About this cottage rental
This gorgeous, newly finished cottage rests a short walk from the beach in Mortehoe and can sleep 12 people in 6 bedrooms.
Rosebank is a beautiful, three-storey property in the pretty seaside village of Mortehoe, Devon. The property has six bedrooms, four king-size (three with ensuite, two with sea views) and two twin rooms, together sleeping twelve guests. The property also features a smart kitchen, dining room and sitting room along with a games room. Outside there is a patio garden with furniture. A hot tub, large enough for 6 people. A mid-week clean of the hot tub can be arranged directly with the housekeeper for a charge of £60. Payment will need to be made to the housekeeper or hot tub engineer on the day. Parking for four cars. Rosebank is an idyllic property for a coastal Devonshire getaway.

The beach is also dog-friendly all year round, so perfect for visiting with your four-legged friend. The bustling seaside village of Woolacombe is less than a mile away, with a slightly busier environment to Mortehoe. It is home to a wonderful 3 mile long golden beach which has been awarded Blue Flag status and has safe family swimming. We have just come home from our stay here our third time being in Woolacombe and this house was perfect! Very well equipped, plenty of room in the bedrooms! The owner responded very quickly to any issues we had! Definitely visit the fish and chip shop was delicious! Parking is a litttle tight but we did have three large cars! Thankyou for a great stay!!
