Okay but definitely needs attention, probably won’t be staying here again.

It was very clean, the shower was nice and the bed was comfortable.

As we entered on the first day of our stay, we noticed the wallpaper was peeling away, there was mould on one of the small shampoo/conditioner tubes and we didn’t have a bin.

Get what you pay for

Location

No kettle, uncomfortable beds, woken at 530am with fire alarm and when we left our room all the fire doors were locked. Tried to check out at 8 and there was nobody about to give the key back to. Very noisy

Great value

Very close to everything you need food,drink travel and for the price was well worth it.

Maybe a kettle and tea and coffee would be nice but it's no big deal really.

Fag Den lovers not for families

Nothing at all, after the experience we received!

Apart from load music going on we were prepared for & thankfully wedding finished early but the family room is located next to a beer garden, fag den! The room was stifling & we had to open our window as they didn’t have a fab available. Smokers sit rite outside the window in the pic nic benches & can smoke to all hours. We wasn’t told this & this continued till 1.30am till we had enough & packed up & left with our 6yr old at 1.50am and our room stunk of fags & weed. Lady who was in charge offered no alternative & basically was tough the guests can use the beer garden to smoke any time. They were happy to see a 6yr old child out in the early hours, no customer service skills whatsoever. I offered her to smell our room but was too interested in the neighbours weed issue. I’d like a full refund as we did not stay at this awful place, definitely not for families, unless your a smoker then it’s perfect.

Poor

Room was clean but very basic

Beware they list live evening entertainment and karaoke.not a problem if you dont mind not sleeping before 1am. There is so much noise that sleep before 1am is impossible. As far as management are concerned your just have to put up with it. Stayed in many hotels around the UK this is with out dout the worst. Paid for 2 nights, only stayed. Was promised a call from management, to date still waiting

Won't go back again

Staff were polite and helpful

Went with family and expected few basic things. - No bin in the room - No remote for TV - No kettle in room - The room was next to side exit and it's been full of people smoking and loudly shouting despite late until midnight. - My family didn't even step out fearing any abuse behaviour from drunk men quarrelling constantly near the side exit door.

Lovely lady booked us flight delayed. She was working at the bar & took out time to make us comfortable

The entrance, corridors very dirty, glasses half full all over the place. Still there in the morn. Would be good if there was an hair dryer in the room. & Kettle as no body was available in the morning to get breakfast even though they advertised it.

Rough. Above a nightclub - very loud!

The room was clean and tidy

There was no kettle for tea/coffee It's above a nightclub therefore music is blaring until 1am - we were not told about this on arrival. Smells and looks like a public toilet when you walk in.

Room was comfy and clean

The sink in the bathroom had 2 taps one hot and one cold and was very difficult to use. Very early morning nobody was around and it was difficult to get out of the building.

Enjoyed our stay, the locals were very friendly. Breakfast was great value for money and really tasty.

location was great, staff were lovely & friendly. bedroom was clean and comfortable The disco in the bar was brilliant, lots of Ska and reggae 😀. Full size snooker table & Pool table so the leisure facilities were excellent.

no tea coffee facility in the room and there was an outdoor bar/smoking area right outside our bedroom window, so it got a bit noisy late on into the evening.

Clean very good showroom and lovely towels

Loud music playing until 1.a.m.. and for the guests in room next door which seemed to have loud talking.A lot of laughing and screaming for at least two hours. Which started at 1 a.m.after the music had finished. With the use of 2 ear plugs the noise was still unbearable

the room was really small. no kettle. no bin. no glass to use for a drink of water. skirting boards coming off the wall. shower coming off the wall. wallpaper clearly falling off the wall and hanging off.

Not very impressed with room or establishment

Bed was not to bad was about the only good thing to say

One wall was water damaged and paper hanging off wall. No tea/coffee making facilities in room, no rubbish bin, towel rail or toilet roll holder.

Because a karaoke was on and my room was above it, they kindly moved me to another room the other side of the place.

I would be lovely if there was a kettle and teabags or coffee too, to make a drink.

Was given 2 rooms that were already occupied and dirty. The third room was a twin was cold and not clean. Blood stain in the carpet and bathroom not been cleaned from the last person. Banging doors all night.

convenient for where we were visiting, and at the price we didn’t expect 5 star accommodation but it was very clean with a great shower.

Friday night disco directly beneath our room until 1am.
