Great stay & brilliant hosts

Location was close to the train station (12 min walk) which meant at night far enough away from the town centre but close enough to walk. Apartment was great, nice to have some outside space and Enrico & Adrianna were amazing hosts, Chico the dog was as predicted the star, who loved a tummy rub! The room was great for the 3 of us & breakfast was the best, Enrico even made sure my lactose free son had options 😍, Enrico also arranged the Pompeii tour which was reasonably priced & our guide was fantastic thanks Enrico I have already recommended you!

L’accoglienza e la disponibilità del personale e la chiave all’occhiello di questa struttura. Nonostante un disguido con le camere hanno cercato di darci la migliore camera possibile venendoci in contro. Super consigliato

Purtroppo non avevamo capito che una delle camere era nel piano seminterrato ma ci hanno cambiato la camera almeno per una notte (ovviamente in base alla disponibilità di prenotazione). Purtroppo la camera giù era un po’ rumorosa e con un lieve odore di umidità.

Pięknie urządzony pokój. Pachnące ręczniki tez umiliły czas po prysznicu. Wspaniały kontakt z właścicielka mimo iż nie mówi po angielsku. Pyszne śniadanie. Bardzo dobra atmosfera :)

Nie było nic co nie spełniło moich oczekiwań.

Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat sehr gut Deutsch gesprochen. Das Frühstück war liebevoll hergerichtet. Sie sind sehr tierlieb und aufmerksam. Trotz unserer sehr spontanen Buchung hat es uns an nichts gemangelt und es wurde alles sehr schön für uns hergerichtet.

Good location with nice staff

The location is excellent with free parking close by and the town a few steps away. The staff is nice and the breakfast service also very good with some dolci, fruits/juice and coffee.

The room is in a basement with a string smell of moss and no light. The pillows are worn out and in desperate need of upgrading. The Internet signals are totally out in one part of the room.

Nice place to visit Pompei

Staff very friendly and available. The room was well decorated, very nice bathroom. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is good. Good location, close to Pompei centre.

The room was located in the basement, with no view and lack of natural light.

great and welcoming location to visit Pompei and Amalfi coast

sparkling clean and sufficiently big rooms with A/C, nice renovated building and athmosphere with garden and sunbeds to relax after a long day. Enrico was a very welcoming, friendly and helpful host who gave us lots of tips and with perfect communication before and during the stay, the breakfast was really good. The hotel is a 15-20min walk away from the Pompei site with many small groceries on its way. There is a really good family-run pizzeria just around the corner of the hotel where we had traditional, take-away pizzas twice during our stay. there is a calm parking lot 20 meters from the hotel where you can leave your car for free. overall I clearly recommend this place and would return. thanks Enrico for your hospitality!

The hospitality was next level. The owner spoke great English and was very accommodating and friendly. His wife (I’m guessing) greeted us, and she was equally friendly and helpful, even though her English was limited. They even made the breakfast buffet very early for us, as we had to leave to catch a train. Can only recommend and we will definitely stay here again, if we ever return to Pompeii!

The accomodattion was clean. The breakfast was good..

The accomodattion is little bit far from the ruins. When I arrived at 4am in the morning we feld a very bad smell in the town.

I would only stay here when I n the region.

I thought Enrique and his family were wonderful. We became fast friends, actually asked them to visit us in America. Also Enrique was an incredible guide to the ruins. He gives the most passionate tour.

The breakfast is homemade, exceptional. Location is walking distance from Pompei archaeological park. Free parking is available. The hosts are very pleasant.

I highly recommend Maison de Charme to any visitors to Pompei as it is good value for money!

This review is for a B&B and not a hotel which is why I didn't give a maximum rating for the facilities even though I was aware that breakfast is served in the well-kept garden and that there were sunbathing beds in the garden. As the warmer season hadn't started when we stayed there we couldn't experience these options. It is a family-run business and all members of the friendly were extremely helpful and friendly with Enrico speaking very good English which is a big plus if you don't speak Italian.

You probably need to like walking if you stay at Maison de Charme as it is a 10/15 minute walk to the centre of Pompei where you will find all the town's attractions. You could drive to the town centre but you would would have to find parking spaces which may not be too easy.

Great place to stay in the Naples area

This place was great for our stay in Pompei - the facilities are comfortable, good breakfast, big free parking, great host (Enrico made us feel very welcome and gave us great recommendations). The place is approx. 15 minutes walk from all restaurants and bars in the center.

very enjoyable experience. the owner, Enrico, was a great host and was also a fantastic guide for the Pompei ruins.

the shower temperature at the end of the day was lukewarm. in the morning it was nice and hot.

Amazing place & people, we will be back!

Small family run B&B, nestled in a lovely landscaped garden. Quiet location on the outside of the main town but walking distance to the center. Lovely spacious clean rooms with access to enjoy the gardens outside. The breakfast was very good & they would cater to any requests (the cheese omelette was amazing) The owner could not have been more welcoming and helpful with a fantastic knowledge of the area & its history.

Getting there is a bit hard via trains. Not the property's fault, but you need to make sure you take the train to Pompei Santurario. Call ahead to Enrico and he probably will come pick you up.

Comfy bed, nice bathroom. Breakfast was good You can walk to one of the entrances of Pompei from here About the area: The Roof - rooftop bar was great to watch the sunset We went up Mount Vesuvius. We didn't realise you need to pay for tickets in advance online so do this if you plan to go. There is a bus you can get from outside Pompei which is good to avoid driving the narrow roads
