Propreté et calme au rendez-vous

Nous avons passé une semaine. Hôtel très propre. Le personnel au top et très respectueux. La chambre correspond bien au photo.

Le seul bémol dans la chambre c'est qu'il manque un placard pour ranger nos affaires.

Hotel bonito, pero habitación ruidosa.

La decoración. Además estaba bien conectado tanto con el centro como con el aeropuerto mediante el tranvía.

La habitación era muy ruidosa. Tenía muy mala insonorización y entraba mucho ruido de la carretera. Además, en la habitación sólo había toallas para 2 personas, y la reserva la hicimos para 3. Cuando fuimos a pedir una toalla adicional, nos dijeron que era tarde y que la lavandería estaba ya cerrada, y no nos pudieron dar una toalla más.

Horrible experience.

I'm sorry but I didn't like the property at all.

At the time we checked in no bellboy to help to us the room. The only receptionist was handling the things alone. The rooms with missing items like no comforters and no charging points working. Very bad experience.

Didn’t like the hotel, the only thing goo about it is that the staff were helpful !

Average hotel really didn’t like anything

Orange juice for breakfast available only for purchasing. Ridiculous never ever seen that in any hotel, Carpets very stained, rooms not well cleaned , Hardly any lights, when I asked the manager he said that this was the decoration of the hotel , it was very dark clearly seemed that they are saving on their light bill . We were in Antalya with almost 50 degrees Celsius, very hot, and all the air conditioning of every single floors were off . We had air conditioning only in our rooms !

Trendy hotel

Beautiful hotel with modern features and decor. Parking on site and restaurant downstairs.

Staff were quite hostile and somewhat unhelpful. Breakfast is not included and is very limited.

Overall we had a comfortable staff. Getting around in taxis was very easy as we could order on the Uber app.

Aesthetics were nice. Lovely huge mirrors. Perfect for taking pictures.

That there wasn’t a pool. Also the fridges were not plugged in once we checked in. Selection of food at breakfast was very low.

Amazing gem in the heart of the city

An absolute gem in the middle of the city. Discovered the hotel as part of a last-minute resolution, and didn't feel sorry for one second! Amazing and stylish, with every detail speaking for good taste and thought for comfort. Those who love style and simplicity with urbanism and minimalizm, will absolutely like it there. Mind, though, this is by no means a resort hotel, but rather a comfortable hideaway from the hassle of touristic frenzy. Within a few meters you will be at the Tram stop which will take you absolutely everywhere at next to no price. In-hotel restaurant serving amazing food at reasonable prices. Those who prefer traditional food, will find tasty small restaurants around within a few steps. Special thanks to reception staff who were absolutely amazing and helpful in every question I had, all my requests were met with greatest desire to make the customer happy. Another special thanks to wonderful cleaning staff, whose work was also immaculate. Overall - would definitely return.

Transit hotel at best

Clean rooms and 15mns from airport, tram station is 5mns walk. The hotel staff was great!

Being on the main road, rooms were terribly noisy, we checked out in 1 night as we couldn’t sleep all night. There is nothing around the property except showrooms.

Good base for getting to transport links for other destinations.

Good location for transport, 15euro in a taxi from the airport and the metro was almost on the door step.

Road noise can be heard inside the rooms as it’s next to a busy main road and no sound proofing. Orange juice wasn’t included in breakfast.

Die Lage ist Perfekt zwischen Stadt und Flughafe. Sehr Sauber und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Modern ein gerichtet. Frühstücks Büffe war gut.

Радушный персонал, просторный номер, уборка каждый день со сменой постельного белья, завтраки за 5 дней не надоели, менеджер, который стремился решить вопросы. Рядом остановка с автобусами и трамваем, что удобно добраться до центра

Нет утюга на этаже, во время сильного ливня протекают окна(мы жили на 5 этаже)

Het ontbijt was goed. Het hotel is proper, daar kan ik niets op aanmerken.

