. The linen was clean and fragrant. We dined on the terrace under the canopy it was beautiful with a view of the roof garden and the surrounding countryside. The next day we spent the morning on the beach that can be reached in an instant. The historic center is very nice, there are restaurants and bars where you can enjoy amazing granitas and ice creams, and excellent aperitifs. We tried the best arancini in the world, and the supermarkets are really cheap and full of amazing home products. We reach Taormina by bus in 10 min (bus stop is in front of the house). We also went to Isola Bella by bus that is super close as well. We wish to be back soon.
