I stayed Friday night through Sunday night and had an excellent time until Monday morning when I was ready to check out. I was packing and picked up my own pillow and there were two little black bugs there which I had not seen before. I’m pretty sure they were not bedbugs. Maybe it’s because the bed is not cleaned underneath since it is against the walls. Maybe vacuuming under the bed would be helpful? Other than that it was an excellent apartment. Great location, and fully equipped.

All Around Amazing!
The property was in the perfect part of Williams, downtown, but not DIRECTLY in the middle of town. Cute, quiet, and clean studio for a 2-day getaway to cooler weather and other amazing things Arizona has to offer. Kim, the host, was incredibly communicative and pleasant! I loved the small touches to make it more kid friendly, including kids plates/bowls/etc to not stress me out if they dropped something. The studio was very clean and the mini-splits in both rooms was a great addition (most NoAZ homes don’t have A/C!) I would absolutely stay here and/or at a location that Kim manages again. Thank you!!

Cute and Cozy
Location was convenient, host was friendly and accommodating with great recommendations. We really loved our walk around the beautiful Dogtown Lake in the beautiful Kaibab forest. My husband and I did a huge tour of Arizona from Tucson to Phoenix, to Sedona, to Page, to the Grand Canyon, finally ending up at this cozy and comfortable spot. It was a great ending to our journey!

Great for a couple’s bucket list trip
We found the chalet was perfect for what we needed. Also enjoyed Dara Thai Twisters twice! Lots of other restaurants within that can be easily walked to. About Hours drive to Grand Canyon and Oak Creek forest area (Slide Rock Park), which are both “must sees” if you are here. We would definitely use the Chalet again if we ever have the opportunity to return!

Perfect place, location, and property manager!!
The “Little Chalet” is must stay if you visit Williams, Arizona! The rental property is a great space with everything you could need. Perfect location to walk to restaurants, shops, and the Train that takes you to the Grand Canyon Village (south rim). Kim was excellent! Responded quickly to every question and had very helpful suggestions on the local area! 5 stars all the way!!

Cute getaway
The property is just as pictured in the VRBO listing!! We are so impressed with how big the space felt even though sf is low. It was the perfect retreat for the 3 of us. Kim was easy to keep in contact with if there were any questions! This property is also across the street from our favorite pizza place! We will be staying here again.

Home away from Home
I found this perfect little place on line in Williams Arizona for my girlfriend and I for three nights.
This little slice of heaven is located in town on the historic route 66 and is next to all the shopping and eating your heart desires.
I'm not one to spend a lot of money on a place while on vacation because i tend not to use it other than to sleep but this place was amazing, hands down one of the best places I have ever rented while on vacation and on a budget.
This Home away from Home had everything you could ever ask for including a small laundry room with all the necessary needs to wash and dry. In the Kitchen. cooking and bake ware, dishes, drinking glasses, cooking and eating utensils, some cooking spices and a water container filled with filtered water in the fridge...oh! and a great coffee bar with everything you need to start your day.
The bathroom had a hair dryer, portable heater, large bottles of shampoo and conditioner and many different sizes of body and hand towels....wow!
The place had one small bedroom with a Qween size bed in it but real magic of the place was a very comfortable hideaway bed that was a few feet away from an awesome looking fireplace. Great, great place. In my opinion, you couldn't ask or need anything more as far as I'm concerned in a place and while on a budget. Awesome!, Awesome! place.
Thank you Kim for the hard work and beauty you put into your place, it was very much appreciated.

This was my first time using VRBO and it did not disappoint. This place is amazing! Right off of the old Route 66 strip. The beds were so comfortable and everything was provided. The owner was extremely helpful and there are instructions to everything. I will definitely be staying here again

Ideal
Have you ever needed that place where you could just lie down and rest? This is it. Right on Route 66. We almost thought we were back in the movie "Cars." For our family of three is is just what we needed. Our flight was canceled due to weather, but we still made it into Williams (that's a whole different story)... Anyway, our host was wonderful. Kim communicated with us way before our trip began. Then upon getting closer, she reached out to see if we needed anything specific. We had to communicate with her when we thought our flight might be canceled and we might miss a night at the studio (fortunately, we did not). The studio is perfect. Beds were comfortable, area is very quite, kitchen had what we needed. Location is great, an our from the south rim of the Grand Canyon. Williams is a nice spot. Staying on Route 66, even better. If you get a chance, this is the place to stay. Our family highly recommends it. If we ever get back that way, we will want to stay here again. Thanks so much for a wonderful start to our vacation.

Book this for your vacation to the Grand Canyon!
This property is located one block off Rte. 66, located in the middle of the town of Williams, a couple blocks from the Grand Canyon Train Tour, and a hop, skip, and a jump away from restaurants, shopping, and general touring of the famous Rte. 66. The property was very clean, well-stocked with the essentials (coffee, towels, cooking utensils, and the like), and quiet. That last is a bit of a surprise, given that the property is a block off Rte. 66, but we noticed no noise from either traffic or from the few neighbors. There is one bedroom, but the Murphy bed in the living room is VERY comfortable, and although we wouldn't consider using it in the summer, there is a gas fireplace in the living room which seems would provide a nice ambiance in the cooler months. The bathroom was well-provisioned with towels and everything else we needed, as was the kitchen. Altogether a very good experience. We had no need to contact the owners because everything ran so smoothly. My sister and I had a great time; the people of Williams are MOST hospitable. We had a great time!

Outstanding!!
This is by far the cutest, most organized, well thought out, detailed and adorable little place. The notes in the welcome book and tips were very helpful. If we come back to the area we will definitely stay here. If you’re in the area, you must stay here! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

Cute Condo
This was a cute condo perfect for a family of four! Our girls (ages 6 & 10) found the board games and played while we cooked breakfast and enjoyed our coffee provided by the owners in the morning. It was perfectly located downtown and we didn’t have to drive anywhere! We checked out the Deer Farm that was a short drive away and visited the Grand Canyon! We will definitely check it out next time we take a family vacation up to Williams!

Great stay.
We were new to Williams, visiting grandson and family camping in Kaibab Forest. The property is right in town. Easy to walk to restaurants and stores. The place was very well appointed. We didn't cook, but could see everything one might need was there.
We expect to stay there again. People very nice.

What a find!
We were beyond impressed by the location (right on Route 66), cleanliness, and attention to detail in this little gem of a studio! The property manager Kim was not only accommodating, but immediately responsive to any question we had!! This studio fit a family of 3 (2 adults /1 child) perfectly. Less than a 10 minute drive to many lakes and Bearizona. We would return in a heartbeat!
