Lovely sizable apartment in great location with parking

Large and spacious, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen with fridge freezer. Nice balcony's, toilet separate to shower which was handy for a group. Slept 5 of us very nicely. Huge TV! Great location walking to restaurants and shops for your basics. Not too bad to find just parking is in around the back to you drive to the barrier there (we circled the block a few times) very friendly host (no English) that got us sorted.

Nothing really, the place was ideal for us.

Worth the money

T he host was wonderful. Inside the flat there was a whole manual with detail instructions about every thing in the flat. The elevator, though small it made a big difference.

Good value for money if you are smoker

I was here with my family (2 adults + 2 children) for 4 nights. Everything you need for a family stay is here. Property description and photos are 100% match to reality except for one thing - "Non-smoking rooms".

Me and my family don't smoke. The apartment is marked as "Non-smoking rooms". Someone smoked in the apartment for quite a long period of time. Even pillows flourish with tobacco smoke.

we loved it. nice walk into city centre and not far from Paradise Centre. good amenities very close.

the size was more than big enough for us.

not to be picky but the bedding and some rooms in the apartment smelt of cigarette smoke.

Great Location , great host

Property is very well located with close proximity to US Embassy and everything you might need within 3 minutes walk. Host was very polite and atentive ,extremelly easy to check in. Apartment has everything you will need.

Fully equipped apartment from hospitable hosts near a park.

The apartment is located next to the park, not far from the metro station, pretty quiet, air-conditioned, equipped with all necessary household devices, clean. The hosts are responsive and always ready to help.

Great Location & Comfortable

The apartment is in a great location, just outside the city centre and close to the metro. It was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The owner was very helpful, and quick to communicate prior to our stay. She was very patient and understanding of our requests about check-in times and parking. (Her English is as good as my Bulgarian, so in person we used Google translate - via message she always responded clearly in English).

The twin bedroom doesn't have a/c. However the main room and the other bedroom do, so the whole apartment was well cooled.

Overall - the best value for price you can get in Sofia for a short stay

We had no problem getting the key to the apartment. The hosts were helpful with any information we needed. The Internet was fast and reliable. The location is convenient, close to the tube, many grocery stores and restaurants, a great park for a walk and my morning Qigong. The apartment is basic, but still comfortable, not very noisy despite the heavy traffic on the boulevard, security is also good. Your basic needs will be met, although there is much to be desired for the bathroom. No clutter and plenty of storage space, making it easy to keep clean and tidy. The TV and the fridge are pretty good. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine, which I have not used, but for a longer stay will be a great benefit. There is enough free space in the living room where I can practice yoga, which is very important to me. Overall - the best value for the price you can get in Sofia for a short stay. I would use it again if available and strongly recommend the owners and the apartment.

The matrices are too soft for my liking and the bed linen - rough and worn. Bathroom and toilet are a bit claustrophobic without ventilation), toiletries have been reduced to hand soap, but this is not a problem because you can buy everything you need just a step away. The sink in the kitchen is located so that the light is blocked by the body of the person who uses it, which makes it dark. An additional lamp can be easily installed under the cupboard to improve lighting and visibility. It would not be bad if there are cooking dishes (pots, pans, trays) with smaller sizes and a laundry basket.

It was perfect!

The apartment looks very new, and it is very clean! It is very comfy and it feels like home. The kitchen is well equipped so it was exactly what I needed. I will try to come back.

I greatly recommend -clean, great location and easy to find.

Great location as close to the metro station. Shopping mall and main supermarket chains nearby. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, central heating available-nice and warm. Relatively close to airport with a taxi-less than 30 min to get there.

Everything was fine, no complaints at all.
