We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad! We gaan zeker nog eens naar deze omgeving.

Je had prachtig uitzicht over het Comomeer! Een prachtige tuin, een fijne parkeerplek voor je auto, welke je eventueel ook in de garage kon zetten. De airco in het appartement was geen overbodige luxe. Fijn dus dat deze in een gedeelte van het appartement aanwezig is. Het appartement was echt schoon bij aankomst en Mateo, vrouw en dochter zijn erg aardig en behulpzaam.

Minder was dat er veel bouwwerkzaamheden in de buurt waren. Jammer dat er geen airco in de kleinste slaapkamer was.

Totally recommended house

Amazing views and really comfortable house: spacious rooms, beds, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. even air conditioning! Because there were high temperatures this August. Very good location to take the ferry to Belaggio or Varenna. Perfect place for a family or 2 couples. Also, the very best is the attention of Matteo, the owner, really friendly and helpful and ready to explain to us how to make the most of the Lake. Totally recommended place. Thanks so much for everything Matteo!

Awesome stay and great experience

Comfortable stay for a family. Great location with great view from the balcony. The host was very helpful and guided us around with good Information of the surroundings.

Location was outstanding in terms of the views. House was fantastic and Matteo the host was excellent and a joy to deal with.

Not much really. While it is walking distance to restaurants and cafés, it is a reasonable walk and the choice is limited in Tremezzo, so you do end up driving quite a bit.

Residenza Margherita is in a perfect location. It has outstanding views, is spacious and immaculate. Matteo, our host, gave us several great ideas for things to do locally. We had an electrical fault whilst there on the Friday evening and Matteo had an electrician around to fix the fault within 30 minutes. We thought this was exceptional service, especially on a Friday evening.

Large spacious flat with a beautiful view of the lake and mountains, and large private garden.

beautiful view, large private yard for the kids to play outside, spacious rooms.

some mosquitoes bothered us as there wasn’t any window screens, and there were a few ants in the kitchen. No air conditioning in case it gets very hot.

Exceptional

We had a great stay at residenza Margherita. The apartment is very spacious and clean and the beds are comforable. The kitchen is well eqquipped . The balcony and garden are perfect to sit outside with an amazing view. Moreover, the location of the apartment is very convenient. We really liked the hostst, they are very friendly and accommodating. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent stay with great view

The apartment is in a great location with view over the lake. We were there six people; 2 adults and 4 teenagers and there was plenty of space for everyone. Matteo is extremely nice and helpful. Great stay and can be highly recommended!

Calm and comfortable apartment with phantastic lake view

Very nice, big and comfy ground-floor apartment with a rain protected terrace and a garden and parking opportunities for the two apartments of the building. Phantastic view on the Lake Como, very calm surroundings. You can do all kind of walking and hiking or even food shopping directly from the apartment. Matteo does everything to make you feel at home :-)

Be aware that the apartment is situated at the ground-floor of a two-apartment building.

Beautiful property with amazing view and garden. Everything was perfect, nothing really to complain about it. The location is very nice. The whole apartment was clean. And Matteo - very friendly and helpfull owner. Definitely recommend!
