This oceanfront condo, is located on the 5th floor in Canaveral Towers, the balcony is spacious with a bistro bar table and high top chairs. Perfect for lunch, dinner or simply having your favorite beverage while relaxing. The open kitchen offers everything you'll need to feel right at home with plenty of counter space for meal prep.
You have an assigned parking space as well as additional parking if you need it. There is a putter in the condo for your use or you can check out additional putters and balls from the recreation room. You can also get shuffleboard equipment. The oversize heated pool, offers a break from the beach.
If you are in town for a launch, the front walkway is perfect to watch a liftoff.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Canaveral Towers and is always the first one we look to when putting a trip together. Just like most people, cost is a very important factor when booking a place. So far Canaveral Towers has never disappointed. It usually ends up between here or Royal Mansions.
Every unit has an ocean view. Very good location. Most units are stocked pretty good. We left a nice beach chair for the next guests.
In our opinion, you can't go wrong with Canaveral Towers

Condo was clean and comfortable and very quiet, but a bit dated. Tenants and other guests were fantastic with ages from infant to elderly! Everyone was so kind. The pool and grounds were very clean and well maintained. Location to the beach was perfect!
Couple of things to note - the elevators were extremely annoying because they are sporadic at best. And walking the five floors with groceries and luggage was difficult. The dryer vents into the master and makes that bedroom very hot and steamy (maybe a ceiling fan could help). The gated beach access key is not working.
And a few more basic staples would be helpful also (ie salt and pepper, cork screw(the one there is broken)!
Overall nice time and would love to return when the elevators are working !

The view from the patio is great, the location to the beach is excellent and a great place to watch the rocket launches from. The issues we experienced were the weekly broken elevator, usually on a Friday. The water was shut off to the building intermittently over several days. We were on the 5th floor which made for a long walk up with groceries.

This is our second stay in this complex. We've loved it both times. This particular unit was our favorite, so far. It was clean, decently furnished and comfortable, and we love the location. Checking in and out was super simple. The only small issue was that the elevator was not in prime working order. Otherwise, everything was great! Thank you!

Our experience during our stay was truly exceptional. The views of the ocean from our unit was breathtaking. A short stroll brought us to the beach, providing us with convenient access to the shore. The entire property was meticulously cared for, and the provision of dedicated complimentary parking was a noteworthy convenience.
The pool area offered a rejuvenating atmosphere, complemented by impeccably clean pool water. The unit we occupied was generously spacious, comfortably accommodating our group of five individuals, and it was equipped with essential amenities.
While our stay at the hotel was generally pleasant, it's important to mention that there was some disruption due to ongoing construction noise in another unit. Furthermore, we encountered intermittent inconvenience as not all of the elevators were operational. However, there is substantial elevator improvements in the pipeline.
It was an unforgettable experience and I anticipate we will return in the future.

Janice's condo was fully stocked and guest ready for a girls getaway. Lovely accommodations....perfect location with easy beach access. We were also lucky to see a space shuttle launch. Close access to restaurants and fun things to do. First time staying in Cape Canaveral area and liked the relaxing vibe and less road traffic. Definitely would recommend property.

The property was clean and quiet. The layout of the apartment worked well for a family of 4. There were a bunch of beach and pool toys that the kids loved. There were also a few puzzles and cards. The kitchen has the basics in terms of silverware, pots, and plates, but very little beyond salt and pepper if you plan to cook. The location was great. We could easily walk to the pool and beach and were able to do both on most days. We would definitely consider staying here again

The stay was great! The only suggestion I have is updating the kitchen items. There were basic things missing like a spapula. A lot of the items were rusty and very old. Other than that it was a wonderful place to stay!

We loved the friendly, well maintained complex which was perfect for launch viewing. The condo was very clean with all amenities for beach and putting green. South view from balcony. You may need a car for most restaurants, pier and Publix. Towels were missing from kitchen but no big deal. We would definitely return.

What a great week. The weather was fantastic. One of our favorite morning rituals is having coffee on the balcony. While there was construction to the building going on, they generally didn’t start until after we finished our first cup...so our sunrises were not interrupted. The condo was well maintained and It’s the little things like the closet of fun that really made the stay. Janice made sure that there was everything from a cooler to fishing gear in the closet. One of the highlights was the spacex launch that we could see from the door side walkway. We would definitely stay again. Thanks!

We found the condo to be very clean and mostly updated. The views were spectacular especially when we watched the space x launch. The condo is very well stocked and the pool was beautiful.
The elevators however did not operate properly. There were two days they didn't work at all and other days only one of the two worked. Was told by two residents that they have been having trouble with them.

Hurricane Nicole had other plans for our Cocoa Beach getaway however despite that, we enjoyed our brief stay and hated to leave the condo. We would like to return and enjoy the location and amenities. The condo is spacious and had everything we needed. The management company was easy to work with and accommodated our early departure. Enjoyable Stay
Enjoyed our 4 night stay in this condo. Very clean and well appointed. Felt very secure as a key was needed to access elevator, condo, pool, gate to beach, etc. Appreciated the info book with suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Would give 5 stars except for a few minor nuisances: beds were extremely firm, blinds missing slats in living room and main bedroom, helpful to provide more detailed directions for operating televisions remotes. Would certainly book again.

We truly enjoyed our stay ! Everything was as described, but the view was even better. Location was great, but not walkable to restaurants if that’s something you desire. We had our vehicle, and Uber/Lift was always super quick. 10/10 would return.

Really Nice Location
The only thing between our balcony and the beach was the large, heated swimming pool. Loved the 2 double beds in the 2nd bedroom and the king bed in the master. In-unit washer and dryer was a great benefit as well. Plenty of seating for up to 8 people and comfortable sleeping for 6 assuming you have some youngsters willing to share the double beds. Management was responsive to a very small glitch that was beyond anyone's control. While I gave 5 stars for everything, I'd like to have been supplied with more than 2 partial toilet paper rolls and 1 roll of paper towels when the unit was booked for 6 people for 4 nights. That's certainly not enough to stop us from highly recommending this property. We may make staying here a new memorial day family tradition!

Rented through VRBO. Picked my dates, entered my info and I was ready to go. Nice location 45min drive from MCO. Arrived early, unit was ready and got an early check in which was nice. 5th floor unit with nice southeast ocean view. Kitchen a bit outdated countertops drawers, but well stocked with all the necessities. Pool was well maintained. Had a great time. Only draw back was building cleaning all week. People I met had good things to say about the place.
