About this house rental

Lots of space in this newly updated home minutes from the village of Pinehurst and close proximity to miles of nature trails. Enjoy 2 separate living areas, 2 gas log fire places, a covered front porch with ceiling fans. This home is perfect for large families, golf get aways or a great girls weekend escape. You will find 3 bedrooms (one queen and three full beds) on the ground level opening up to an expansive fenced in back yard with stocked wood and a fire pit. A pool table is located on the bottom level also for your entertainment. The main level has one large bedroom with a king bed, private bath and a living room and kitchen which opens to quaint keeping room and outside balcony. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms, one with two queen beds and the other with a queen. Perfect location for entertaining! The house is centrally located between plenty of fantastic golf courses and places to eat. The house itself was clean, spacious, modern and tastefully decorated. The host was always accessible and knowledgeable. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

This house perfectly accommodated our golf group of 6 couples! Every room had a decent bed size for each couple and the pool table was great entertainment. The house was centrally located between all the courses played. The host was amazing and was able to accommodate early check in and the house had all of the amenities that you need for a comfortable stay! Highly recommend.

Had a family weekend of fun and love celebrating our son’s wedding! Such a magnificent home and property. Our family, from age 60 to 6 months, ALL had a blast and was more than comfortable. Ashley is an amazing host and has thought of EVERYTHING! She is so communicative and approachable! Always answered me almost immediately! The location is just perfect and we all enjoyed taking the golf cart the short ride to the village of Pinehurst and taking in all the beauty. Ashley, we will definitely be back!! THANK YOU!

The home was beautifully furnished, impeccably clean, comfortable, spacious and stocked with everything you could need. The proximity to the village of Pinehurst, great restaurants, golf and local attractions couldn't have been better. Pictures tell the story. Great layout and size for our large group to hang together and/or split into smaller groups. Kitchen is great and convenient. Some seating on porches and gathering spots a bit worn but not objectionable. Outdoors space has opportunities for kids activities. Home location is very convenient to the Pinehurst village and surrounding areas. Additional towels needed to get thru the week without laundry. Golf cart is a plus for getting to the Village center. Steep stairs and bath appliances can be challenging for seniors.

Miss Ashley is amazing from booking all the way to checking out. She’s always happy to answer any questions you have and willing to help with anything you need during your stay. The home is lovely, wonderful and seriously has everything you could need and then more. The layout was perfect for our family and extended family that joined us. We had plenty of room to stretch out and enjoyed making family dinners a few nights. The kids loved playing pool and enjoyed the big backyard. The golf cart made our lives so much easier while our daughter played in the US Kids Worlds, easy to drop her off and go back to the house to pick up more family. We made great family memories and look forward to our next visit to Pinehurst. Y’all won’t be disappointed and the front porch wasmy favorite for morning coffee.

This house is awesome! Ashley was an incredible host, she was very prompt and nice from start to finish. I booked this house for a bachelors trip with 12 guys, and the house was absolutely perfect. It is close to everything important in Pinehurst and has all the amenities in the house to keep everyone entertained. We played Pinehurst and other courses that are popular and nothing was more than a 10 minute drive. This property was extremely clean and very comfortable for 12 guys. It was well stocked with supplies to make the trip extremely stress free. We hit all the Pinehurst activities during the day and afterwards we enjoyed all the amenities of the house. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to take in Pinehurst with a large group the right way! Perfect set up!

The house was absolutely perfect! In town for state high school golf championships (she came in 2nd!) and this house provided perfect rest and relaxation. Kitchen is fully stocked and the house has very thing you could need. Quick golf cart ride to Pinehurst resort and village. The owners have thought of everything so the guest doesn’t have to!!! Will stay here every time we come to Pinehurst!
