Reserved this spacious townhouse with two car garage this summer for my large family get together. This is the first year I have reserved such a large rental in Branson but having 5 bedrooms & 5 baths was really nice! The open space of the kitchen with the dining area & living room provided us plenty of room to visit & watch the children play. This is also the first year I have reserved a place close to Kanakuk camps, town & all that the area has to offer. Every day was full with so many activities!! That being said, after returning home I decided to read ALL the reviews. Many concerns listed in reviews, some a year earlier, were concerns I had, which tells me that these had NOT been addressed by Thousand Hills Management. I believe having reserved what was to be such a nice place & paying such a large amount$$ for 7days/6nites I expected things to be in order, supplies checked, grill in working order, dishes/pans clean, Just over all clean! But ants were all over counter tops! NO wash clothes. NO dish towels, 1rag. 2 kitchen trash bags, etc. Overall low supplies! Oval crock pot/round lid! Pans were put up with food still on sides. Roasters were rusted. The grill was missing a gasket but Willis came & saved supper!! The master bdroom headboard squeaked with every move/breath! And the downstairs floors were terribly dirty, leaving our feet or socks black. Floors had been swept but certainly NOT mopped with clean water! Dryer lint was all over floor inside the closet.

The stay was nice , but for a family of 10 there is not much comfortable chairs . We could not leave any kind of food on the counter such as candy the ants was terrible , our feet was black after walking across the floor and there was blood on one of the comforters on the bed I slept in . I don’t normally complain but these are things that the owner needs to know and we pd way to much not to have clean condo as well as a safe one ( such as blood )

Our trip in general was great, lots to do in Branson and close to this VRBO location, we fought ants the whole time in most all areas. Very limited supplies left for a 6 night stay for 8 adults. We had to go buy a lot of stuff that I felt should have been supplied basic everyday items. Nice quiet area but inside out dated.

We enjoyed our stay. The property is exactly as described on the listing. It was nice to have a bedroom and bathroom for each couple. The location was great and close to all the attractions in Branson. The only small complaints we had were that there were no kitchen towels and the carpet throughout the townhouse appeared to be dirty.

We had a very good stay with older parents along with 4 siblings and spouses. Was close for entertainment venues and easily accessible for all. Great kitchen with plenty of dishes for our group.

We found we did not have propane to grill 7 expensive steaks we just purchased. We called the office, and before we knew it maintenance came took old propane tank, and replaced it with a new tank, even lighting it for us ready to cook. We were impressed. The handle on microwave fell off. It had been glued several times. We called to office to report it, and suggested they replace the microwave. Not for us but for the next guests.

We had so much fun in Branson and the house was perfect for the nine of us. We were able to relax and had plenty of space for visiting. The house was clean and comfortable.

Inside house was clean and met all expectations. House was not properly stocked with towels, dishwasher soap, laundry soap nor paper towels or toilet paper. Outside back space was full of leaves and 2 people found ticks on themselves after sitting out there. The grill was way to dirty to use which was fine for your group because we hadn’t planned on using it. Was very happy with the the cleanliness of the inside of the house and would stay again if ever planning another Branson vacation. Communication with the owners and the clubhouse was wonderful.

Our townhouse was clean and tastefully decorated. We took our family to Branson for a vacation and loved the 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms in the townhouse, we had everything we needed with the kitchen. We liked there was a master bedroom was on the main floor. The garage was nice as it was cold when we were there. The location was good and easy to get to. Very nice property.

The rental process was very easy. The check in agent was rude & condescending. Her name is Emily. There were a couple of issues with the house that were able to be fixed quickly. Some however, were not. The carpet was FILTHY throughout the whole house. The house in general needed a lot of work. There is a leak in the master bathroom shower & the caulking had black mold. Otherwise, the house was a perfect fit for our family.

The property was not as clean as they tell you. There were several whatever stains on the Capet upstairs and on the stairs. We were missing several light bulbs; the toilet seat on one of the toilets was broken and we replaced that ourselves, something was stuck in the garbage disposal. They did come over and replace the light bulbs and remove whatever was in the garbage disposal. beware!!!!

Registration was excellent. Everyone was extremely kind. The rental from the outside looked small but once inside was quite large. It was great having a full bath and king size beds in each bedroom. One bathroom was a Jack and Jill. Plus an additional full bath on main floor. Kitchen was nice sized and a table that seated 8 comfortably. Nice having a two car garage with two remotes while staying. Great location to enjoy Branson. Office set-up all our show needs and great prices. Would definitly would stay again. Rental cost was very reasonable.
