The Blue House is a clean, comfortable, surprisingly large studio within easy walking distance to downtown Bentonville. It’s situated in a quiet, residential neighborhood about 2 blocks from the downtown shops and restaurants, so you can enjoy all the offerings from the square and then walk home for a good night’s sleep. A perfect spot - I’ve stayed here multiple times and would absolutely stay here again.

Very sweet and comfortable!! Everything you could ever need tucked into a cute little apartment ❤️ has stuff to cook full meals and clean up. Laundry if needed. Even a sewing kit and first aid now who does that nowadays!! Will be staying agin!!

Very cute one bedroom flat with everything we needed to have a comfortable and great time in Bentonville. We enjoyed coffee, snacks and water that the owner provided. Also it was an easy walk to wonderful restaurants and great breweries. The bed was super comfortable. I definitely recommend this property and would gladly stay here again.

The Blue Flower was a true delight—cozy, well appointed, and totally charming. Check in and check out were easy. We loved the special touches—plenty of bottled water and thoughtfully chosen snacks. This host hits it out of the park. We will definitely choose to stay here during our next trip to Bentonville!

Amazing location just a block or two from downtown. Host was amazingly responsive. The apartment has everything you could need with a fully stocked kitchen and great bathroom (even has a lockable bike shed). Cannot recommend enough.

What a adorable place to stay. Decorated so nicely. It wasn't to clean. The hammock was nice to lay and read. The outdoors was dirty Needs to be cleaned up! Needs some cleaning inside too. Linen closet was so messy. The burners were gross. Nice to walk into town. No bikes though.

2nd street retreat was just absolutely the best. It was tucked away and cozy. You got to park right outside your door. No one bothered you. Inside was nice and clean. Everything you need was there. Bathroom was clean. Water pressure was great. Toilet worked great. Washer and dryer was great. The king size bed was so comfy. Five stars. We definitely give this place a thumbs up.

We loved our stay here - the space is so cozy and comfortable. Beautifully decorated, all the small appliances you might need are available, lovely bath linens. A huge plus was that we could walk to and from the square - easy to navigate by foot and a quick walk! Would definitely stay here again!

A very nice studio cottage just three blocks from the town square. Very nicely furnished in a quite neighborhood. There is a nice bike shed for storing bikes and equipment. You are only about 5 blocks from the main trailhead. We will certainly stay here again if available.

This is a great location if you want to walk, bike or hike to the downtown area, Crystal Bridges or the Momentary. Lots of places to eat and some cool shops. Host was very responsive and the cottage is very cute!

This cute and efficient studio was just as described and provided a comfortable, convenient and enjoyable stay in Bentonville where we came to attend a wedding. It was quiet, private and had everything we needed and was just a couple of blocks to the Bentonville Square. The host had flowers in little vases and bottled water, a great coffee selection, and really nice extra touches. We loved the area and plan to return to explore more - and we would definitely stay here again!

This place was PERFECT! The location was better than I thought. Literally 2 min walk or bike to downtown Bentonville. Perfect place for foodies or those who mountain bike. The beds were comfy. The shower was great. The place had enough room for our family of four. It’s a cute studio, but we weren’t in the room for most of the day so the size didn’t bother us. The kitchen was stocked with all the things you would need - blender, coffee, hot water pot, and plenty of other items that makes eating in a breeze (although with all the great food in walking distance we didn’t eat in!). Michelle was so helpful and gave us great suggestions. She was around if we needed her and very attentive to anything we asked. Best host!! We will definitely be back to Bentonville and this will be the only place we will stay!

The studio was super cute, clean, and exactly as advertised; it's just a couple blocks to downtown, super easy to get to, and super walkable when you get there! The kitchen is set-up for meal-prep and had great glassware for drinks and apps; the shower was awesome and a full-sized w/d made repacking so nice. I don't know how they got this accommodation into this little place, but it's laid out perfectly for a week in the area. The hosts were great with quick communication when we had some travel changes and also provided great recommendations to restaurants and attractions. We loved the Crystal Bridges Museum (world class) and the outdoor installations made it all the better; also visited the Native American and Wal*Mart Museums which were full of information and great staff. We made day trips out to the Pea Ridge Military National Park, Eureka Springs, Thorncrown Chapel, the Hobbs State Conservation Area, and the War Eagle Mill, all of which we would recommend to anyone visiting!

We stayed here with our 13 year old daughter and we all were very comfortable! Everything was decorated so cute and they have things set up to make a small space very functional. Because of Covid, we ordered carry out and brought most of our meals back to the apartment to eat. Michele has thoughtfully stocked the kitchen and we appreciated the snacks and water provided. All the linens and towels were like new and the space was very quiet. My daughter loved being able to watch movies on the big TV and slept comfortably on the pullout couch bed. The North Forest Lights exhibit was awesome and we loved being so close to the museum. We would happily come again!

We just checked out of The Blue Cottage. It was perfect for my husband and me. Michele needs to give up VRBO rentals and go help other VRBO’s decorate their places. She thought of everything and it looks exactly like the photos. Actually, it’s even better because you cannot see all her fabulous touches. There is no closet, but she has this great system on the wall where you can hang his and her clothes above the 2 suitcase racks. Genius!! If you want to cook(we didn’t) she has olive oil, some spices. Very nice cookware and 3 very sharp knives. She has a Keurig and even provides you with the K-cups, cream and sweetner. There is a nice stack washer and dryer. I walked to the Crystal Bridges and it is only 1.1 miles; much less into town and lots of good restaurants. We found this to be a great place for 2 people, close to everything. Once our car was parked, we never used it except to leave town to visit other places. Highly recommend this Vrbo.

We loved this cottage so much. It was clean, organized and very well thought out. It had so many small details that we appreciated. Such as the two hanger poles with hangers to the throws on the sofa. We felt right at home.
