About this house rental
Spacious private 4 bedroom house located in quiet neighborhood of South Haven. The house is about a 5-minute drive from downtown area and the beach, which would be about a 10-minute walk to town. Close proximity to shopping, groceries, bars, restaurants and parks. There is also bike rental, scooter rental and golf cart rental all close by. House features private back yard, large paved driveway and large deck overlooking wooded ravine.
There is a bedroom and bathroom on the main floor, great for guests that want to avoid stairs. Also has ping pong table and foosball to entertain the kid. Great spot for a family or large group vacation!

We had an amazing stay! House was sooooo clean, huge fit all of us comfortably and had everything we needed and more! Backyard and deck was also awesome! Defiantly would book this house again!

The house was spacious and worked great for our families. We had 6 adults and 4 children. The ping pong and air hockey were great assets for the kids and adults to play. We loved having the 2 living rooms as well. We stayed at the beach during the days and really did not utilize the back yard except for once and it was nice to have the fenced in space to make sure the youngest (age 5) stayed in the area. The only issues we had were (1) there were ants in the kitchen on the counter so we made sure that food was placed into ziplock bags on the counter such as candy and cookies that we had opened. and (2) the bathroom door on the main level -- it would be nice to have a lock on the door when someone is in there. Since many family members use this restroom during the daytime, it was hard to tell when it was in use. A door latch of some type would be easy to install on this door I believe. It was a fantastic place and we would surely stay again in the future. Thank you for opening your home to us.

Lots of room for our two families with four children under 7 to spread out. Had everything that we needed. Very quiet neighborhood. We were blessed with great warm weather which did cause the upstairs bedrooms to get pretty warm. The fans did help but a window air conditioning unit would have done wonders. Would recommend this place to others and would stay again. Thank you!

The home was delightful. The bedrooms were nice and cheerful, the bathrooms clean and bright. It was just the right balance of being elegant but also comfortable. There is a nice deck and a back yard. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything a family would need.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay in South Haven at this property. We had six adults and three toddlers, and there was plenty of space for all. Even though it was very hot out during the time we were there, even the upstairs bedrooms remained comfortable with the help of the supplied fans. The home was clean and well equipped. Appreciated the ease of check-in and check-out. Our only "suggestion" would be bigger coffee mugs because we love our morning coffee!

Our group of 6 teachers enjoyed 4 fun days together. The house had lots of room to spread out and it was located at the end of a dead end street. It was minutes to the expressway and the beach. There was plenty to do, and our host was fantastic. She answered all our questions in minutes. Thank you Tayler!

We spent 4 nights at this house with kids all the way from 1 year old. The house is great and provides a lot of space for 2 families to be in. The backyard is great, and the kids can play. The kitchen was well equipped and both living rooms come with Roku TVs to allow adults to spend time without the kids :).
From location perspective, many spots are walk away (10-30min walk), everything in town is up to 10min drive away. During the summer, it is hard to find parking in town so walking is a great option.

There was 10 of us who stayed. Everything was clean and just as described in the listing. Downtown and the water was walkable even for the youngest kids. We can’t wait to come back!

It was just perfect for our family to stay here while attending my son’s wedding. Had everything we needed as far a kitchen supplies, towels and games for the kids. Enjoyed the yard and deck.

Our family enjoyed the community and events taking place around the 4th of July Holiday. The house provided us areas to gather together, but at the same time provided room for everyone to have their own space. The home’s location was close to the beach and the down town shops. We are considering a return visit.

The house was fully equipped for a family vacation. The kitchen and grill are very functional. Lots of games for the kids and a great backyard. Location was very walkable to downtown and a short drive to the beach. Large dining area to fit everyone comfortably.

Taylor was super helpful with all my questions about check in. It was nice that the kitchen was stocked with spices to cook with, And that there where games available for the grand kids to play with. We had a wonderful time in South Haven. Thank you.

We had our family stay at house for our annual summer house rental. The house was great for all of us. The kids, aged 3-11 enjoyed the backyard as well as indoors where there was a ping pong table, an air hockey game, and lots of other games. It was walking distance to town and it is a cute town; lots of restaurants and ice cream parlors. A short drive to the beach. It made for a fun loving family vacation.

Loved that deck
The 8 of us spent a lot of time outside and thought, gee we have room for another 10 or so on this deck.
The house is spacious and we found everything clean and well stocked.
The separate living rooms were great considering we had 3 generations.
The grandkids loved South Beach and we always found a parking spot available, even on a busy holiday weekend. It is nothing like Lake Michigan on our side of the lake.
We did walk for the fireworks and that is certainly doable
Overall we loved the house, size location, cleanliness. There were a few things that were disappointing so to be fair I should mention:
One shower upstairs was very poor and they ended up taking showers downstairs.
The grill has gas but was so weak, like 200 degrees, we decided to make those burgers in the house.
Last but not least, the ductwork for the air conditioning needs some work. There is virtually no ac in two of the bedrooms upstairs so to get them cool, the bedroom downstairs is like a refrigerator.
I know that sounds kinda bad, but it really was wonderful . My grandkids are already asking when we're going back.

Home was spacious and clean for our extended family. Had everything we needed from a great grandparent to toddler. Everyone was entertained with the game room, and relaxing on the deck. Great location.

This was a great property for my family while on vacation. The house was spacious, nice, and clean. The location was great as it was just minutes away from the beach, shops, and restaurants. Great communication with the owner! Responses were very quick and pleasant. I would recommend this property wholeheartedly!

Spacious South Haven Vacation Home
This house had all the amenities of home. It was spacious inside and had a nice large outside deck. The home’s driveway easily accommodated our four vehicles. We greatly appreciated its convenient location within walking distance to South Haven’s beaches and downtown area. Taylor was very responsive when we contacted her.

The house was perfect! It is definitely older, which adds to the charm, but clean and well appointed. We had 3 generations ranging from seniors to preteens with room and fun for all. The unexpected corn Hole set sparked a tournament which was the craziest highlight of the trip. Will definitely consider coming back ❤️

My only complaint is the house was dirty. Had to clean out the refrigerator before putting in any food. Stove top needed cleaning. Inside microwave was dirty. Mopped kitchen floor four times before clean. Found cigarette butt under area rug in living room.

South Haven is a wonderful town.
I enjoyed the house. The bed on the first floor was uncomfortable for two adults. Also I received a email the day before departure that I was supposed to strip all the bedding and take it down to the kitchen for 5 bedrooms. I never checked my email until I was packing to leave. I prefer to know all of my responsibilities up front prior to agreement on my lease. Other than that we enjoyed the stay.
