We had 13 people and fit easily. Beautiful home, spacious and great location. Walkable to the free gold bus to get wherever you need for the town or skiing.

Our stay at Peak 8 Escape was absolutely amazing!!! We loved everything about this house. The VIEW was so freaking awesome. Reminded me of Whoville (The Grinch). There were 15 people total (5 couples / 5 singles) and there was plenty of room. We never felt crowded. Each couple had their own suite and the bunkbeds worked perfectly for everyone else. The instructions to enter and leave the property were easy to follow. The location and home itself were incredibly beautiful. It snowed every day that we were there and not once did we have to shovel the driveway, I’m not sure if that’s included in the pricing but it was a great perk. Walking distance from ski resorts. Only bummer was that we didn’t get to ski because I didn’t have a clue that you need make reservations. Hot tub worked amazingly. Didn’t have to contact concierge during our stay. I give it a 10 out of 10.

This house is incredible. My family and I spent our time in Breckenridge over Christmas skiing and hanging out. This house was perfect location to the gondola lot and Main Street. Natural Retreats was so accommodating! Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect location and space. The plumbing had issues. Upstairs bathroom between the 2 bunk rooms never did work and we had 8 kids. Washer on first fllordid not work and the lower tray of the dishwasher was broken. We were compliant with shoes off at the door, but our feet were black from the dirty floors.

Everything about this property is incredible, and pictures truly do not do it justice! Views are gorgeous, kitchen had everything we needed and is large enough to cook and have dinners/brunch in with a big group, bedrooms are large and beds are super comfy, living room is big and has room for everyone to relax and talk, hot tub was amazing after a day of hiking. We loved the deck and spent a lot of time drinking coffee out there. Location is perfect; we were here during “off season” and Ubers were hard to come by, so very glad that it was walking distance (~15 mins or so) to downtown. Don’t hesitate, book this place.

We had a great stay here. The house is huge, well-furnished, and well-equipped, with Sonos sound equipment throughout, and a well-equipped kitchen. The property management was extremely responsive and helpful. The walk to the bus stop was short and the ride to the slopes was only a few minutes! Highly recommend!

We enjoyed a tremendous 4 night stay at this Christie Heights location. Our lone interaction with the property management company (Tony, we think) was outstanding and exceeded our expectations as property companies don't always have a great rep. The house was clean and had everything we needed to feed 12+ people all weekend. The deck is where we spent 75% of our time at the house and comfortably sat all of us as we used the grill and enjoyed the views. The hot tub view downstairs is incredible as well. It was a perfect pet-friendly home as well for our little 4lb Pomeranian. Would definitely consider staying here again!

We really enjoyed the home, as it had more than enough space for our party of 12. It’s location is a very short drive to town and to the golf course that we played. Also enjoyed the home’s proximity to the Peak’s Trail which we took from Breck to Frisco.
On the other hand, our experience with the property management company, Natural Retreats, was not good at all. They never got back with me after I asked if we could bring a third dog up with us, despite numerous back and forth emails that started a week before our stay. Very disappointing and unprofessional. In addition, the local Natural Retreats team took almost 12 hours to get back with us with a response to a question we had about the Wi-Fi.

The rental is amazing! It is spacious. Amazing space for a medium size family group. The home has amazing views. It is also conveniently located. My family enjoyed the property immensely. The only issue we had was dog hair was everywhere.

House was better than expected
We had 4 families stay in this wonderful house last week.
We had high expectations for this house and I am happy to report it exceeded all expectations.
Location was terrific (bus pickup 30 yards away). The best feature of this big and very comfortable house was the radiant heating! Temps were below zero for much of our stay, but the house was perfectly warm. Additionally, the radiant heat in the floor did a terrific job drying our wet equipment each day.
3 masters were terrific - spacious, well appointed, and very comfortable. Plenty of space for the kids to spread out as well (both in bedrooms and common areas). Views were amazing from various vantage points. Huge hot tub worked great for our big crew (nice views from the tub).
Overall this really is a terrific place and we will rent it again when we return to CO. The pictures are nice, but do not do it justice!!!!!

Wonderful spacious house, and great management company in "Book Breck"
We had 14 people, including 3 small children stay here Thanksgiving week. There was comfortable room for all for sleeping and playing and watching football. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner for 16 with all the necessary equipment available at the house, so wonderful to see a kitchen so completely supplies! The skiers all loved being so close to the slopes.
We have rented 6 other homes in Breckenridge over the past 8 years, but this home was special. And I have to say the management company actually supplied soaps, and tissues, and garbage bags, and laundry soap, etc., it was sooooo nice. So often a day or twos worth of supplies is all that is left, even if you're renting for a week. Then the renter has to buy so much that gets left or tossed out. I will go to "Book Breck" website first from now on.

