Ok for somewhere to put your head down and close to town or beach

Convenient location to town and beach Good parking , lovely friendly owner and very helpful Very clean, lovely bathrooms newly fitted, mirror not working in one bathroom Kitchen has plenty of equipment for self catering

Not comfortable for 4 , need armchairs not bedroom chairs in living room uncomfortable of evening Bedrooms very shabby, no matching furniture or wardrobe, inadequate hanging space,no dressing table or mirror, needs a facelift. And some nice curtains to just make it look and feel better instead of shabby mismatch,need summer quilt very hot with winter quilts Entrance hall very shabby and doesn’t look inviting, but doesn’t effect your stay but effects first impressions and curb appeal.Need avail on entrance steps Saying all this bed ok and comfortable

Great location, lovely clean flat and very spacious.

Location was great. Very central and very quiet. It was close to the promenade and sea front and accessible for all the attractions. It felt a safe area and very quiet in the evenings. The flat itself was spacious and very clean.

Good location close to the town and Promenade without being in a busy area. Spacious apartment with parking. WiFi and TV services were good. Furniture good condition and useful. The kitchen was adequate.

Of the two beds, one was soft and comfy but the other was so hard and uncomfortable it was difficult to get to sleep and we woke with back pain. Needs a new mattress.

Excellent, clean and peaceful apartment. Fantastic position and allocated parking.

The apartment was extremely clean and tidy. The hosts are clear and helpful when responding to messages. Allocated off road parking and a peaceful position a few minutes walk to the pier or town centre. The pictures are accurate.

Clean, comfortable and mostly well equipped in a good location.

The fridge door didn’t properly close and the inside of it was dripping. Some oven gloves would have been useful. The windows were very dirty.

Excellent stay

The apartment was spacious and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend the accommodation.

It would have been good if the second bedroom had a mirror.

A light at the front door would be helpful as it is quite difficult to use the lock box in the dark.

Great location, quality accommodation which was well equipped, clean and comfortable.

very clean and comfortable with comfortable beds and pillows and nice thick quilts.

it was fine for us as there were only 2 of us but I think 4 people would have struggled to sit comfortably on the single sofa

Just the job for a half term break!

Ideally located on a relatively quiet road in the centre of Llandudno. 2 min walk to shops / restaurants, 5 min to orme tram and less than 10 mins to pier. Property was spacious, well furnished and spotlessly clean. The welcome pack of food/tea was a lovely touch and much appreciated.

Nothing really. If we were being really picky then we could have done with a clothes horse or similar to dry clothes after a couple of wet days.

Would have been perfect if not for the series of bad features. Needs work on it.

Rooms were spacious and well-decorated. Owners allowed us to arrive early and leave our luggage in the flat.

Rubbish from past occupants found under the main bed. Sitting room window is painted shut. We had to open flat front door and main front door to get any air in. Main bedroom window sash was broken. Needed great effort to open it and it then had to be propped open. Bathroom extractor had lost its string and could not be turned on. Boiler control handbook was for the wrong type of boiler. It took some time to work out by trial and error how to work it. No drying rack for plates in kitchen. No drying rack for clothes. When asked owner eventually supplied one, but then never responded to any further attempts to connect him.

Lovely clean property, modern and good facilities. Great value for money and good location. Perfect for a family stay. And visit Dino’s restaurant round the corner, friendly staff and good value, they were our favourite neighbours! 😊

We couldn’t find any faults with our stay. Very happy visitors!

Excellent location. Only a few minutes walk to shops restaurants and sea front. Our hosts provided a free welcome pack . Tea, coffee, milk and cakes. Wonderful.

Spacious apartment in prime location

The apartment is more spacious than the photos suggested. We were able to fit our travel cot in either bedroom. Great location, and parking was a benefit. Excellent facilities and useful supplies for a weekend away. Friendly and welcoming hosts.

Nowhere to easily hang coats.
