There is absolutely nothing to like there. I can not imagine even eating my own food sitting there. I have never seen such a filthy place like that. Thank God for their confusion because when we got there, they didn't reserve a room for us after booking 2 weeks back on Booking.com. We fought for 30 mins to give me back my cash immediately and find somewhere else. Very high level of the unprofessionalism among people running that place. Eventually, they gave me back my money.
Everything is just bad. Luck we didn't sleep there. They must post real pictures of their place and stop deceiving people.

The place was ok . Just some rooms are to dark even with out electricity. One can't contact zoom meetings online . Some family with kids their have a tendance of violent behaviour even at late nights. It's not gud for visitors in general. But the manager is trying his best ..and really tray to keep peace .....
Room general light during the day. It is defeated that small chargeable cola light be put in the rooms ..

nothing unfortunately booked 14 night ,had to leave first this in the morning no refund...it was not for me ,
it is nothing compared to was is shown online ,was given a room which a person just checked out don't think the blanket were washed ,was not happy asked for a different room which they gave it was better but still the smell was not nice ,the kitchen is a mess dishes everywhere ,2 fridge that are very old no no its not value for money ,had to let my 5300 drown just like that but i choose comfort and security for anything i left first thing in the morning ,if you travel for business its not advisable,if maybe you just want to sleep and go you can try..they should improve the hygiene there and put some airfreshners or something .

Nothing at all, I received a call at around 17:00 while I was on my way telling me that the room I booked was not available. Then referred to Milnerton, house under construction, very dirty area from the floor, bathroom and shower were the worst. I cancelled around 19:00, given my money back (paid R385 but received R310 cash back) as I had to book another venue. The service was very poor and am not intending to book the Lodge at all
Nothing at all, I was so disappointed

The staff tried to make me comfortable
The fact that I booked a room and was told is not available because they forgot to update the system. Given a room without bathroom and what made it worse the water was cold in the morning. There are no towels, complementary tea/coffee or water. No glasses nothing. You literally get a bed and tv in not so clean place.

The host was welcoming though he seemed not to know anything.
The water was cold, the door can't be locked from outside, the room smells of mold or something moist. The sheets are hard and dont look clean. My last night, there was a commotion that went on and on for hours and the host failed to put it under control. I hardly slept!
5.0
I liked the quietness .. And friendliness of the staff..
