Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

Great location ,easy walking and perfect girls weekend. Individual rooms with individual bathrooms. HGTV like home

Had a great time eating and drinking our way through Charleston. The house was in a great location - 2 quick blocks to King St and a very walkable (shopable) mile to the historic district. Having separate room and bathrooms for everyone made the stay easy. Bed were very comfortable and the water pressure was great!

Every two or three years, six of us who grew up together in Birmingham go on a girls trip. This year we went to Charleston. The house was perfect. We all had our own rooms and bathrooms. The best part was location. While we rented a six passenger van, we never used it. We walked everywhere. The only improvement I would suggest is getting cable TV. We brought an HDMI cord, but never found the plug-in as the TVs were connected to the wall. But all in all, it was great. We would highly recommend this house.

Planned a surprise 60th birthday party for our brother. His first time to Charleston and he was impressed. We could not have asked for a better property. Spacious! Clean! Lots of open space for family gatherings! Convenient location! If you need a place for a lot of people, we highly recommend this one! Thanks so much for making our event so special!

Everything about our stay was perfect because of this space! The location was central to everywhere we needed/wanted to go, and the accommodations were perfect for some of us to stay there and some to stay in nearby housing/hotels. We met during the day with our team of 10 in the common space and could walk nearby to meals, linger after hours for game nights in the space, and hang out for cozy conversation. Great place to come for a team retreat! Would love to stay here again. And, the communication with property management was excellent - even through a tornado watch and day-long rain storm!

The location is excellent! It is walking distance to shopping and dining. With 6 in our group, we each had our own bedroom and bathroom with multiple sitting areas. The home was super cute, very clean and had everything we needed. I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Great location
We loved the house. Excellent location, central to King Street and College of Charleston. The only issue we had was parking - very narrow driveway and difficult if you had more than 1 car.

Great location to town, adorable property for our group.
Owner was responsive, we enjoyed our stay! The place was adorable, equipped, and close to town. I would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation
We loved the house and location to downtown. There were 10 of us which included 5 of my brothers, 4 of their spouses and me. My only complaint was the shower in my bathroom on the first floor at the end of the hallway to the left of the front door had the hot and cold water reversed. We didn’t discover this until after I used my brother’s shower. Finally another brother was curious and figured out the hot and cold had been improperly installed. It would have been helpful if detailed instructions about using the heating system were furnished and the location of the silverware drawers. Other that that, we loved the house and immensely enjoy our 5 days there, except for the very cool temperatures and rain!

Excellent for large group
Fully equipped for a large group. Kitchen had everything we needed, comfortable beds, air conditioning worked great. Great location short walk to king street

Gorgeous Historic Home
We loved this house- they did an amazing job on the renovation and kept a lot of the character of the home. The location is located in Downtown Charleston- so we used Uber to get to the market, Battery and other areas as it was about a 20-30 minute walk each way. The owners were very receptive to any concerns and we enjoyed our stay!

Great place!
The property was incredible - extremely chic, so clean & was immaculate upon arrival. The property managers were easy to get a hold of & couldn't have been more accommodating/helpful. The location was incredible & I have recommended this place to anyone considering visiting Charleston!
