I stayed here recently with another family while our kids played in a tournament at Grand Park. Tons of room, great location, and a really nice home. We will be back!

My fiance and I held our joint Bachelor/Bachelorette party at the property for the weekend and it was an amazing experience! Host was very timely in response and helpful when needed. Highly recommend for any group size 10+ plenty of space for big and small group fun!

This property is located in a great area that is close to so many shops and restaurants and downtown is not too far away either. The property managers were extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The house was also perfect for our large group staying there. Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely stay there again.

Property was clean and had great amenities. Tons of space and well kept. Kristy was quick with communication. We did have issues with the Keurig working properly, there was no shower soap, or filters for the coffee maker and while these issues weren't remedied for our stay, hopefully they will be for others. When I initially booked the house I guessed at 12 guests staying and since there ended up being 10, Kristy sent in a refund for the additional guest fees per person per night over 6. It is still pending from VRBO, but I know she has done her end of the transaction so we're simply waiting for the banks to communicate to one another. Everyone enjoyed the house and our stay. Highly recommend!

This property has absolutely everything you could need. We hosted a 40 person rehearsal dinner here and cooked tons of food. We even had a magician. It was perfect and I encourage anyone with a big group to stay here!

A group of non-profit board members utilized this property for a "retreat-style" location. The property was great, held us all well and met our needs. The addition of the TV's in every room was also really nice, despite not needing them...was nice to have the options if we were to use the rooms for breakouts and needed to connect to laptops. The outdoor space was good too, likely much more useable when not below 35 degrees though (to no fault of the property owner). Will absolutely consider this property again when we're in Indy at our headquarters. WAY better than a hotel

Review is for Westfield house. Kristy was very accommodating of our schedule change due to winter storm. Due to frozen pipes at the Carmel house, we had to move to Westfield house. Kristy had even decorated for Christmas! We appreciated all the supplies provided (e.g. coffee, toilet paper, shampoo, soaps etc.). Beds were very comfortable. Would recommend to others. Wish we could have enjoyed the outdoor deck!

Perfect home for a large group. We rented this home for our sons Wedding. It was perfectly located. The owner was very accommodating and very helpful. Wish the weather would love been nicer so we could’ve enjoyed the amazing back yard.

What a fantastic weekend we had! Ball State Alpha Sig alumni from 40 plus years ago! The Carmel Lodge was perfect for our group of 11 adults. We had a fun weekend sharing memories, playing games and enjoying each other's company! We look forward to a return trip next May!

Perfect for a group of friends!

We stayed in the Carmel Lodge with a group of friends and it was perfect! There was plenty of space for us all to spread out. We even got to enjoy the backyard in December! We would love to come back again in the summer months because of the great entertaining space outside. The location is also great & close to stores/ restaurants. The house had all the essentials, was very clean, and beautifully decorated. We definitely recommend & would love to come back again! Thank you!!

We enjoyed our stay with 7 adults and 4 kids. The home has been updated and it was done well. The kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed. There were board games for the kids to play, and plenty of outdoor space for our rambunctious boys! The covered back porch and fire pit area was a nice touch. There was no dining table but the kitchen island worked well for the kids for breakfast. The layout of the bedrooms/bathrooms was unexpected, and I didn’t understand what we were getting from the pictures. On the main floor, there are three bedrooms with beds meant for couples or one person. There are also three full bathrooms (one in the master and two in the hallway). Downstairs, there are three bunk rooms that sleep 12+ but only a half bath. This seemed like a missed opportunity during the renovations that obviously happened. Ideally, the half bath downstairs should have been swapped with one of the bathrooms upstairs so no one has to walk through the kitchen to get a shower. This was really the only downside and it wasn’t that major. The hosts were easy to work with and we’re proactive with their communication. The location was okay. Despite being near the interstate, there wasn’t much noise or issue there. We would stay here again.

My spouse and I stayed at the Carmel Lodge for 4 nights last week with my parents when we were visiting from out of town and we couldn’t be more happy with our stay. The house was incredibly clean and very thoughtfully renovated. All of the showers had fantastic water pressure and we never ran out of hot water a single time, even with 4 adults in the house. All of the beds were more comfortable than any hotel bed I’ve slept on and the little inclusion of some box fans in the bedrooms was a very much appreciated and unexpected touch since I struggle with tinnitus and typically have a very difficult time sleeping when away from home. We were fortunate enough to have nice weather almost our entire stay and made use of the excellent backyard setup on a few of the nights and that really took the whole property to another level. I’ve stayed in many rentals that did not live up to the listing and this is 100% NOT the case the for Carmel Lodge. It really was worth every cent and we would happily stay again whenever we are in town. 10/10.
