“Well appointed” is an understatement! Perfect for family’s with gate, toys, high chair, bed side rails, pack n play, clean and fenced back yard. Plenty of towels, dry goods, kitchen supplies. Bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Beds very comfortable, nice linens. Felt like we were staying at high end hotel with the comfort of home setting. We were in the area for a family wedding; grocery less than 5 min away. Super convenient and great family neighborhood, quiet, walking paths, safe. We just loved this VBRO and strongly recommend to anyone visiting Indy area, especially families. Host communication outstanding, and in home plenty of informational signs, never at a loss how to operate something. Thank you!

We had a tremendous stay with Kim for our trip to Gencon 2024. I have absolutely no complaints whatsoever about the rental. Everything was sparkling clean and we had plenty of room. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was beautiful. I wish it was a little bit closer to downtown but you can't have everything. If we return to Gencon or Indianapolis, we will definitely look to stay with Kim again if at all possible.

We were in town for our son’s wedding. We had several family members in and out all weekend and it was a spacious place to land both pre and post wedding. Extremely clean and all the essentials were provided. Clarity on directions for everything in the home was posted and helpful. Outdoor space was great as well. Highly recommend this space for your large groups.

The house was very nice, clean and spacious. With lots of amenities. Neighborhood and surrounding area was very nice. We had a party of 11 that was there for a wedding and it worked out perfectly. Would do it again with no hesitation.

Our family loved this house! It is well appointed (as you can see in the pics), The bedrooms are comfortable and good sized, and there is a theater in the basement. The location is also in a great area - it was all a win for us!

Our group of eleven all agree this was hands down the best VRBO rental we have ever experienced. Extremely clean, spacious and modern are just of few of the superlatives that come to mind. The neighborhood is upscale and rates a 10. Kim the owner is a great communicator and proactive in making sure everything is just right before checking in. Our hats off to this property and its owner and highly recommend you put this home at the top of your list if visiting Westfield.

Overall good. Just a few items: 1. Upstairs bathroom door didn’t have a lock 2. Garage lights didn’t work 3. Cold in movie room in basement. Didn’t realize it would be located there. Furniture too small in there.

We used this home to spend some time with my parents as a rest stop on their way from Wisconsin to Florida. My daughter and my son and his family met us here. Everyone loved it. The home is lovely, but also very practical. Plenty of space, plenty of seating, and a kitchen that is easy to work in and serve in. One of our best family gatherings ever.

We had a group of 6 in town for Nickelback concert. Pleased with everything available nearby and 20 or so minutes to Ruoff Mortgage Music Center. House was super clean and very nice. Plenty of instructions and owner responded right away to questions. Highly recommend!

We chose this property because it was close to our son's family and it turned out to be ideal. Close to shopping and the ballparks so we could see our grandsons' games. Loved the additional amenities, e.g., folding chairs, cooler, snacks, coffee, and blanket throws. Kim was very responsive to our questions, with very quick answers. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

We, 9 adults, had a wonderful time at this home. It was clean, updated and in a quiet neighborhood. We took a walk down the path that was right outside the back fence and it lead us to a small private fishing pond. This home is close to a grocery store and many restaurants which made it very convenient. It was well stocked with needed items and we felt right at home. It was a perfect home for our group

Exceeded our expectations! From the initial booking throughout the stay, nothing was left unmet! We were a group of 8 with 3 teenagers and had plenty of space, amenities and great location to shopping, food and Grand Park. Everything about our stay was perfect - The Host communicated all of the needed details well ahead of time, the house was extremely clean and well organized upon arrival, the house is very well maintained with lots of extra amenities, the neighborhood is great, the location is perfect for Grand Park, restaurants and stores. Wonderful home

The property owner was very organized and had everything we needed for our stay. We arrived to a wonderful neighborhood and a beautiful home. The backyard was very nice and the basement theater room could be used by kids as another sleep area. The chairs in the theater area were low to the ground otherwise very comfortable. Overall a great place to stay and worth the money.
