My family and I had a great stay. It was clean and decorated really cute . The only down side was that we weren’t able to use the hot tub because the water looked a little green . Overall, one of the nicest rentals I’ve stayed at .

We had a great stay at He Said She Shed! We had two older kids with us and the three bedrooms were perfect for our group and the living areas were comfortable to lounge around and have a conversation. The house was in good condition and conveniently located to downtown Fredericksburg. We had a small lighting issue our first morning but Karen responded immediately and helped us figure out the situation. We highly recommend this property if you are headed to the Hill Country.

We were a group of 4, two of us in our 50's and 2 30-somethings. It was a perfect house for us, 3-baths and 3-bedrooms. Kitchen was lovely, the whole house was just lovely! Would recommend and would go back.

We had a group of 6 ladies. We loved the house, it was a perfect location. we were able to walk to Main Street & not worry about driving! The house looked just like the photos! The fire pit was cozy & nice to hang around! The kitchen was very stocked! We were happy with all the options to cook with! I would definitely stay here again!

Very well-appointed house. House was clean. Kitchen was fully equipped. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels. HVAC kept us comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, but still very close to Main Steet. Check-in was smooth. The welcome bottle of sparkling wine was much appreciated. We will stay here again.

We had a small group stay at this home for NYE. It was very comfortable, had everything we needed, and was close to the Main Street. We cooked our dinners at the home and would walk to the close coffee shops for our mornings. The home had everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Lovely, historic property. Well-equipped kitchen. Host responded very quickly to questions. Lots of nice little touches—-blankets for the fire pit, board games, prosecco to greet us. Excellent location and easy walk to downtown Main Street.

This was a stay for my son's wedding. We couldn't have been happier with the He Said She Shed! Plenty of bathrooms for all. Lots of parking and such comfortable beds. Definitely would not hesitate to book again.

This is a very well laid out home. Room for 8 adults without feeling the least bit crowded. Three full, very nice, bathrooms made it especially comfortable. Easy walk or drive to the Main street with all its wonderful shops and restaurants.

Enjoyed staying here with my mom, husband, and our 2 young kids over a 5 day trip. The inside was just like the photos. Large beautiful kitchen island and open concept in the living area. 2 master suites was perfect for us and my mom, she loved having her own bathroom. The hostess left us a sweet surprise of prosecco on the island. The house appeared to have been renovated but still had some old school Fredericksburg charm. Sure, there were some sticky doors but who isn’t sticky in the June heat? No overly complicated check out procedures either. Thoroughly enjoyed this rental, one of the best we have stayed at anywhere in TX over the last 12 years.

House was not clean upon arrival and it took the owner 1 hour 10 minutes to respond. Maintenance was lacking. Hot water management was strange. One bathroom door was falling off its hinges. Missing smoke detector and more.

We are three senior couples who stayed at "He said,She shed".The house was immaculate and the kitchen had many of the essentials you need including a nice variety of spices,coffee and filters and sugar.The house was beautifully decorated and laid out well so we didn't feel crowded. The location was a short drive to many stores and wineries ,although if you go in Feb/Mar check the days and hours of restaurant and stores as they're not open every day and close early. We enjoyed the hot tub. The response to questions was prompt.

We did a family girls trip just for a couple days but had a great time! We loved the house! It was very comfy and decorated so nice. It was close to everything although a little far for a walk to most places. If that doesn’t bother you I would 100% recommend this place! Also I saw some post about construction next door…there is a house being built directly next door but we never saw or heard anyone during our stay. My only let down was the hot tub cover was up when we got there and clearly no one had cleaned it. It was full of leaves and needed water. Always a good time in Fredericksburg—thank you for allowing us to stay!

House was really cute. More than enough room for five adults to spread out. Kitchen well stocked. Major house build going on next door. One week day was noisy early but the weekend was quiet. Nature of the beast in Fredericksburg. Always construction somewhere and we were gone most of the day anyway. Had to cut the trip short. Owner was so very nice.

This property was fabulous. We had a big birthday party and had plenty of room for 5 people. We were also able to use the fire pit and enjoy the outdoors. We couldn't find the Roku remote and notified the owner. A new remote was immediately brought to us. The only drawback was that there was a new home being built right next door (very close). Thankfully, they did not usually start construction until 9:00 but it was very noisy when they were there. We were usually gone during the day, so it did not bother us. We couldn't walk to downtown because it was further than we anticipated and there are no sidewalks and it was cold most of the time. Great place for family.
