This getaway space is a daylight basement on the same level as the patio pool and hot tub.

It includes a kitchenette with a wine fridge, full-size fridge, ample appliances for cooking along with a microwave, bar seating, and an informal eating area. There is one private bedroom, one full bathroom, a bunk room consisting of four beds (two twins/two doubles), an oversized family room with excellent views of the lake and your own private patio pool lounge area. The patio area has an extra drink fridge and BBQ.

From this house, it takes about ten-minutes to walk to town. It would take about a minute by car to drive to Slide Waters Family Water Park, all the jet-ski and boat rentals and the Lady of the Lake tour boat. There is private lake access with this home, a private buoy, and two small beach areas which are a two-minute walk across the street.

There are two parking spots on the daylight basement level.

Carol was fast to respond and so lovely! We had an evacuation notice of level one and she was so kind enough to give us another night on another date. The pool and hot tub for the perfect size for my young boys, and my youngest even learned to swim in her pool!!❤️❤️ The view is absolutely fantastic—-we went jet skiing right across the street and the location is so nice to get into town. We highly recommend!!

The house was extremely comfortable for three generations of our family! Views of the lake were spectacular and enjoyed by all young and old. Everyone enjoyed relaxing in the pool. The owner was super responsive and helpful. Truly a great place to make memories!

great view of the lake and surrounding hills. The pool accommodated our group as did the hot tub, the owner was very gracious to help out in making that happen, thank you. Chelan is minutes away for shopping and misc. shops. great stay!

You cannot beat the location of this property. Convenient to all local activities and amazing wineries. Everything was a 5 minute drive or less. The views from the property are spectacular and so wonderful to wake up to! The pool was a luxury and the little ones in our family loved it. Now for the not so great. The house could have been cleaner and they really should get rid of the shag carpet downstairs. Not a great flooring choice for a vacation rental. Don't expect much in the kitchen. Bare minimum pans and dishes. The manager was very prompt to bring us new pans for the stove when we reached out. The ones that were there literally needed to be thrown away. They were gross. The beds were okay, but not great. They all need to be a bit more firm. Having said all of that, we all had a great time and really enjoyed our trip to Lake Chelan!

This home is wonderful! It is very welcoming and comfortable. The view is amazing. The kids loved the pool. Carol was great, she left local treats and wine for us. She came and cleaned the pool for the kids. I highly recommend staying at this home for your vacation. We plan to vacation there again. Thank you Carol for the wonderful vacation.

We stayed here with 2 families and kids ranging from newborn to 14 years old. The house has a very good layout and was very comfortable for our large group. Upon arrival, the house was well kept, clean and well stocked. The house is right across the street from Lake Chelan with an amazing view of the lake from the living room. When you sit on the couch, you feel like youre sitting lakeside. There is a pool at the house that the kids enjoyed, although it is not a very large pool, still enough for kids to enjoy. The host was great. Communication was very easy and she was very easy to get a hold of if necessary. Overall an amazing experience, I highly recommend this home and would definitely come back again. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home!

We loved this property. The view is gorgeous!! The owner is fantastic and very responsive. The downstairs was perfect for our teenage son and his friends and the upstairs was for us and teenage daughter and her friend. The boys had their own separate living area. The pool seemed small at first but it was all we needed, and was perfect. We rented a boat and there is a buoy to use. Highly recommend this place!

Beautiful views! The best host! So awesome with communication leading up to the stay and during this stay. Quick to respond when we were needing some help with the pool heat and other little things. My family gets together on my dad's birthday to remember him and my step mom. We all gathered at this lovely home and enjoyed each other's company. It was the perfect place to entertain everyone. A pool for the kids and the Waterpark and lake nearby for the adults and teenagers. The home was the perfect size and location. Thank you Carol for helping make the trip memorable 🙂

A great house and super responsive owner!

Two families stayed in the house for a week and we had a great time - the house was perfect for two families with five kids (we even had room for one extra adult!) and the location is great - really easy to get into town (Chelan) and with gorgeous water views. The house does sit above a busy road so sitting outside on the balcony isn't quiet when you're outside, but inside with doors and windows closed it was perfectly silent and we were able to get great sleep (the blackout shades in most rooms - especially the bunk area - also helped! Carol lives close and was incredibly responsive when we told her that the pool was a bit over chlorinated (the only issue we had while we were there, which she fixed immediately). All in all I would highly recommend this house! My only recommendation is it needs for hooks for towels in the bathrooms =).

Beautiful property. Loved having a pool for the kids to play in. Lots of room for our family/extended family (6 adults, 5 kids). Only downside was road noise, but the view and proximity to town made it worth it. Road noise wasn't bad first thing in the morning or later in evening. Property manager was wonderful!

Our family enjoyed our time immensely at this home. It is in a great location - close to all amenities of the city and recreational activities. It has a beautiful view of the lake and we loved to have our own private pool to spend time in with our family. It was a wonderful place to say, a blessing for our family, and we will recommend it to others!

Girl's weekend couldn't have been better here at this house! 2 full floors that provided so much space, very nicely decorated with everything we needed. Carol was an amazing host and so accommodating. Not warm enough yet for pool but the hot tub was so perfect for the little chilly night. Close drive to town and wineries. We hope to be back!

Pros: Carol was very friendly and provided good communication, upon arrival left our group a hand written welcome note. bottle of red wine, and 2 boxes of chocolates. House was clean, lots of space, large 2nd living for kids downstairs or adults, beautiful view and pool was truly heated. AC worked great. Thoughtful with frozen glasses for beer in the freezer, good supplies of towels, extra bedding, garbage bags, board games, 5-6 camping chairs. Plenty of parking!! Cons: Extreme high numbers of Gnats and other bugs, made it difficult to enjoy the deck or unloading/loading the car/kitchen. Pool was smaller than picture looked online. With 8 adults and 4 kids was very tight, not much room to move/swim. **overall was great place and would highly recommend other families to try**

Our hostess responded promptly to all of our questions prior to our visit and continued to communicate throughout our visit with any questions we had. The house was perfect for our family with plenty of room upstairs and down stairs. We enjoyed the pool overlooking the water. It was especially nice sitting in the pool at night with the stars out and lights reflecting off the lake. We hope to be back in September 2022

The pictures don’t do the size of the house or the panoramic views justice. There was a lot of space for everyone to relax when necessary. Carol was a great host making sure that we had what we needed prior to our stay and was very communicative. Would definitely recommend!

This house was spacious with amazing views! Perfect place for entertaining large groups of people. Carol was the perfect host. She was great with communicating with us from start to finish. She answered all our questions, gave recommendations and even welcomed us with wine and chocolates. We spent our days hanging out by the pool, kayaking at the lake and walking around downtown Chelan which is about a 5-minute drive from the house. Great place to unwind and have fun!

Very tidy and lovely home equipped with everything you need! Carol is a wonderful host and communication was super easy and quick. The place looks exactly like it does on the pictures. Our 3 girls absolutely loved the pool and the location was incredible with beautiful views of Lake Chelan. Close to town and just a few minutes away from the water park. It was the perfect getaway for our family. Would absolutely recommend to stay there!
