Staff work very hard and most very friendly. Karan on reception is ace
The room was very tired with a stained loo seat and chipped bath. Teeny weeny TV that was impossible to watch. 18 euro to use the safe. Room was stifling and cannot operate air conditioning as the staff do it from reception
Breakfast good but evening meal awful

Right on the beach and a very relaxed atmosphere. All staff were very friendly.
Could do with some TLC as a lot of areas are worn and outdated. There was also limited food choices for vegetarians - mainly just salad.

Attentive staff and location.
Clean rooms and loved the proximity to nature reserve.

Location was amazing - right on the beach. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and varied. On site restaurant was perfect for lunch. Pool was good, lots of sun beds. Our room was a superior sea-view. Definitely worth the extra price for the wrap around balcony.
Wifi wasn't very good. I paid for it and it still didn't connect. Had to pay for the use of the safe, which I found strange.

lovely staff, fantastic location literally on beachs door step, nice cafes for lunch around. Magaluf is an hours taxi and around €95 each way. great activities by pool in mornings.

Absolute diamond of a hotel. The beach from bar made us feel like we were in the Caribbean. The animator David was brilliant, funny and worked so hard to keep everyone entertained.
Everything. Friendly and helpful staff, lovely location.

The room was clean and large with a lovely sea view. The location was great with a bus stop in walking distance, plenty of shops around and lovely local eateries. The hotel itself also had a lovely pool and not even a minute away from the beach! Breakfast was lovely and we definitely recommend the stay!

I highly recommend the hotel, all the employees are super kind and efficient. The lady at the restaurant Felisa was super kind and helpful.
I came by bus and it was only 5 minutes from the hotel.
And the bonus of attractions at night is the icing on the cake
It was very pleasant to be in this hotel, I will certainly be back.
I just did not like the cleaning, I've thought it was ver poor

Nice stay in general, very good value for money.
Despite the renovation, you can see that the hotel is old (built in '68)

Nice Beach just in front of the hotel, Nice view grom our room
Part of the town where it was located was when we were there rather calm. The specificatie type of buffet breakfast in bigger hotels is nog something we are very fond of.

It's a very well run hotel that I woouldbrecommenf
This hotel is top class. Its on the beach.
Its very clean
Rooms are cleaned each days and towels changed. Staff are friendly and helpful.
They are all in spotlessly clean uniforms.
The food is very good with great choices for all meals. Pancakes & omelette made to order.
Great salads & desserts.
Dining room is very organised. Food is always replenished when the display goes low.
The Staff on my side Rosa, Esther and Raul work hard. They are a credit to the hotel.
Marian on reception is most helpful.
The entertainment guy is great. Does a great job.

The bed was very comfy. The view on the beach side was amazing. And the location is just incredible. Being able to go to your room whenever you want or need from the beech is great.
The floor and the toilet was still wet from cleaning. They could have told me to wait for 10 minutes. WiFi password hasn't been given during check in. No mini fridge in the room.

Location,
Very helpful and supportive reception staff
Uncomfortable, over used bed matresess.
Use more plastic gloves than hand sanitizer in the dining room

Lovely location, helpful staff and clean room. My only issue is the lack of functioning air conditioning. I know the hotel is one of the oldest in the area but despite rooms being refurbished the air con is very weak and is on a central timer. When I arrived in Mallorca it was 35 degrees and even not much cooler at night so this made my sleep uncomfortable. I would stay again but possibly in low season when not so hot if this cannot be fixed (and I know there are energy saving laws in the Balearics which hinder things like this too).

Super friendly staff and great location of the hotel!

Well, the hotel and rooms are renovated, however, it's difficult not to see that hotel is old and old-school! But good effort!👍
I particularly don't like big hotels, so the few guests in such a big hotel really felt like a spooky:)

Sea view
I stayed for a week and never once had a change of sheets or towels. The daily clean is just making the bed, very surface level
