Home away from home. The experience was outstanding.

Everything about the space is beautiful felt like living in tiny homes.

A peaceful stay with such a friendly staff and host amidst this chaotic city was worth the stay. I will definitely visit

Loved my stay at the Anavrin Art House. From being in the middle of a market area on one side allows easy accessibility for anything and everything. The room was clean and beautifully done up with these bohemian aesthetics. The host and staff are really helpful. The terrace is massive and peaceful with so much greenery.

Best place to stay in south extension and chill!

Good location. Near to the metro & market, makes it easy to get transport and if you want to buy things for daily use or just want to have dinner/lunch. You get food in house too which was delicious. The place itself has a very homely and artistic vibe. Anant and Aarav who hosted me were quite friendly and kind. Beds were comfortable, you get attached washroom with hot shower in winters in dormitory. Last but not the least, the best part was the rooftop and their plants. I loved it so much and spent most of my time there. They also had bonefire in evenings.

Food was little overpriced but it was delicious so I think it's not that bad.

Bravo!!! Perfect six days stay !!!

The location was at the heart of South Extn II, everything was good from the host to the other guests everything was exceptional!!!

Everything is better till now. There is nothing i could suggest for now. I find everything better and all the best for coming years.

Exceptional

An excellent creative set up for dorms and private stay. I was supposed to travel to kasol but due to the Himachal floods 2023 I had to stay at Delhi. And trust I dint feel that I am not in kasol while I was at property. The room, the terrace , the lounge everything felt like a trip to Parvati Valley. The owner, staffs, even the wall mates are really warm and helpful.

Good vibes, good location

It's a very nice place where I could feel almost like home despite it was my very beginning of my journey in India. The owner and his friends are very kind and helpful. If I will be back in Delhi I will definitely return here. Lots of food shops and little restaurants around, not too far to metro station. Lovely tarace on the top of the building :)

Little difficult to find. If gate to the building is closed you must try to open it by yourself. Hostel is on the very end floor.

Lift and not crowded as there only one dorm of 4 bed and one private room so not crowded as such in usual dorm or hostel

Even though dorm having 4 bed but maintenence level low even staff did all the cleaning after check-in and dorm is way too simple with no reading light inside dorm bed and no hook to hang anything but spacious space and cleaned bathroom.

I opted anavrin private room instead dorm since there was no lower bed available that time and private room looks good and seems maintained but price could be readjusted accordingly property tag of anavrin whether it is dorm or else. Food simple and good.

Best to stay the ambiance and all the vibes the music and aesthetic and friendly and cool environment and to mix with each and everyone you will love it recommended for sure . And also the sense of humor of everyone to be everyone too 🌚😂.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Anant was someone very easy to communicate with.
