Weird place with weird people, bad cleaning

The fact it was pet friendly and the staff kindness were the only good thing about this place

The Bed sheets and duvet were really dirty. We had to ask to be changed, and still our duvet had a big stain on it. Also, the place is VERY loud at night, with people not respecting the other in terms of being quite at sleep time. Several days we woke in the middle of the night with the floor above us making noise or someone screaming outside/corridors. Terrible experience, would not stay again

The staff was very helpful and polite. Helps me with my complaint about having sheets with hair all over them, which I could not sleep in the bed the first night I was there it was disgusting.

The property outside in the parking lot was dirty. It had garbage everywhere in the parking lot of where the flowers or shrubbery was. The room smelled like a wet dog. The carpet had dog hair all over it. I sat a cup on the carpet for a second not realizing there was dog hair there I picked up the cup and dog hair was stuck all on the bottom of the cup. It was disgusting. I wanted to throw up the bed in one of the rooms when you pulled back the covers there was hair all over the bed the pillow the comforter had stains on it could not sleep in that bed that night, but I went downstairs the next day and spoke to the young lady. She’s been there three years. She’s an awesome person and she bought me a new comforter and I told her I would go ahead and wash the sheets, but the night prior I was just too tired to wash them, but the property outside needs to be cleaned up. People don’t want to come there and see cups and stuff all over the driveway I mean I know it’s not totally the property fault that people cannot pick up after themselves but it doesn’t need to stay out there cause obviously the people staying there. We’re not gonna clean it up.

Overall our stay at the property was exceptional and I highly recommend this property.

The location was like a home away from home and looked better in person. They do not provide breakfast; however, we found several great eateries. Must try: Breakfast Brunch (Link & Pin) the flounder, Belgian waffles, shrimp and grits, maple bacon, devil eggs, chicken and waffles, eggs, mimosas to die for. Delicious 10 out of 10 Lunch Optimist Hall must try the Ethiopian, Indian street Food, and coffee shop. Dinner LA Belle Helen Late Night Toppers Pizza is open until 2 am Chicken pizza. Dillworth Grille is open until 2 am Salmon salad, chicken quesadilla, and loaded tots with beer cheese. I must say this was a Wonderful, Peaceful, Tasty, and Joyful Birthday Trip. Thank you. See you guys again soon.

There was not anything that I did not like about the property. The only recommendation I have is that they make the gym accessible 24hrs and put a full body mirror in the room.

Unless you want to smell burnt skunk your entire stay, book your stay elsewhere.

Property is in a good location. It has both a hotel and apartments. Restaurants and shopping are nearby.

Stay consisted of staying in apartment building. Entire floor (2nd floor) smelled like cannabis the entire stay. Room became permeated with stench from multiple tenants from other rooms smoking cannabis multiple times a day. Keep in mind this a non-smoking building. Brought issue up to on duty manager and was told that they wouldn’t do anything about the cannabis use since it was the apartment building. Completely dismayed at response. Also, while pets are allowed, which is a good thing, property grounds were not maintained with dog feces all over the grass.

worst expensive staty

not to much check in was what made the whole situation and trip vewry unlikely to come back, the staff was not friendly and was not knowledgeable of the situation, and not friendly, they were more worried about there personal phone call and text, I had already paid once and was forced to pay again because apparently booking.com and them are not connnected, it was late and we were tired and think they know this so we paid for the one night again, but rest assure the thought of staying the rest of the week were not even present, we went to residence inn by marriott on tyvola,

Unprofessional and Unpleasant

This property wasn’t well kept or cleaned for that matter. We got our first room and it smelled like cigarette smoke there was trash everywhere, including the refrigerator. There were stains on the furniture including the bed and couches. Overall the cleanliness i would rate this property a 0. We had to purchase our own cleaning supplies for us to feel more comfortable.

-The service’s, there was no one at the front desk when we checked in or checked out.
