This was a last minute booking. Jess was very accommodating and made us very welcome. The room was lovely, spacious and comfortable. It was lovely having breakfast in the room at a lovely table and chairs.
Breakfast was continental, very well presented and delicious.
Easy parking and easy to walk to several local pubs. Easy drive to some local attractions.

Compact (converted garage?) but very clean and comfortable. I liked the decor. Powerful shower, with plentiful hot water. Wonderful breakfasts every morning, with hot pastries and very generous bowls of fresh fruit being the highlights. Our hostess, Jess, was very friendly and helped us with our enquiries e.g. local pubs to eat at. Ideal location for the Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.
The description said there would be a sofa - there wasn't. There was a double bed, with a table and 2 chairs.

The breakfast was excellent as too were the hosts, tea and coffee was in ample supply as was fresh milk. There was an iron/board and games. Great location, The property was very clean and well kept.
We did feel that the bed was a little on the small size and the bathroom was rather cramped, and the tv could do with relocation.

Wonderful breakfast
Friendly host
Fresh milk and coffee

Small en suite possibly unsuitable for larger guests or with disabilities (it was OK for us)

Easy walk from the railway station and bus station. Ideally suited for a number of attractions. The breakfasts were sumptuous, Jess could not have been more helpful.

The breakfast of fresh fruit salad, yogurt and pancakes made a pleasant change.
The layout of the house enabled us to come and go without disturbing the proprietors, the room was large enough to contain the bed and a table and chairs to eat breakfast and, I imagine, an evening takeaway if so desired.
The shower room is small but adequate

Just want to say that Jess and Dave did an excellent job for us, they provided towels (that wasn't in the description but thanks we forgot ours) and also being a Celiac they were able to cater for me above and beyond. Excellent facilities, food (breakfast - wow) and just an ideal location, a great welcome and an really easy stay. So thanks to you both, and for all your help we can't recommend no 6 highly enough.
Nothing, everything was great we enjoyed the facilities which were perfect and were well catered for with all our needs

Really comfy bed. I particularly like the table and chairs set out for eating, playing cards etc. The room was nicely decorated. Breakfasts were really nice. Easy to.find and really accessible for me to visit my family.

Very comfortable room, really liked the seating area in the room for breakfast. The breakfast was amazing!! We liked that we could come and go as we pleased. The room was very quiet. Perfect location for visiting Charlestown. The little touches were much appreciated.
We just would have liked the room to be a little warmer but it was a particularly cold weekend.

Nice room

The room decor was pleasant enough. We had tea and coffee available, with a small bottle of milk. Two comfortable chairs and table. The bed was Ok and there was a TV.
The radiator barely got warm, even set on the maximum '6' setting. The window in the toilet didn't close properly, letting in a draught. There's also quite a step to get into it. The TV is in the wrong place at the end of the bed, as it's easy to catch your head on the corner. We spent the night in our clothes in bed, with the duvet, bed cover and larger supplied towels on top. We skipped breakfast to go home early, but also to find some hot food to warm up.
