Everything you could want in a beachy vacation is at your fingertips! This home is tucked away between the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay, the best of both worlds and less than a 1 minute walk to the beach! Home is on a quiet court but walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops!
Newly remodeled, this is space is upgraded and stylish! You'll be comfortable at night in the cozy 3 private bedrooms with newly added air conditioning. Don't forget to enjoy sunset cocktails or dinner al fresco on one of the 3 balconies! Special amenities include: 2 car attached garage, fire pit on patio, beach toys/boogie boards, TVs in all rooms with 65” in living room & so much more!
Please note the house has central air conditioning controlled by smart home thermostat and the 3rd floor has a separate portable ac unit to keep the room cool!

There is free public parking on the main streets. A car is not needed but recommended if planning travel outside of the beach area. There is a 2 car garage best suited for 2 small compact cars or 1 larger car/minivan.
Our team is available to assist with any questions or concerns when needed but won't bother your daily play!
Mission Beach is a laid-back neighborhood whose 2 miles of sandy shores attract surfers, sunbathers and volleyball players. Locals and visitors alike enjoy the paved walking and biking paths that curl around Mission Bay, a popular spot for water sports and family beach days. Casual cafes and eateries line Mission Boulevard, the single road that runs between the Pacific Ocean and Mission Bay. This unit is located in the northern part of Mission Beach and is just a few minutes walk to many restaurants and bars in both Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. Nearby Belmont Park also has tons of dining and entertainment options for all ages in addition to the world-famous Mission Beach boardwalk and Giant Dipper Roller Coaster! This property has ZERO TOLERANCE for noise, parties or loud music which includes any excessive daytime noise, cursing, yelling or screaming. Fines will be applied for complaints. San Diego Municipal Code 59.5.0502 states that at all times; any amplified sound that can be heard 50 feet away from the rented residence is prohibited. Between 10 PM and 8 AM, even normal conversation must be moved inside the rented residence. Per SDMC 51.1004 and California Penal Code 415.2 noise violations can result in fines (Up to $1,000) for property owners and Renters if there are repeated calls for noise violations to one address. Renters will be liable for any and ALL noise violation fines charged to the property owner. Excessive Noise disruptions can result in immediate eviction without the right to a refund of rental fees or security deposits.
Drugs/ Alcohol: Use of illegal/illicit drugs by any Renter, Guest, Occupant or Visitor in or on the grounds is strictly prohibited. Consumption of alcoholic beverages by a minor under 21 years of age is strictly prohibited.
No Smoking of ANY kind: This is a non-smoking property, both in and on the property. A fee of $1,000.00 will be charged for violation of this rule, plus any costs incurred to remove smoke odor or damage. Smoking includes but is not limited to: cigarette, cigar, marajuana, cocaine, incense, or vaping. While Marajuana is legal in the state of California it is NOT allowed on this property.
Properties are subject to exterior patrol by our staff and homeowner. If Renters are causing a nuisance, having a party, acting detrimentally toward the property, breaking the noise curfew or any stated rules and regulations we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement, without refund, and immediately remove Renters and guests from the property. Absolutely no disturbances are allowed within this home or anywhere on the property premises. We also reserve the right to refuse occupancy if a house party is suspected.
Our neighbors are very, very sensitive to vacation rentals as it affects their right to live in a peaceful environment therefore we will enforce these policies in exchange for the privilege of renting this home as a vacation rental. The City of San Diego has adopted stricter guidelines for vacation properties and bad operators will not be allowed to rent their homes. If the actions of the Renter and their guests are detrimental to our right to rent as a vacation rental we reserve the right to evict and retain any rental fees and/or security deposits and will report abuse to the rental platforms and will take legal action against Renter if their behavior results in loss of permits.
Guest Occupancy:
Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for this Rental Agreement shall not exceed the number stated on the reservation. Only primary Renter and guests accounted for on the reservation are allowed to be on the property.
Age Restrictions: Primary Renter must be 25 years or older. Guests must be 25 years or older. Parents and children excluded.
No Subletting: If Renter can not keep the reservation please alert us as soon as possible so we can assist in re-renting the unit. If the unit is not re-rented and at the rate of the current reservation Renter will not be refunded their rental fees.

This was a wonderful property, setup and maintained exactly as in the pictures. Everything was easy and clean. The communication from the manager was great and they made everything easy - and it was all virtual.
The place is well stocked, they think of everything. We never needed something we didn't have.
Location can't be beat, a block from beach and bay, easy bike rental nearby (if you need more than the 4 they provide).

Property was wonderful and had everything we needed for traveling with a two year old, including baby gates and sand toys! The house was modern and everything worked great, and you can’t beat the location. Communication with the rental team was wonderful! We would love to be repeat visitors again soon.

