I stayed with my family and enjoyed our stay, but the poor customer service when one of their doors jammed and couldnt open left a bad taste for us.

Planer was super flexible with us when the storm of the year prevented us from getting through the tunnel on day 1. The house was well appointed, super comfortable, and clean. Excellent location on the bus line…just an excellent experience all around. You won’t be disappointed!

The pros: great location, close to the ski shuttle and minutes to the Keystone parking lot, house is large and was good for 2 families. Great views! There were two garages that was great for our cars and putting our ski equipment inside. The cons: house is tired, its overpriced, needed some repairs. We reached out to the owners during our stay, and it took them a few days to get back to us. We then reached out to the rental company and shared some items that needed repair. There was a large ice dam that was leaking into the wall and causing a very big wet spot in one of the bedrooms. The toilets wouldn’t flush and multiple bathrooms. The house was great for a big group and kids, but it’s just tired and needs updated. If you are just there to ski and you’re not going to utilize the house that much it does the job. We couldnt use the outside deck due to the amount of ice and snow. When somebody was there to shovel, they only shoveled by the front door which is on a second-story deck. The snowy stairs are very dangerous and the man said he was not responsible for shoveling the steps.. We bought steaks to grill and had to cook them inside As the ice was too hard to shovel ourselves (we all tried).

We enjoyed our time here. The house is great for families, and the kids enjoyed having their own space. Lots of close easy trails to explore, as well as the river.

We loved our stay here! The location was great, it’s steps away from a shuttle that takes you directly to Keystone! The house was huge and had all the amenities we needed for our stay.

Lovely place a block from the bus stop. Great living areas both upstairs and down. Gathered the entire group for apres ski drinks, dinners, games, puzzles, hot tubbing, foosball, movies... Fantastic venue for the whole family and friends looking for a good ski and outdoor opportunity.

We stayed at this amazing home for one week during peak ski season. It was incredible. Everyone - adults and kids loved it. The location was great - short drive to the slopes and village of Keystone mountain. The house had everything you could ask for - ample space - hot tub, easy to use outdoor grill, firepit, games, foosball, big tv's, huge kitchen, and great sleeping arrangements for kids / adults. We truly had a wonderful vacation and all were sad to leave at the end.

We were very pleased with the property. Only issues were the garage door code didn't work and had to open the garage manually from the inside the whole time we were there. We did report it. Also, had a clogged drain in the downstairs bathroom which was fixed while we were there. There was no pitcher in which to put lemon aid even though the cabinet indicated there was one. My family loved the deck with the hot tub. We also loved that the main living area was up so that the view was wonderful. On our last night we saw a beautiful double rainbow after some rain. We appreciated the direct contact with Summit County Mountain Retreats, plus the owner of the property. I have booked through VRBO many times, and will continue to do so.

Perfect property for a large group. Plenty of space for all of us and the quick walk to the free shuttle was great for us so that we could leave the cars at the property during our stay and head to the base for skiing. Would stay again!

The place was in an ideal location between both Keystone golf courses. The deck & hot tub were amazing. Overall, the space & location were ideal for a big group. Amber was also extremely responsive and helpful!

Views and hiking right off the property. Staff and hosts are attentive and thoughtful. We had 4 families w children age 9-14. We could walk to Snake River and a stream right in the back of the house. We were close to Breckinridge, Frisco for Sapphire Point hike and Loveland Pass w continental divide is close by. Thank you for an excellent spot to share our summer vacation.

This property was amazing in basically every way. We had a large group of friends skiing at keystone for the weekend and this rental worked out perfect. It is in a great location with a very short walk to the bus route to the keystone trails, plenty of space for a large group, and incredible views (specifically the hot tub). Would highly recommend this stay for large groups of any age!
