We enjoyed our stay better than the Megan concert! If that means anything!

The breakfast was very good! The front lady was very nice and the supervisor we meet went above and beyond! She was amazing! I’d definitely go back!

The place was perfect, the people was perfect, but if I had to say one thing the place didn’t smell very good at all!

Staff was incredibly friendly and working hard. However the room and facility were overused and in need of repairs. Pool

Not the best experience

Location

Not hot breakfast, just wrapped items like danish and muffins. There was coffee, OJ and milk. Small yogurts and oranges. There was a sign saying due to covid but there fouls have been a hot breakfast. I booked this hotel because it has a outdoor pool as opposed to others in the area that have an indoor pool. Well the pool was closed and it was green and dirty but the filter was running. The pool should have and could have been open because it’s outside. There weren’t many people staying there and we sat outside by the pool for a while and no one else came out there. We had some downtime on our trip and was really looking forward to the pool. No housekeeping, again they said due to covid. We had to ask for towels and take out the trash. The ice machine on the first floor was out of order as well as an elevator. The workout room was closed, probably because no one wanted to clean it after it was used. The toilet in our room was not quite stable as it moved every time you sat down. The bottom part of the wall next to the toilet could have used a good cleaning. There were also trash baskets outside that were full and not emptied while we were there. They could have least discounted the rooms considering the amenities we didn’t get. I wish I could add more photos.

Location was good

Room dirty with trash behind chest of drawers and found a sock behind bed. Also towel holder was falling off wall

It sucked

Breakfast was ok

We stayed for 4 days the 2nd day we asked them y no one put clean tows in our room the said they were still under covid restrictions. So I told them I wanted my room cleaned and it was not done I went down and asked them for towels and they did not have none so we had to by towels to tack a shower this sucks.and the other thing me and my mom are handicap and when we tried to park in the handicap spot it was taking by a car with no tag or sticker and then a commercial vehicle. I will never stay there again.

Toilet needs to be replaced. The door needs to be fixed. The dried stains totally needed to be cleaned but the staff was

Pool was nice, and staff was friendly and professional

Toilet moved up and down every time you sat on it and made a loud noise, 2 big dried, old urine stains on both sides of the floor around it, obviously it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The bathroom door stuck if you closed it and you had to kick it with your foot to get out.

The worst hotel stay I have ever had.

The lady at the front desk was very apologetic for what we went through.

The room was not ready when we checked in way after the check-in time, it was 3:00 pm we checked in around 6:00 PM. The front desk person "Upgraded" us to a King room because it was just cleaned and was ready. Finally got ready for bed turned the sheets down and found a women's fake eyelashes in the sheets, clearly, the sheets were NOT CHANGED! That was disgusting. The pool was supposed to close at 10:00 pm whoever was in charge let a group of very loud people play music, drinking, and smoking weed until 4:00 am, how do I know you ask? Our room faced the pool, I was going to take some pictures but I didn't want any ramifications taken out on my family.

Don't set your expectation to high and you will enjoy a peaceful stay with a above average breakfast

The Breakfast was great every morning and all the staff were super friendly. The environment was quiet and was great for reading which was a plus for me.

MY clock was bloke (they did give me a new clock to use, so great job handling this problem), My phone did not work and I reported it after check in, 3 day later nothing had been done. I had problems connecting to the WiFi also. There was NO blankets in the room.

Overnight stay

The bed was comfortable and not too high. It was in a great location. Convenient to restaurants and the concord mills mall. There was a great breakfast.

Would have been nice since it was a handicap accessible room if there would have been a roll in shower instead of a tub.

They were very accomadating and we were able to get into our room early. The hotel was clean and our room was great. The breakfast was super delicious and everything was clean and tidy.
