There is a beautifully landscaped backyard complete
with saline pool, hot tub, fire pits, BBQ, sit up bar and
patio table with seating for 10. Close to everything, yet
private and luxurious.

Need more room? 8 people can sleep in a separate guest house with bunk-beds, kitchenette on property for an add on fee.

Outdoors: Complete with a saline swimming pool and hot tub, this outdoor space is always a crowd favorite. With stunning mountain views, the yard features a covered patio complete with a commercial misting system, 6 seat bar and stainless steel bbq grill. Enjoy all your meals outside on the 10 person dining table or relax on lounge chairs around the pool.

Includes 1 outdoor fireplace and 3 outdoor fire pits (outdoor firepits additional fee)

Indoors: This spacious one level home features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with slab granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and a fantastic granite center island with five bar stools ideal for socializing with your friends while preparing your favorite meals.

Bedrooms: The main house features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.

Lastly, this property includes a casita with 8 bunkbeds at an added cost for those extra guests! There is a separate living room complete with large couch, large flatscreen TV, dining table with seating for 8, and kitchen with full size refrigerator and microwave.

Amazing Property

We had a group of 12 people out in Indio for a golf trip and couldn’t have picked a better place. Summer was amazing with communication and made sure to you felt welcomed. The Pool and Pool House were amazing and our group loved the Bunk House/misters especially with the heat. Strongly recommend booking this rental as we will be back!

Wow! What an amazing experience in the desert for a girl's weekend. Check in with Summer was amazing and once we were there, we never left! Amazing recommendations from the host for private chef. The pool was occupied from sun up to sun down -- great amenities from the misters to stashed kitchen to Sonos sound system! Nothing missed a beat with the property! Will be returning!! (Take me back now!)

Great backyard & close to PGA West

Our extended family enjoyed our stay at this property. The backyard/pool is great. Beds are comfortable. Note that if you are staying with younger children the master bedroom shown online is not part of the main house it is across the property on the other side of the pool (the owner has the master bedroom locked and it is not available for use). There are still three bedrooms plus a pullout couch in the office in the main house but they quite small. Summer was very helpful during checkin and responsive to questions.

This is a phenomenal rental. The backyard offers an abundance of space for family and friends. The attention to detail (outdoor bbq, spacious pool, water misters, etc) makes this house a great place to stay. We went with 2 other families with kids and were able to relax the moment we stepped onto the property. Kitchen area is spacious and has every piece of cookware you could need to eat in. The property manager, Summer, was fantastic to deal with. We would definitely stay here again.

The property is absolutely incredible, and the pool and backyard completely exceeded expectations! Comfortable sleeping arrangements for 10 people and enough bathrooms as well. The house was a little far from Palm Springs for dinners but could not be closer to the Coachella grounds (literally right down the road). We loved every minute of our stay and cannot say enough good things about the property manager Summer!! Thank you so much!

Our family had a fantastic time enjoying the beautiful weather at this resort style home. Nine of us stayed there and had plenty of room. Summer the property manager was spot on and was always available for any questions that we had. We spent most of our time in the backyard oasis. Can't thank Summer enough for a wonderful time.

I would highly recommend this property. The outside space cannot be beat. It has a great grass area, an amazing covered, cozy lounge area with a big fire place for the cool desert nights, a great pool and a huge table and BBQ area for entertaining and eating outside which is the best part about the desert. There are even misters outside by the table if it gets too hot during the day. The pool and jacuzzi are very nice and well taken care of.Summer, the property manager, is lovely. She met us right on time, gave us a great tour of the property and how to use all of the technology. She is friendly and gave us great restaurant suggestions for the area. She was also available for questions throughout our stay and got back to us in minutes with answers to questions. The house is really three houses - there is the main house, the pool house and the bunk house. Each space is clean and comfortable. We stayed with another family and it was plenty of space for us. The kids loved the bunk house. I would definitely rent this home again. Great stay! Thank you Summer!

Summer's property exceeded all expectations. The backyard is amazing, the sleeping arrangements provide that all persons in a large group can have their own bed- a huge positive compared to other places. The location was also great, close to all the golf courses we played over the weekend. Would highly recommend to any large group looking for a getaway.

Everything from start to end was amazing. The communication from the owner and property manager was spot on. The home was spotless and we couldn’t of asked for more. Highly recommend!! I would gladly rent from them again. Can’t say enough about the outdoor pool area. Pictures don’t do it Justice. Gorgeous!

Beautiful Escape!

The house was perfect for our needs. It was fully stocked with all the amenities to make our stay easy and enjoyable. The pictures don’t do the property justice and it sits on a huge piece of gated property allowing privacy and your own personal retreat but still close to shopping, restaurants, etc. Summer was a great host and check in was seamless. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an immaculate home in a beautiful setting.
