Family farm with amazing view, totally charming

This property is an absolute gem, it's a family owned farm with A-frame cabins, super serene and private, amazing breakfast, absolutely hospitable. The value for the price is mind blowing! Would stay there again in a heartbeat. They have a real winner here. Modern facilities, comfy bed, amazing view, butterflies everywhere, coffee and bananas from their own farm! Breakfast was great.

The roads to get there were rough but that's not their fault! Just take your time! If you do the walk around the property give yourself some time, we got lost despite good signage - probably trees fell during rainy season.

Leuk verblijf

De kamer was netjes en schoon. Wij hadden mooi uitzicht op de natuur. Het terrein was goed verzorgd. Iedereen was aardig en behulpzaam. Je kunt zelf een leuke wandeling maken langs de koffievelden achter het verblijf. Het uitzicht tijdens de wandeling is prachtig. Wij hadden een auto en konden overal makkelijk komen.

Paisagem, funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Pequeno almoço bom, recomendo os waffles!

A cabana não tem grandes condições para 2 pessoas, muito pequena. Água raramente quente, melgas e traças sempre a entrar no quarto mesmo com as portas e janelas fechadas. Existem frinchas entre as paredes para fora.

Prachtig modern en uniek huisje vlakbij Monteverde. Overheerlijk ontbijt en verse koffie van het eigen land. Mogelijkheid om verschillende Translate te lopen rondom de accomodatie l.

Ligging vlakbij de weg waardoor je veel geluid hoort van auto's. Veel last van geluid van dieren van de buren. In combinatie met geen gordijnen aan de bovenkant zorgt dit ervoor dat wij extreem vroeg wakker waren.

Schöne private Häuser in toller Lage.

Alles super. Die Häuser haben einen guten Abstand voneinander, daher ist es sehr privat. Wir hatten eine tolle Aussicht und eine schöne kleine Terrasse. Es gibt mehrere Trails direkt an der Lodge, auf denen man auch Tiere sehen kann. Wir konnten ein Frühstück aufgrund eines Ausfluges nicht wahrnehmen, woraufhin wir am Abend davor extra Joghurt und Granola vorbeigebracht bekommen haben. Alle Ausflüge waren von dort sehr gut erreichbar.

Piękny domek w górach ze świetnym widokiem. Pyszne śniadania i przyjazny personel. Domek ma ogrzewanie, co przydaje się w tej okolicy. Jest duży i przestronny, dobrze wyposażony.

Emplacement parfait

Le logement possède un grand Parking et une excellente localisation proche de Santa Elena et des différentes activités offertes dans la région de Monteverde. Les lodges sont confortables, originaux et offrent une belle vue sur la forêt et un champs de bananiers (beaux oiseaux et traversée de coatis le matin). Choix pour le petit déjeuner mais boisson chaude ou jus. Excellent rapport qualité prix

Check out un peu tôt (10h) mais possibilité de laisser les bagages à la réception.

Parfait, rien à redire

Le personnel au top. Logement immense, propre et au calme (lodge Perezoso), vue sur les étoiles depuis le lit la nuit. Le petit-déjeûner est très bon, leur restaurant également et les prix sont très corrects. Je vous conseille vivement de profiter du chemin de randonnée de leur propriété qui offre une vue sur la baie de Nicoya. Nous avons également vue des toucans, pic-bois, agoutis sur le chemin :)

Really enjoyed our stay at Tityra Lodge.

The accommodation was perfect, wished we were staying for longer. The breakfast was delicious, perfect way to start the day before going to the hanging bridges and ziplines. Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke perfect English.

The signs for the walks were not great, we couldn't find our way through and had to turn back.

La propreté du logis. L'accueil avec le sourire. Les bons petits déjeuners. La trail autour du site. Super endroit!

Attention aux escaliers pour aller au lit qui sont étroites et glissantes. Non recommandé avec de jeunes enfants.

המיקום מצוין. החדר גדול ומעוצב כפרי , נעים מאוד. המארחים מאוד נחמדים ונגישים וזמינים בכל עת. הלודג' ממקום בתוך ג'ונגל מלא שבילים להליכה ושדה גידול קפה של הבעלים. מקום באמת קסום.

החדר שקיבלנו במעלה שביל עפר עם גישה מאוד בעיתיית. ללא 4/4 אין אפשרות לחנות ליד החדר, וללא רכב קשה מאוד לסחוב את המזוודות. בנוסף, החדר מתמלא תוך שניה בחרקים , הרי בתוך ג'ונגל קסום. הייתי מציעה להדביר בתוך החדרים. ארוחת הבוקר סבירה, צריכים לבחור אופציה מתוך 5.

I loved the location near a coffee plantation. It was super comfy, breakfast and dinner were delicious. Everyone was really kind and they ordered a taxi for me. I stayed there without a car for 1 night and that was perfect.

We stayed in the Tiny Casita for two nights and loved the location. The casita is great, although quite small once you open up the front hatch the deck is inviting and the view is wonderful. The breakfast and coffee were great, you can tell how much care they care for their guests. I spend an afternoon walking around the property (coffee fields and trails) and was able to see a fair amount of wildlife. We highly recommend staying here. Family-operated, great value for money!

Our shower had issues draining and flooding on the first night. This was our only disappointment. They were very apologetic and came first thing in the morning to check on it and problem-solve. Although the drain wasn't completely fixed, we were able to take showers and were supplied with plenty of extra towels.

Everything in this little cabin was awesome! It was so cozy and really makes you feel like you're in the woods. The breakfast was delicious and the employees were super nice and friendly.

There wasn't anything I didn't like but I think a few things could have made the stay even better. I would put screens on the windows and maybe the front door. Also be careful with the staircase it can be a little bit dangerous but other than that the stay was perfect!

Amazing Cabin MUST Stay

We loved this property, it’s family owned and only has 4 villas so it gives you an extremely private feel. the location was close to all the attractions in Monteverde, the weather was amazing as well. The mother and daughter cook the most amazing food ever! my husband’s family cooks gallo pinto and theirs was the best I’ve ever had! there are also several trails on the property to hike which we loved.

Great tiny cabin in the clouds

Was a great little cabin, more than enough space for one night. It was a great view from the lookout point.

I had no clue that it was usually super windy in Monteverde. I was looking forward to laying in bed with the clear wall up but I was cold and it was too windy to sit and enjoy. The weather is not their fault tho!

A beautiful, quaint, and cozy place to escape.

The staff was so welcoming and friendly. We were served an exceptional complimentary breakfast each morning. Out of all the places to stay around Monte Verde, Tityra lodge seemed to be the most beautiful and well maintained. The location was perfect, it was close enough to the little town square but far enough that you’re away from the traffic. There’s a lovely coffee plantation attached that you can explore in addition to the beautiful trails on the property. We saw several beautiful birds during our stay in the Cappuccino lodge. It was extremely peaceful and cozy.

The only issue we had was that the hot (warm) water would run out very quickly when showering.

Very unique property, well located and excellent value!

Super cool chalet-type room! We stayed at the unit just behind check in. Very modern, clean and unique! Or 8 year old daughter was super excited to sleep in the loft of the A-frame chalet. Patio was nice to sit on at night amidst the trees. The ferry lights strung outside on the patio were a nice touch

The hot water system in the shower was difficult to use and unreliable. We tripped the breaker while using it and there was a very strange technique required to mast it. We stayed at the unit just behind the main resort building. This is a very minor comment and not an issue after dark but it would have been nice if they angled this chalet a little more away from the parking lot to add to the remote feeling.
