Nice apartment with plenty of space. Great for family. Nice area for movies and Netflix options on TV. decorated well felt cozy and was comfortable.
Smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom when you come into the apartment. It was strong as if someone smoked in there daily. The second bathroom not having hot water. it was hit and miss.

The apartment was big and very well equipped. It was very clean and had nice furnishings (newer). The staff was ver responsive as well. It was great to have easy check in and private parking.
Note there is a flight of stairs (no lift) to get to apt 113

It was a nice flat, it was sparkling clean & tidy. The beds were very comfortable and in general was very nice and welcoming.
The only things that we have a problem with is that please don't leave the mop inside the wardrobe as it leaves a smell. And also when we were showering the electricity went off completely for about 2 minutes but it came back on afterwards

Good location and secure parking
Access to the property was very complex as you had to get a key fob to get into the building (which was not easily available) and there was not 24 hour presence + you then had to gain access via an app which was not straight forward. At the end of a long day the engineers just wanted to get into the property and this took 1 hour to gain access in the end (including 15 mins to get the parking permit).

The apartment was perfect and very well-equipped for our short visit, but special thanks to Chantelle for being incredibly helpful from the time of booking until we left and for making our stay so much more worthwhile. All questions were promptly and actively addressed and we had no issues during our stay - plus there were also a few little welcome treats for us on arrival, which was a very nice touch! Highly recommended and a very enjoyable experience overall!

All instructions were clear, detailed and easy to follow. Prompt responses from Chantelle via email and telephone. The welcome pack was lovely and much appreciated for an evening arrival. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Well insulated for sound. Short drive to motorway and supermarket. Excellent location to explore Creative Folkestone and surrounding area.
Nothing.

The apartment is superb! Really tastefully decorated and we loved the white linen on the bed. Very clean. We found the instructions very easy to follow. We loved our ground coffee in the morning. Would have stayed longer if we could! Easy access to Camber Sands. The place was quiet and no one disturbed us. Would definitely recommend!
The bedrooms need blackout curtains!

Property itself was nice and clean however the property manager made the whole stay so difficult, complicated and a total nightmare. After I booked on booking.com I expected to turn up and everything would be simple as with all other properties a simple check in process. However property sent me multiple emails saying I had to send my ID card and a £200 PayPal security deposit- something I have never had to do before with booking.com. Upon checking out from the property immoderately I received multiple texts from the property manager who had been watching me and the guests leave clearly on a hidden camera. She demanded I pay additional money for staying there as I had 4 guests. However when I booked the property on Booking it said it was a 3 bed apartment that sleeps up to 6 people. I didn’t realise there was an additional charge for additional guests when i booked. So then the property manager kept sending me long text messages to my personal phone trying to force me to pay her extra money. I refused and said it’s not fair but they booking and the property manager decided to charge me an additional £68 out of my security deposit even though the rate they charged for 2 extra guests when I checked after the issue arose is between £25-£35. Staying in an apartment or hotel is always meant to be plain sailing however this was an extremely stressful experience especially given the barrage of text messages I received from the property manager. Do not recommend this place at all!
The property manager resorted to trying to extort me after my stay to take money from the security deposit even though the property was left immaculate. Shameful

Instructions from the host were clear to pick up the keys and was very prompt in answering all of our questions.
Great free parking.
The apartment itself exceeded all expectations! It was spacious, clean and the balcony was a bonus.
The kitchen had everything you could need and we loved that milk, croissants, fresh coffee and tea was available.
The living area was great along with a smart TV.
Would definitely come back

1. When we arrived a call had to be made to the host to enter the apartment. Lack of organisation.
2. We requested 2 double beds (or one double and two single) in one room as we had kids. This was requested as part of booking and when reviewing the apartment this seemed avaliable. On first night therefore sofa bed used until two single beds in one room were accommodated the following day. Disappointing.
3. There were not standard facilities like having four chairs around the breakfast table for a family of four. Only two. No frying pan available.
4. There were issues with the electricity on the first night when we were cooking with the lights switching off due to a some electricity issue when using the fan above cooker and the oven. I didn't hear from the host regarding this issue and when it will be fixed etc.
5. The parking is awful here. We were lucky to get a spot nearby in the end but the first night my husband had parked the car in place which required him to move the car at 7.30am the following day!
6. The welcome tablet didn't even work when arriving, the host had to resolve the issue following day when coming to sort the bed issue out.
