7/10 which could’ve been a 10/10 if it was not so moldy inside the aparment.

It was quite moldy in the apartment and there was a unpleasent smell coming from the bathroom.

Peaceful apartment in lovely setting

Very elegant, comfortable property. We stayed in the unit for 4 people and there was a bedroom area with 4 comfortable single beds, a well equipped kitchen area with hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine and all crockery and kitchen utensils, plus separate bathroom. It is in a quiet residential / rural road which is a 10 minute walk to the centre of town where there is a small supermarket and friendly restaurant with good food. The other direction is a 15 min walk to a viewpoint and picnic area overlooking the sea (no swimming). But it’s also easy with a car to get everywhere else in the island. Helpful host with very clear instructions.

A little ways from Angra but romantic stay with a supermarket up the road. Excellent wifi.

Breakfast not included, but there are cafes up the block. It is a steep climb to get to the main road. All the rooms are decorated differently. Unique property with good tasteful design. Kitchen is cute and has everything. Toaster, microwave, refrigerator, mini electric stove, water kettle, espresso machine, salt/oil/vinegar. There is a washing machine and dryer. I only used the washing machine and hung dry my clothing. Sitting area outside if you want to hang out. My room had an A/C unit. There was bar stools and a counter by the window. Really loving the decor. From the ceiling to all the wooden furniture.

Washing machine needs service. Did not drain the water for my clothes. Also need a cloths line somewhere. I made due with some rope. There once was some detergent but they ran out.

I would go again

Clean, cosy, homelike. Very helpful and responsive host in case of any queries.

If you take the ground floor apartment of the two floor house, you might find your neighbors noisy because of the wooden construct. Not a deal breaker at all.

Stylish, humid appartement full of insects

Aesthetic and stylish, beach area, beach view.

Centipedes on walls, ants, spiders, old spider webs in the Rock wall and flies, some lying dead in the floor. So I guess the floor wasnt cleaned before I moved in. Luckily there was insecticide in the Appartement, so I could get rid of some of the ants. The air and the walls in Casa 5 were very humid.

Beautiful, relaxing, comfortable.

Everything was amazing, down to the smallest details. Gorgeous interior, comfortable bed, ample amount of towels. This was definitely one of the most beautiful apartments I have stayed in.

There were a lot of flies in the room when we first got there.

Family getaway

Casa 1 was big enough for a family of 3. The outdoor great for children and the surroundings very calm. Away from the city center, the typical country side. Patrícia was very helpful during our entire stay. Kitchen with everything we might need.

Very good

Very cosy studio in a quiet rural location. Easy communication with the host who was flexible on early check-in. Check-in via key lock box was very easy.

The studio was very humid (but I was there during winter/rainy season so at other times of the year, this might not be a problem) and the kitchen corner is very basic, not really convenient for properly cooking a meal, but good enough for a quick fix (one pot meal) or heating up a take away meal.

Spacious, clean and very cozy houses. We were impressed by the interior design, it was something magical. The kichen was well equipped. We really appreciated self check-in with detailed instructions. I recommend :)

Clean, cozy, beautiful apartment. Good location for daytrips. Owner (not met in person) was responsive via booking chat.

Few days of bad smell in the bathroom due to direction of the wind. Owner was helpful and even offered to switch apartments.

Terceira hiking

Decorating style really nice. Great amenities. Very comfortable beds.

It was clean place however all house has strong smell of cows. It was not mentioned it will be kind of adjustment of old building. It is agricultural area with week WiFi and dogs barking over the night. Ceiling lights weren't working.

Superb

Fabulous spot, amazing interior design. Wooden furniture and all the light fittings are beautiful. Very comfortable bed which is always important. 5 different apartments on the site, very well designed. Short drive to a lovely swimming area at Cinco Ribeiras.

The noise isolation is the only issue between upper and lower apartments. But really considering it’s such a lovely place you could get over it. Maybe just making guests aware of it, especially if they’re in the upper apartment might do the trick.

Exceptional

The room and facilities were modern and up to standard. Very cool interior design, but still keeping the traditional charisma of local design and architecture. The village is also located in a beatiful area, with stunning views of the sea and the mountain behind.

It was not too easy to find at first, and the parking situation is not perfect - but that’s too expect from a small village.

Average cleanliness, good location

Santa Barbara is lovely, pretty nice location if you want a place outside the city. Sta Barbara also overlooks Sao Jorge island (and Pico when the weather allows!). The apartment is very well decorated.

The apartment had multiple huge spiderwebs, which of course also meant there were several spiders inside. I asked for cleaning and the owner sent someone in. When I got back there were still multiple spiderwebs pretty much everywhere except the two which I had specifically mentioned over the phone. I left a day early and moved to a hostel in the city. The common areas in the property are also in significant worse condition than what you can tell by the pictures here.

Relaxing stay in a cozy atmosphere. Excellent option for solo travelers or couples.

The property is newly renovated and beautifully designed. I stayed in the studio flat and felt very cosy inside. Even though the studio was relatively small, it offered everything I needed during my holiday. The small kitchen even had a coffee maker and a stove. The location of this flat is great; it's on a road leading straight to a beautiful viewpoint. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. Just up the road there is a small cafe where you can grab breakfast if you want to and a supermarket.

I think there was an army of crickets outside the apartment, which kept me up at night, but earplugs did the trick.
