Great lake dock where we spent most of our time. House is older and back right bedroom had mildew smell with some mold in hall bathroom. Recommend a good cleaning of house inside and out. Need a vacuum for tenants to use. Did have ants and two palmetto roaches in kitchen area during the stay. Also, grass needs cut as it was about 12" tall with grass seed talons and dandelions. Overall fun week, but it was the dock that makes the stay worth it.

We loved the house and the dock. Early morning fishing from the dock. Beautiful views from the full window doors all along the back of the house including the master bedroom.

My wife and I entertained out two adult kids and their spouses. We took our boat and had a blast! The boat ramp at the Dam Rec Facility worked out great! The water was less busy at this end of the lake. The covered boat dock is awesome as well! Don’t have to worry about keeping a cover on the boat. The only downside if there is one would be the distance to the water. Seems to be about 125-150 yards, but once at the waterfront you can easily spend the day down on the dock! Great stay and already planning the next trip!

Beautiful house, plenty of room for kids to play outside, great 2 story dock with boat ramp only a few minutes away by boat and car! Have stayed at this house twice and hope to book again!

Great house with beautiful views and lake frontage. Back deck was fabulous and great for having a dog. Huge yard if you have kids.

We loved the roominess, comfort, and views at this property! The beds were oh so comfy, the showers were rejuvenating, and the kitchen has all we needed to cook a nice big breakfast. The dock was relaxing to sit at and do yoga, and also a perfect size for our boat! The host was very responsive. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful host and home. So many great things to say about this place. Clean, great/easy location, double dekcer dock for shade, fully stocked withcall we needed. Had extra family during thr day and there was plenty of room. Thank you for the great memories.

Traveled from PA for a practice round at The Masters golf tournament (1:45 drive, but EASY - no traffic at all!). The house is lovely, clean, and comfortable. We planned several activities, but ended up spending almost all our time sitting on the top dock. Very peaceful! We found some good restaurants, but not ones you’d consider “memorable”. But there were plenty of places to try. Would definitely recommend staying in this spacious and clean house!

This house is amazing! Very clean, beautiful and comfortable! I really appreciated the gated porch and deck. Perfect for pets or small children. All of the windows allow for a beautiful view of the lake. We loved it!

The land that this property is on is amazing. The house is set back from the road, but has quite a bit of distance, and therefore view, from the lake. Waking up in the morning before the kids and having coffee on the deck while looking at the lake in the chilly March morning was awesome. The house is big and clean, and accommodated our family of eight, and dog, perfectly.

Everything was as described. Our party's age range was 64 to 82. Only slght negative was the TV signal. We caught bream that were good size. The comunication was excellent! Will rent again.

Enjoyed our stay! Beautiful spacious, clean home. Lots of natural light from french doors and floor to ceiling windows lining front of house overlooking the lake. Master opens right onto large deck for the perfect place for your morning coffee. Quiet area. Comfy beds and furniture. Although, we wish we would have had more furniture in living area to spread out for watching movies. 1 sectional couch and 1 recliner...would be a tight squeeze if you have a large family (family area is huge so house could accommodate more furniture in living room area). Otherwise, house is perfect! Close to public boat landing. Fast food restaurants within a few minutes of location. Ideal house for a peaceful, quiet get-away! Our family would stay again without hesitation.

This place was great. My son and I were looking to get away from the crazy of everyday life. Open kitchen and entertaining area. And a large enough piece of property that the neighbors weren’t right on top of you. We enjoyed our stay.

Came up for a football game. Beautiful home on lake. Everything was immaculate. Large yard, nice dock. Great TV’s. Easy check-in process with good communication. Would rent again.

I would give this property and owner 10 stars if possible. We have stayed in many VRBO vacation homes around the country (and abroad) and this one tops them all! The owners were great! The draw is the property! It was WAY better than the pictures. Location, accommodations and the property were perfect! It is all about the lake though! The main dock (Yes there was two docks) was the favorite hang out by far! The water was deep and clean! The view was breath taking! Everyone swan and lounged on the main dock and the guys fished from the second dock! The best of both worlds! We will be booking our next summer get-away at this property! Thank you for a great vacation!

My family really enjoyed staying at this awesome property. It was extremely clean, great layout, comfy beds, spacious living areas and wonderful big patio deck to enjoy the lake views. We played badminton and enjoyed the use of the two docks on property. It was well stocked with the basics and more. Would absolutely come back again!

This property was easy to find in a great location near everything. We had so much fun. The house layout was perfect, and spacious. The safety of the yard far away from the hwy for the kids to run around and play in without worries. My husband spent his whole Christmas out on the lake fishing which is his favorite passtime. Overall, we did'nt want to leave.

House was clean and neat. Beds were super comfortable. Especially the master bed. Make sure to bring your toiletries. BBQ grill is on it's last leg. There is the small smell of animals present but not a huge deal. Communication with the property was great! We would visit again.

As the title says, this was the perfect house for a Lake Hartwell getaway. It had everything we wanted, great views, excellent dockage, comfortable beds, and convenient to both Hartwell and Anderson. As a bonus, it was only about an hour drive to Helen, GA for a fun day trip.

The house and property were absolutely beautiful. We hated to leave! My husband and I visited with our two small children (5 and 2). The house was very kid-friendly and safe. The property had plenty of room for the kids to run around while we relaxed in the yard or on the huge back porch. We enjoyed fishing and swimming off of the dock and yard games that were in the house (eg ring toss and badminton). We stayed for a week and barely left the house!The owner was super responsive whenever we needed anything. We loved our stay. Thank you!
