About this house rental

OCEAN FRONT condo in beautiful Wildwood Crest. This condo is a third floor, direct ocean front end unit so you can sit outside and enjoy the incredible view without being disturbed by people walking past. This is a smoke free unit.

The bedroom has a queen bed and very sturdy bunks consisting of two twin mattresses. (Guests must provide their own linens and towels ) There is plenty of drawer space and newly updated plank flooring. The kitchen is well stocked and has a stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, plenty of extras and a drip coffee maker plus a Keurig. The bathroom is completely updated. It is clean and bright with a tub and shower combo. The sitting room is tastefully decorated consisting of a couch, love seat, coffee and end tables, Smart TV in both living room and bedroom. Hulu is provided for viewing, live TV, sports, kids programing, and streaming shows. The dining table is conveniently placed next to the window so you can enjoy the beautiful view. If you prefer to dine “Al fresco” Summer Sands boasts several decks with *tables and umbrellas for all guests to enjoy. The property also has many sun loungers, two heated swimming pools, 6 gas grills and an elevator for your convenience. This condo comes with a one car assigned parking spot.

*deck furniture and pools are seasonal use only; one grill remains available during non-prime season.

Take advantage of the Jitney in the summer months to ride to the famous Wildwood Boardwalk and many wonderful restaurants. Then return to the quiet location of the Summer Sands away from the crowds. Relax on the balcony at the end of the day watching the waves.

This unit was exactly how described. It was very clean, it had an awesome view of beach and very easy check in and check out process. A big bonus was that it was an end unit. I would definitely stay here again.

Views from the room are amazing. Love the nook that you get outside on the terrace. Walking distance to boardwalk but away from all the craziness. Beautiful coastal decor inside.

This property was perfect for our weekend. My daughter had a basketball tournament at the convention center and this was such a great spot close to the convention center but far enough away from the boardwalk to enjoy some relaxed time at the beach. The condo was clean and the hosts included some really nice personal touches upon our arrival that made us smile! Everything was as advertised and we really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a couple or a couple with a child. 2 children would be a little too crowded. Town was empty which was nice for a few days after memorial weekend.

We had a wonderful stay at this well appointed condo. Everything thing you need with an oceanfront view. Excellent hosts with a nice welcome gift of seashell shaped Belgium chocolates- yum. Thank you for your hospitality, we will definitely consider another stay.

We thought the actual unit was very nice. Awesome view of the ocean. The unit was laid out great and beautifully decorated especially the kitchen. Really enjoyed our stay with the exception of the mattress’s. Very spongy and the headboard needed to be secured properly.

Great location and view of the shore. The owners provided a personalized welcoming card and everything we needed for the entire stay. The condo was neat and clean and as advertised. Hope to return in the near future.

My husband, toddler and I stayed for just two nights (worried with how our first trip would go) and I wish we booked a longer trip. It was so convenient to be right by the beach with a beautiful view from the room and balcony. We definitely hope to come back!

A clean and very comfortable stay for my mom. She stayed here directly below our family condo. It had everything she needed plus a view! We love the fact that it’s an end unit as to avoid anyone from walking by! We have this unit already booked again for next year!

Second year booking with the owners (different unit). Beautiful unit equipped with everything needed to either enjoy an evening in or sit outside to enjoy the gorgeous view. Perfect location for easy access to the beach. Also made good use of the two pools and the grills. Very clean. Owners had great communication for instructions for the stay. Would definitely recommend.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this condo. It was clean and had a well stocked kitchen for preparing meals. The best part about the condo is definitely the location. We ate meals while watching and listening to the ocean, enjoyed the chairs on the deck and it is only a few steps from the beach. Thank you for such a lovely, relaxing stay in the Wildwood Crest! We will be back again for sure!

A few years ago I stayed at Summer Sands in a different unit, but Trish and Brian’s place is really the best! You have a straight-on view of the most beautiful beach in the world hugging the Atlantic. and you can hear the waves and the seagulls. It was breathtaking. The condo is well taken care of, modern, and so so clean. I had to call Trish for something at one point, and she was so responsive and set my mind at ease. I hope to return to this particular place every year for at least one week.

This unit was is beach front in a quiet area. The place was well appointed stocked and very clean. There’s food close by. A new tv remote would be helpful but that’s easily addressed. We will definitely return.

Good location on ocean. Unfortunately, we arrived at check-in time for 4pm and cleaning was still being done past 6:35pm. Small unit for such a long cleaning. Don't forget to bring your own bath towels and washcloths. First time I ever had rented a place without any. Lots to do including restaurants, bands, beach, and Cape May nearby.

My husband and I were lookng for a relaxing beachfront retreat and Trish and Brian's condo did not disappoint! Well appointed, spacious, clean and bright, with nothing but the beach and Atlantic Ocean as your front yard. All modern kitchen and bath. We really enjoyed our stay at your wonderful condo. It was perfect for 2 people just wishing to relax! The ocean front location was great. The parking space was a bit small for our Honda van. The furnishings and decor were very nice, however, the mattress and couch seem a bit worn out. The AC unit in the living room worked great but was a bit noisy. The kitchen and bathroom were very nice and well equipped. The balcony was great for watching sunrises and listening to the waves in the evening. Overall we would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay again.
