Excellent location.
Staff very polite and helpful.
Good breakfast.
Good value for money.
Nothing to improve within the hotel
Could improve number of parking bays for residents would be our only suggestion.

Right on the harbour. We were given an upgraded room that looked over the harbour. Friendly, obliging staff. Food was excellent

The location is perfect. We was a short walk from all the life and also 10 mins walk from the train station. The rooms were decorated lovely and all the little things inside the room made our stay even better.(hairdryer, tea/coffee, biscuits, shampoo/shower gel ect.) The breakfast selection in the morning was lovely too, fab quality and choice of options for everyone.
Can’t fault the property at all.

Location as expected, breakfast included was great
Not very clear how to check in, staff busy and we waited while they served people ice creams, then they had no idea what was going on so no welcome or info about breakfast or parking. This chaotic staffing seemed similar when we visited the bar on other occasions but not during breakfast or dinner service. Our room was not serviced during the day. Every time we returned we had to go and ask and the same happened each of the days we stayed.

Location is amazing if you are coming for the bridlington spa.
I've been twice now and both times been lovely.
Close to the beach and just a stroll away from the town.
Breakfast was lush!
There were quite a few cobwebs on the ceiling and corners of the room .

The staff were superb. Nothing too much trouble. Was lovely to park up and not to drive around. The food was beautiful along with sitting and watching the sun go down with a drink. The room was so homely and comfy.
I do think parking should be free for guests

Fantastic location and rooms lovely.
Staff friendly and helpful.
Good food
Sadly on this visit lots of noise. Unsure if something in the harbour or trucks going to the harbour in early hours. Spoilt a otherwise perfect stay. Not the properties issue

breakfast was absolutely beautiful. I came with my mum and nanna for their Christmas treat and they had a wonderful time. We all chose the full English breakfast with tea. The food was cooked and presented to a very high standard.
I cant say anything negative about the hotel, I just didn't expect to hear the fishermen early hours but it is to be expected with the location

Breakfast was good quality and well cooked. Position perfect (building a bit quirky).
reserved a table for evening meal - timed up on time only to be told they had closed as there was nobody in!! Location (fisherman) a bit noisy very early (not hotels fault). Generally clean except room
carpet and bed headboard.

Location
Not being told there was a cut off time for check in.
Squeaky bed.
Felt the breakfast wasn’t value for money. The sausage tasted like it was from the previous day.

Absolutely spot on hotel. Staff friendly and polite.
Room was immaculate.
Was so much better than we expected!
Nice early check in and not too early check out, like most hotels.
The only had thing was the noise from outside but can't blame the hotel for that, we will definitely book again!
