It was a really good hotel for the cost

Location to where we needed to be was excellent Hotel was clean and tidy Rooms were clean and comfortable Fabulous breakfast

Great stopover

Clean room, nice big shower. Staff were friendly, breakfast was good. Really useful as a stopover to the Ferry or Eurotunnel. Good value for money.

Bed was a little firm, but fine! £12.50 for parking a bit on the expensive side.

Nice hotel, good location, brilliant staff. Disappointing evening meal.

Clean, very comfortable. Staff very helpfull and always smiling. Very good breakfast. Public areas well maintained. Bed very comfy. Location - perfect for our needs.

Very limited choices of evening meal. A lasagne was just that! no salad garnish, no garlic bread, nothing.

Un hotel confortable et beau.

Notre chambre était au calme, confortable et propre. Tout était là pour une nuit avant un grand voyage. Petit thé dans la chambre et frigo. Petit déjeuner copieux et bon, vraiment je conseille d'y passer.

Le parking n'est pas grand et il faut réserver. la place est payante et en plein air.

Clean and friendly staff. Decent price and the room was lovely. Breakfast was a buffet

The bedroom window doesn’t open and need more car park spaces. And you have to pay £12.50 to park here

Very enjoyable and served as a good base for what I was doing

Albert was very helpful when having breakfast and the breakfast was very tasty, especially the waffle machine. The room was also very spacious

And the location was close to the design outlet and the station, but it was very far from everywhere else

Angenehme Atmosphäre, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Wir waren auf der Durchreise nach Cornwall, das Hotel liegt auf dem Weg, wir waren sehr zufrieden, das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig, es gibt vegane Milchersatzvarianten , finde ich super sehr ruhige Zimmer, bequeme Betten , freundliches und aufmerksames Personal der Parkplatz direkt am Haus, alles bestens , kann ich weiterempfehlen

für längeren Aufenthalt wäre es mir zu zentral Ashford ist nicht sonderlich attraktiv, super für eine Nacht oder GEschäftsreisende

Beste Adresse in Ashford

Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und gut organisiert. Das Zimmer ist qualitativ hochwertig ausgestattet. Die Lage ist zentral. Der Gästeempfang war freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere Albert und sein Team haben zu einem an sich schon sehr guten Frühstücksangebot eine sehr herzliche Stimmung verbreitet und zur guten Laune beigetragen.

Einziges Manko für mich war das im Zimmer (Raum 103) permanente, deutlich vernehmbare Brummen (vermutlich der Rückkühlungsanlage), das nur für die Zeit zwischen 22 Uhr und 5 Uhr morgens abgestellt wurde.

This downgrade the overall experience to fairly good.

All other things except for the one mentioned below.

Not enough options for breakfast. Only scrambled egg. That doesn’t cater for people who don’t like oils or milk in their food. Parking needs to be managed well

Lovely clean room, good bed and wonderful shower

Everywhere it smelled just right .and clean

That they took an extra fee for the room only by CC , and i don't have one. It was solved but taking a deposit on a prepayed room for only 1 night felt bit outdated and had to go out to take cash. Not very welconing. This would never happen in Europe.

I like the location. The place is very clean. Staff are very helpful and well trained! I would like to say thank you to the Chinese staff who work in the breakfast session. Very friendly and responsive.

If the customer can enjoy the free parking facility, that would be perfect!

I was rather taken aback about the car parking charge, I am registered disabled so found paying for the car park a little upsetting, I displayed my blue badge in the car throughout the stay..