Perfect Mountain Vacation Home
This home is every bit as beautiful as pictured. Waking up to these views is incredibly peaceful - our own private mountain oasis! I stayed at this home with friends, and we each had our own master suite. We took advantage of how close the house is to downtown Breckenridge - great local little spots with CO beers, crepes, and sunshine on the patio - but mostly we spent our time enjoying the amenities offered at the house! Huge hot tub, Sonos, Netflix, fully equipped kitchen, all pristine and luxurious - after daily hikes around the area, we usually wanted to return for wine and home cooking. Bring all your friends and the whole family. There's room for everyone.

The property is absolutely lovely
The house is spacious and beautiful and the location is amazing. The house is just outside of downtown Breckenridge so you are a short car ride from grocery stores and restaurants but do not experience any street traffic. It was also easy for us to get Ubers into town. Among other things, we were able to sit in the hot tub and watch deer graze around us... what more could you ask for? I highly recommend this house to any size group!

Luxurious in the heart of Breckinridge!
This is one of the best places we have stayed. It’s walking distance from town and the slopes! Amazing amenities and fabulous views. I would highly recommend anyone staying and we will be back!

Phenomenal home in beautiful Breckenridge
This is by far the most beautiful home we have ever rented in the CO area. The house is huge yet cozy with a lovely fireplace and comfortable seating for a huge party of people. The kitchen is state of the art and every window overlooks mountains and greenery. The home was spotless upon our arrival and we loved the steam shower in the downstairs bedroom. We had a blast playing pool and easily connected to the wireless speakers throughout the home. Nothing beats the view from the hot tub - unobstructed mountains during the day and a blanket of stars at night. All this was just a 5 minute walk to downtown Breckenridge! This allowed for quick and easy trips into town for lunch, drinks etc. Every room is set up with Netflix (which is a must for me!). The hosts were so easy to communicate with and seem like great people. We will definitely be back to this home. Keep up the good work!

Amazing Location for Year-Round Enjoyment of Breck
My wife and I have been coming to Breck 3-4 times a year for many years--both alone and with family/friends--and we always rent a house. There are many great neighborhoods and rental homes but most require some sort of compromise, be it on space vs. location, views vs. location, amenities vs. price, etc. This is probably the most well-rounded of all the properties we've stayed.
First, the location is hard to beat whether its ski season or not. It's about a half-mile from both Peak 8 lifts and from downtown. That means you can be either at the lifts or at the restaurants/bars/shops in two minutes by car, ten minutes by foot. At the same time, you're not in the hustle-and-bustle of either location, and you're not sacrificing space or paying exorbitant prices for ski-in/ski-out. There's a bus stop (buses are free) across the street if you don't want to walk or deal with parking. And the Nordic center is practically across the street if you want to snowshoe or cross-country ski.
Second, the house is both huge and provides great, separate, cozy spaces. Three bedrooms upstairs; the master, a kitchen, two living rooms, and two dining rooms on the main level; and two more bedrooms, a living room, a small kitchen, and a billiards room in the basement. You can have twenty people in the house without feeling claustrophobic or interfering with separate activities, movies, music, etc. All the rooms are well-equipped with comfortable furniture, large HDTVs, and devices to play music. The two informal living rooms in particular are well thought out: huge TVs, great sound systems, and actual seating for 10 or more people in each. Makes for some great evening hangouts. There's also a giant, fancy hot tub in the back with all the bells and whistles and some great night-time views of town.
Finally, you get some amazing sunrises and views of Mount Baldy and downtown Breck. Because the house sits on a steep slope, it feels almost as if you're floating above town. The views aren't as dramatic as you might see from the Highlands, where you'd be facing the 10-mile range, but that's a small sacrifice for the pristine location.
We stayed here with a large group consisting of five separate couples and a smattering of kids. Everyone spread out and did their own thing. Some folks went skiing while others went into town. When at the house, we comfortably cooked, ate, drank, and watched TV together. There were also plenty of naps taken.
We'll definitely be back!

Home Away From Home
This is a no-brainer choice if you are panning to travel to Breckenridge. It is absolutely stunning and could not be in a better location- easy access to the slopes; a short walk down the hill to restaurants, bars, boutique shops, etc! The house is so inviting and cozy...perfect for any size of gathering- as it sleeps up to 24 people! The beds are super comfortable- which is a must for me when staying away from home. There is a 9-seater hot tub out back that overlooks the most breathtaking views of the mountains and town of Breck. There's also a pool table, board games (both adult and child friendly), plenty of nice TVs, and A+ speakers around the home to enjoy some tunes while relaxing in the beautiful mountains. The kitchen was also absolutely perfect for gathering in and around to make meals together and socialize over a bottle of more of wine :) We really could not have been happier with this listing and cannot wait to return again. What a gem. Thank you!!!

Full Breckenridge experience
This is an amazing housing in a prime location with great views. Bus stop is across the steet and it's just a few stop before your at the base of peak 8 so no waiting in the Gondi line on a pow day! Main Street is a short walk down the hill with plenty of apres' and nightlife. This is all great but you might not want to leave the house once you get there. Amazing view from the back of the house. Super comfy furniture and beds. No 10 year old ski cabin mattresses here. What's a ski house without a hot tube? Got it. Pool table? Got it. Enough Tvs to never miss a second of the game? Got it. Room for 25..... you get the point.