This is the perfect place for a multi generation family vacation. Easy access to the ocean and the bay and great food on the boardwalk- you don’t have to go far for great fun. The 3 separate sleeping quarters work well for families and groups of friends. Clean very nicely appointed interior. All the beach accessories you need are provided. Fantastic!!

Everything exceeded expectations. The property is very well stocked has great amenities and is very well updated. The location is first class and go to car garage if it’s two medium SUVs in it it was an absolute pleasure to stay here.

Been coming to MB every summer for 15 years and this was our best stay ever! House was super clean, bright and great beach vibe. Check in was easy and manager was very helpful, in fact, the upstairs TV was broken by a previous renter and they replaced it in 2 hours! The kitchen is well stocked and eager and dryer worked great. Spacious 2 car garage( rare in MB) and bikes, locks and everything needed for a day at the beach are provided. No street noise and steps from the sand It’s a perfect house for our family to relax after a beach day and our kids could explore the boardwalk. Will stay again!

We enjoy the location, nearby beaches and restaurants, and all the sites to see in San Diego and surrounding towns. This was a great location to easily get to the beach or Bay, and enjoy all the city and surrounding towns have to offer. Holly recommend for families!

Delivered as advertised.
Location couldn't be better. There's a Ralph's supermarket
only a mile away and very close to restaurants. The biggest decision each day was turn right to walk to the bay or left to go to the ocean, both are just a very short walk. It was fantastic having a garage for convenience and security of our vehicle. If I were fortunate enough to own a rental property like this I would have Cindy from this management company taking care of it for me. They were easy to reach and addressed the few minor questions we had right away. First rate service. All you need are clothes and food, just about everything else is provided.

Great property and location! Cindy’s online portal about the VRBO and surrounding area was great and informative. Upstairs was extremely warm upon arrival but there is a window ac unit - neighbors do not appreciate ANY noise.

The manager was responsive and accommodating. In my mind, the only thing missing was additional mirrors - - the only mirrors were in the bathrooms, which can be tricky when us girls are getting ready. Bottom line, I would DEFINITELY stay here again (and again).

Mission Beach Getaway
The house was immaculate on arrival. The house has been updated and is equipped with everything needed for a relaxing trip to the Beach. The neighbors are very quiet and the house is literally steps away from the beach or bay. The property manager checked in with me to ensure everything was perfect. The three story floorplan is perfect for giving everyone their own space. There are three balconies with seating and the front enclosed patio is cozy. The beds were comfortable with plenty of linens and towels. The bathrooms are updated and spacious. I cant wait to book again - for a longer stay! Thank You!

Wonderful stay at an amazing home!
Such a great property, walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants and other activities. We loved being able to quickly and easily rent boards and get lessons from a tent on the beach, come back to the house to shower off in the convenient outside shower, and then relax or walk out to a great meal right on the water. The set-up was fantastic with plenty of room for family bonding as well as some separation for remote work. Cindy was responsive and fantastic and flexible with some small changes to our booking. Definitely recommend!

The outdoor space was roomy and comfortable. The bedrooms were as described. The main living area, worked well for our two families, (four adults and four young children). Great location to the ocean and bay. The garage was very tight for two vehicles.

We totally enjoyed what we picked for the home. Very accommodating with what a home needs to keep our experience comfortable. The people around us were quiet. And sometimes it is hard with 3 children. But we would come back again. The toughest part was the parking...we should of checked on this but now we know. Thank for allowing us to stay.

Our trip was fantastic. House was well stocked and very clean. It immediately felt like home. The walk to the beach was 30 seconds and so convenient.

We had a great time at this location. Worked out great to have three stories - the teenagers had their own space and had a blast. Super close to both the beach and the bay.

Nice home close to the beach. Downstairs mattress not very comfortable. Flooring and couched need to be updated. Good value for a week stay.

loved the property! Stayed with my wife, my 3 year old and my father and mother in law.
The garage was large enough to fit a Chevy Tahoe. The kitchen was stocked with a wide selection of cooking supplies. There were boogy boards, beach toys, etc. Everything was perfect.
The location could simply not be beat! maybe a 45 second walk to Pacific Beach and a 2 minute walk to Mission Beach.
The owner was amazing at communicating and addressing any need that came up.

Great Location for Families and Couples!
Great property! We loved the house. It was quaint and filled with amenities. The location and specifically the proximity to the beach, was spectacular. We did not like that there was a lot of construction going on, which woke us (and our baby) up early one morning but that is not the owner's fault. Thank you guys for providing a great place for our mini-vacation.

Great location
The beach house is in a good location, close to the beach, bay and shopping.It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. It has beach chairs and toys . The manager was quick to respond and allowed us a late checkout which was greatly appreciated.The dining area is small but we used the patio in front which worked out fine for us.