Ik vond de suite kamer veel te klein, op de foto's lijkt het veel groter. Het bad is van beton en niet comfortabel. Van het bad richting de douche was de helft van de kamer nat. De TV werkte niet. De glazen deur van het toilet/douche staat op een kiertje, er is inkijk, wat niet zo fijn is in een kleine kamer.

Perfekt!!

Mir hat das Hotel sehr gut gefallen sei es das Pesonal, die Ortschaft, das Leckere Frühstück, das Restaurant. Die Hilfsbereitschaft der Personal hat mir besonders gut gefallen das entgegenkommen die Sauberkeit, ich würde immer wieder gerne hierher reissen wollen.

Das perfekte Hotel!!!

Ich habe lange nach einem Stadt Hotel was im preisverhältniss nicht so hoch ist dennoch die Sauberkeit viel zu sprechen hat. Ich habe einen Klassischen Dopppelzimmer gebucht, habe vor der unterkunft nach einem Zimmer mit Gartenblick angefragt, vorort war diese bereits ohne eine Zuzahlung für mich reserviert:) Das Rich Hospital ist gleich gegenüber dieses Hotels wo ich meine Operation durchführte, nach der Operation war ich sehr komfortabel, Hygienisch in dem Hotel aufgehoben. die Sauberkeit entspricht 5****** das Personal, sei es an der Reception, im Restaurant, der Hotel zuständiger Herr, sie waren sehr Hilfsbereit sehr nett. Das Frühstück war sehr Lecker, das Essen im Restaurant , die Fix Menüs reichen Locker für zwei Personen und es schmeckt besser wie beim Italiener! Es wird alles richtig frisch und warm serviert. Zum Standort des Hotels es ist genau 10 straßenbahn halte stellen von Flughafen entfernt. Zum Stadtzentrum sind es 3 haltestellen. Zum Markantalya sind es 4 Haltestellen. die Straßenbahn halte stelle ist genau 1 minute zu Fuß erreichbar. Wenn ich das nächste mal nach Antalya reisen sollte werde ich defiinitiv wieder in das selbe Hotel verreisen. Bin mehr als zufrieden das ich es auch jeden schwärmend weiterempfehlen kann!

Es gibt nichts worauf ich mich beschwerden könnte..

It was okay

Staff was friendly and helpful. Always kept the room clean, but when you’re in the room and put the dnd sign on it the door the cleaner lady still entered the room thank god we was in bed covered.

The darkness of the place with the lack of enough lighting. The food also wasn’t very up to standard for me but everything else was okay.

Always pleased with my stay at AG Hotels.

Have stayed at this hotel many times throughout the years and are always pleased with the personel at check in counter and restaurant. Can't be much better and looking forward to next stay :)

الموظفين جدا محترمين ومتجاوبين معنا

نظام الغرف جدا سيئ الغرف قريبة من بعد بحيث تسمع اصوات الغرف الاخرى لا توجد خصوصية و دائما إزعاج موقع الفندق على الشارع الرئيسي ولكن لا يوجد عازل للصوت عن الشارع بحيث تسمع اصوات مرور السيارات على مدار اليوم. غير مريح جدا للنوم. تنظيف الغرف: يجب عليك ان تخبرهم اكثر من مرة حق ينظفوا الغرفة للاسف الشديد.

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm und ohne Probleme.

Uns hat an dem Hotel - die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung - die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter - das Frühstück als offenes Büfett sehr gefallen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal das Hotel buchen.

Das einzige was uns gestört hat, dass das Badezimmer in dem Zimmer, welches wir gebucht haben sehr klein war. Wir hatten ein Aufenthalt von einer Nacht, deshalb haben wir das günstigste Zimmer gebucht. Die Größe des Badezimmers liegt wahrscheinlich daran.

Enjoyed the stay very much, only wish there were more vegetarian options for breakfast

Close to tram stop which was a big bonus. Rooms were nice and clean. The AC worked well. Interior was lovely. Staff were very helpful.

Breakfast was good, but the vegetarian selection was very limited. We considered having dinner at the restaurant but the priced were very high and there were limited vegetarian options.
