Really great views from the living room and master bedroom! Amazing sunset views and also saw dolphins swim by each day! Was clean and had all the essentials to enjoy our stay.
The unit could do with some new couches in the living room and a couple of new chairs in the balcony.

Great location. Beautiful view. Clean accomodation. This was a wonderful stay with some minor issues that people booking should be made aware of. Not impacting our enjoyment and would still book here again:1) Fold out couch is very uncomfortable. Ended up sleeping on the couch without unfolding it.2) Shower has some steps that lead down into it. Not a problem for us, but older visitors should be aware of this. 3) Neighbors upstairs and downstairs so some noise if they aren't considerate.

We enjoyed it! Everything was clean so it was easy to settle in. However we were sad that we couldn't walk out to the beach. We also told we could park in front of the garage with our pickup. Sorry, but staff shouldn't tell people that. We didn't fit in the garage either. Let everyone know to drive a small car!

It was clean and stocked with everything we needed. I am already thinking about when I can bring the whole family on another trip. I would love to Stat in our same room on future vacation.

We had a quick weekend getaway and this property was PERFECTION. The wall of windows in the master bedroom is where I want to wake up every morning for the rest of my life. I have returned to this rental twice a year for 2 years. I have been vacationing in Oceanside for 15 years in many different rentals. This is my favorite. You walk onto patio and ocean is right there! Condo is clean and comfortable. The garage is added bonus. I recommend this for a relaxing ocean vacation.

The first thing we noticed when we came in was just how spacious this place is. The second thing we noticed is the VIEW through the wall-to-wall floor-to-ceiling window-walls. And the sound. We spent long hours on the patio just enjoying the ocean view. We brought beach stuff and never used it, the deck was enough. And over the course of a few days we saw dolphins and a sea lion. The place is very well appointed and comfortable and we'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

This little beach condo was perfect for my family. Ocean views are amazing very clean and well-kept. The shower in the master bedroom is so cool and unique. I would highly recommend this place to anybody wanting to relax. The only thing that I will say is there were a couple things that needed to be touched up but I feel like that’s everywhere. Specially, when you’re right next to the beach. But it came with all the amenities you can think of that you would need including extra beach, chairs, and a king size pull out couch.

The unit was spacious and bright, with a larger living space than expected and deep couches that suck you in. The kitchen had everything we wanted/needed as well and everything worked great. The beds were comfortable but honestly the sound of the ocean would lull anyone to sleep. Location was great, whether we were going surfing up at the Harbor or grabbing dining and shopping in Carlsbad, everything was close by. Our family had a great time and wouldn't hesitate to come back!

Our family very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach home. You truly couldn’t be closer to the ocean. You can hear the waves crashing against the shore from every room. You also have a stunning view of the ocean from the master and main living area. We enjoyed our morning coffee while dolphin watching on the large private deck. The house was very clean, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable long weekend away. It was quiet. It was super easy to check in and out. You get your own private garage. If I had to complain about something I would just wish their was more beach. This area is very rocky and really had no sand at all before the waves broke on the shore. We needed to pack up and head to the pier and main beach for the kids to play. This didn’t bother us. The pier is just a quick car ride down the road. But if you are looking to post up at the beach steps from your room it might not be the best location. That being said, it is pretty difficult to complain about this wonderful place. We would definitely stay again.

The core systems work really well. The master bedroom has amazing views and both the master bedroom as well as the living room have amazing views and access to the balcony with full ocean views.The facilities are overall really good. I would encourage the owners to do a few changes -- fix up all the alarms and make sure they work well. Fix up the bathroom toilet paper holders (minor fixes).Make sure the kitchen has some more things --like a hot water kettle, some basic coffee, tea, salt, oil, sugar etc so that these little things are available in case someone forgets to get them or checks in late in the night.Overall it is a clean place! The sofas could be more comfortable and although I would rate this an 8/10 in cleanliness-- I would be delighted it was a 10/10 ...as that would make this location +++ facilities combination simply phenomenal.

5 Stars! I was in town for my son’s graduation from MCRD. The camp is in San Diego but I didn’t want to stay there and chose to commute instead. We got there a couple days before graduation, took some time to relax, enjoy the view of the ocean, have coffee on the balcony and watch some of the most amazing sunsets ever. This rental gives you the comfort of home and vacation. In walking distance is the beach entrance, a fantastic coffee shop called The Cup, the pier, Top Gun house, 333 Pacific steakhouse and much more! Worth every Penny and stay as long as you possibly can! Fall asleep to the sounds of the waves. It’s an experience you won’t regret.

This unit is right on the beach, with a private garage. You can hear the waves crashing against the rocks with the doors closed! The layout makes it seem so much larger. It has always been a dream of mine to stay right next to the ocean! This property was perfect! There are three levels and we stayed on the second floor. That was perfect for transporting luggage and groceries since you did not need to go up and down a lot of stairs.Inside was big enough for our family of 4. It was well pretty well stocked with supplies for the kitchen. If you wanted to bake anything, there are not any 9x13 pans or 8x8 pans. There are also not any cookie sheets to cook food in the oven. Those were the only things we noticed that were missing.We had the doors open whenever we were home and the ocean sounds never got old for me. The management company was always available for us if we had questions.

This is the best priced home on the beach! It's less new and modern than others but the view cannot be beat! We love to come and enjoy the sound, sight and smell of the ocean! This is an older home so there is no AC but there are fans and a fabulous ocean breeze. It was a bit humid while we were there but there are lots of places to walk to and escape the heat in the afternoons. One of our favorites was Oceanside Pier and beach just a 15 min walk away. Things we will bring with us on our next trip - measuring cups because we like to cook, wash clothes for the shower (you get 1) and a few laundry pods because we like to stay awhile. We only had once concern during our stay and that was the door code was the same as our last stay. We inquired and were told they change it 2x per year. That made us feel less secure but we did not have any problems because of it.

Loved the balcony over the ocean, but Oceanside itself does not have much to offer for restaurants and shops. The action is in Carlsbad. Condo was very clean, loved the garage parking. 2nd bedroom was hot, hot, hot. 2nd person had to sleep on couch with door open to ocean breeze. Need AC in 2nd bedroom. Bring your own beach chairs, although towels were available
