About this house rental
The health and safety of our guests, and employees is our number one priority. Our unit has Google Nest keyless entry for safety and an entry code that is customized for each rental. The home has hand sanitizer and clorox wipes so that you can make sure that you are safe while staying with us.
Our Kitchen is supplied with amenities to prepare and enjoy meals at home. Basic cookware, serveware, glass ware, cutlery, utensils, paper towels, dish soap and dishwasher detergent are provided. With the outdoor grill and patio table, you can enjoy a delicious barbecue. In our kitchen we also supply a griddle, waffle iron, crock pot, mixing bowls, coffee maker and more.
Our newly re-decorated Bedrooms have brand new bedding and linens. Clean comforters, pillows, blankets and sheets are available on each bed. We have a queen air mattress and a pack ‘n play. In the bathrooms you will find complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body gel. Pool towels are provided and stored in the laundry room. We provide a washing machine, dryer and complimentary detergent if you need to rewash the towels. You will also find an ironing board, and iron.
Each Master Suite and the family room have Smart TV’s which are connected to YouTube TV or you can mirror your phone, tablet or PC to them. You also have access to your Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu Accounts.
Our Garage has 1 garage opener. There is a ping pong table, paddles and balls, pool floats, Big Joe Alligator pool float, football, and ice chest.
Paradise Village has provided two Pool Areas. One with a two-tier pool with a natural rock water-slide. The other is an awesome water park with a lazy river. Both areas have 20-person Hot Tub. There is a lawn area by the clubhouse and & fitness center. Walking, running and biking trails are everywhere. RV & boat parking is available in two areas. Access to Archie Gubler Park which includes pickleball, sand volleyball courts, a playground, basketball courts and more is directly behind us.
Guest access
You will have full access to Sunshine retreat and all of the amenities and toys in it. You will also have full access to everything the community offers. There is a Kids Cove which includes: water slides, splash pool, lazy river, and a 20 person hot tub and a snack shack. There is also a community clubhouse, exercise room and dual pool with another 20 person hot tub.
Other things to note
A new grocery store (Harmon's) was recently built and is within a 5 minute walk. It offers everything you will need for your stay to create your own meals, as well as ready-to-eat complete dinners, boxed lunches, party trays and a variety of other catering options. It also has a salad bar, gelato bar, pharmacy, bakery and even a cooking school.
Next to the Harmon's are 2 other restaurants; Capriotti's and Cafe Rio.

Our family of 9, ages 1 to 65, loved the house, the layout, the neighborhood and pools! The parents with the two kids ages 1 & 2 had one end of the house and the rest had the other, which worked out really well. The massive sofa was fun for all. The house was perfectly clean, with a well-equipped kitchen. We plan to come again!

Property was beautiful and very well kept. So nice beach towels included! Susie had so many extras! Plenty of dishes, pans, toiletries, laundry detergent. This owner did not scrimp on anything. It was truly a dream vacation home. Seven senior citizen ladies and we all loved it. Our best condo rental ever!

Eat Sleep Play was a great vacation rental for our family. Plenty of room that was well decorated and clean! Great communication with the property manager. Staying in Vacation Village is always a fun time and the location of this home with a new furniture was great! We loved the new big sofa! We had a great time and loved this property. Excellent hosts with quick response times for all questions. We had kids of all ages (6 years to 23 years) with us and everyone loved our stay. Perfect for a Zion focused vacation or a day trip to Grand Canyon north rim or just seeing the sites around St. George! Would love to go back!

We had a great time during our stay at the Sunshine Retreat. We had 8 adults and 4 kids which was perfect for this location. It was centrally located and the home was in great shape with very nice amenities. Hosts were excellent and communicated very well and were super responsive. Loved this retreat and we'll be coming back!

Our family enjoyed the home very much. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and relax. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with kitchen tools and accessories. We used the waffle maker, crock pot, toaster oven, stove and oven. All were clean and ready to use. I would also like to give a special shoutout for having a great vegetable peeler and potato masher. I typically bring my own with me because places rarely have them but I forgot this weekend and lo and behold, you had them! We super appreciated the labels in the cupboards and drawers helping us put all the dishes in the correct spots when we unloaded the dishwasher. The kids loved the x-box and games in the garage. The adults loved visiting around the big dining room table. Thank you again for a fun weekend, excited to come back when its not raining buckets so we can use the grill and pool.

I have stayed in paradise village for a week each year for eight years. This is the best home I’ve stayed by far. It’s plenty big but single story so you don’t have to deal with all the stairs. Living room and couch are perfect for hanging out and has plenty of room for everyone! This is real winner!

We LOVE Paradise Village and our stay here was lovely. Communication with manager was awesome and the place was perfect for what we needed! It had everything we needed or wanted. Wi-Fi was a bit slow but once we rebooted the router, it was all good!!

Great for our group. 4 adults and 4 kids were very comfortable. Nice beds and close to two great pools. House very well equipped. Cooked several of our own meals. Very close to Tuachan which was the main purpose of our stay. Would love to come back.

Fantastic Property and loved the Pools!
The house was very clean with all needed amenities, as well as open communal spaces that were very comfortable for 4 adults and 4 young children. The highlight for the kiddos was the "slide pool" as we called it and the pool with the "cave"-grotto. Everything on the property was clean and well kept. Definitely recommend

Great vacation home for families!
The house and community amenities worked well for our visit. We had 2 families with 5 kids ranging from ages 10-14. The kids loved the board games provided and spent many hours at the pools and pickle ball court. The neighborhood was well lit, clean, and quite.
The house was spacious and open, making it easy for us to come together for meals, games, or to watch a movie.
The kitchen was well supplied for us to cook meals. The local grocery store had a great selection of food and the staff was always friendly. We enjoyed being able to also use the outdoor grill.
We also appreciated that the linens, bath towels, and pool towels were plentiful and easily accessible. The owner also provided soaps for all bathrooms (hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash). It really saved us a lot of packing space.
The communication with the owner was great. They reached out before and during our stay to provide us with information and answered any questions we had quite quickly.
We also found it quite convenient to drive to Zion National Park and the St. George area.
It was a great place to stay! We would definitely stay here again.

Fun getaway!
It was a perfect place to relax, play games, swim, and just hang out. Plenty of space for 12 people! The house was well stocked with board games, movies, video games, and kitchen necessities. Owners were very helpful and quick to respond.

Better than described, we loved it!
Our family with elementary school aged children stayed with another similar family. The kids especially loved the water park with slides and lazy river. A very interesting concept to have a community that caters to vacation home owners and rental guests, like a resort but made up of single family homes. The adults loved the home and all the amenities. It was beautiful and better than what was described. We definitely would love to come back. The owners was great with communication and dealt with the one minor issue promptly.

Spring break
Spacious property. Very clean and we had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Beds were comfortable and the layout of the home gave everyone enough room. We were only 10min from entrance to Snow Canyon Park. The grocery store and a few places to eat were 2min away. Loved having the ping pong table in the garage, and we could ride the bikes around the neighborhood. Both pools were great. Kids had a lot of fun being able to swim-even after the sun went down. We would stay at the property again. Thanks for allowing us to make fun memories.

We had a wonderful time staying in this home. Susie is great to work with and one of the most organized owners I've ever seen. The property was in great condition with lots of extras my kids loved: ping pong, pickleball equipment, Wii, swim toys and tons of movies and games.
