Stayed for five nights during French Quarter Fest. Property was clean, spacious and comfortable - rooms are larger than you would expect at this price point. Easy 8 block walking distance to St Charles streetcar, although Uber might be a better way to go during peak festival times. Short distance to the many shops and restaurants of Magazine St. Minh was an excellent host, very responsive, and prompt with all communication. Highly recommended!

Nice area, no frills, thin walls and doors. Note second bedroom doesn't have a window and that laundry and back patio are shared. Good communication with host.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. Great location in walkable neighborhood. Easy Walking distance to Magazine Street and the Garden District. Both a park and a neighborhood market close by. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall a great stay. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Better window coverings/blinds are needed. Please note that you share the washer/dryer with other units, so plan accordingly. Great communication with host.

Great, clean, easy to access property very close to Bourbon St and the French Quarter, but far enough away to be in a quiet area.

We had a wonderful stay. For most of us, it was our first time in NOLA. Being in the Irish Channel was perfect. We felt safe and it was quiet and just a couple blocks from Magazine St which was wonderful for breakfast and coffee. It wasnt too far from Charles St either.
The house itself wasnt anything over the top but still very comfortable and cute. It was clean (did not see a single bug). Water pressure was good. Overall it had everything we needed. The host was also wonderful and communicative. We didn't have any issues at all. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely rent here again.

I loved this little house in the Irish Channel. I was staying in NOLA for my dad’s wedding and the spot was a great location for getting around to the events and for getting out to some of my old haunts on Magazine St (it’s a short walk!). Owner was very helpful and responsive, particularly when we couldn’t get the door code work.
It also worked well for traveling with my 3 year old - he loved his room and I loved there weren’t breakable things at toddler level and a laundry room for cleaning his clothes.
10/10, I would stay again

Minh's house is great! We were so comfortable in the house. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the utensils, pots, pans, plates, and glasses you need to cook big meals. The bathroom had more than enough towels for all five in my party. We were so happy to be able to walk to the majority of our must see architectural landmarks. We'll absolutely stay here again

My boyfriend and I loved it here, the size and amenities inside was just enough! The place was stocked with everything we needed from towels and soap to coffee and cups. It was great being able to come back from a long day of exploring to a night in watching some Netflix. I love that it’s not too far from everything and walking distance from some of my favorite places on Magazine Street! The neighborhood was also very quiet. I hope we may stay here again next time we find ourselves in New Orleans.

My best friend and I visit New Orleans every year and we’re very excited to return after skipping all trips last year due to Covid.
This was our first time staying in the Irish channel neighborhood and we enjoyed exploring. The industrial feel along Tchoupitoulas made for some great photo ops, not to mention beer gardens and breweries.
The rental was clean and comfortable and Minh was quick with responding to any questions. We would stay here again 🖤
