Stay if your not with family

Location location

Staff, tacos terrible and all rooms have animals in them so if you have allergies don't book. There is no designated animal floor. Not a big deal I love animals but their dander is invisible hard to clean up

Short stay at a "hip" hotel that was actually hip.

I like the cool atmosphere, the decor and the location. The room was VERY clean . Check out and in was also very easy as well. They also let me chill in the lobby until I needed to leave for my flight.

I genuinely didn't not dislike really anything. If I was to nitpick on something maybe it would be that I would have had to go downstairs for ice? But I really don't care about that.

I really enjoyed my stay and I was there for 2 weeks.

The vicinity to UT and local shops. It’s an inviting hotel with the bar as check in and really warm service from everyone who works there. The room was cute, clean and modern with great housekeeping every second day. No issues at all. I highly recommend the Moxy.

As a minimalistic hotel there is no laundry facility but there are 2 close by, or they can have your laundry sent out. No tea and coffee in room but free access in the morning at the check in area.

Super cool vibe, loved it!

Really cool bar area downstairs. Free cocktail open checkin! Taco bar downstairs open until 3am! The decor is really cool and the staff was so nice and friendly! I I could have stayed longer! Also free coffee downstairs in the morning. Really good coffee!!

The Moxy is my favorite hotel in the UT-Austin area!

Location to university is great! Staff is very friendly, helpful and accommodating! Room was clean & comfortable. I stay here often and really appreciate being welcomed back so warmly- thank you!

The bar closed at 10pm the night I arrived (I was told midnight) and the bartender didn’t want to fix me a free cocktail even though it was only a few minutes past 10. The bartenders here don’t “think of themselves like a customer (MBNA America).” It’s not the first time that I’ve noticed that they’re not customer-service friendly. The agent at the front desk kindly provided me with a complimentary bottle of water.

Great place to stay

So cute and comfy. Staff was so nice and welcoming. Loved being able to walk down Guadalupe to so many diff things.

Loved having the parking garage attached but didn’t love that it’s $45 a night.

I enjoy staying at the Moxy.

Love how close it is to where I needed to be and that the parking was secure.

There was vomit outside the elevator the entire time we were there. I told management every day, but it never got cleaned up.

It was close to meeting and the campus. It was more expensive than I would have like. It however was good for a one nigh

We loved the atmosphere at the Moxy! The staff is so nice and very helpful.

Overall our stay was amazing the only down side was we could hear the dogs on our floor. During the day it was fine but at night I could see some customers having trouble sleeping with the noise.

Stellar stay! Highly recommend!

The staff are super sweet and really helpful here. Their attentiveness really made a positive impact and honestly made my stay outstanding. Location was great and convenient. Near a bus stop and quick uber ride to popular places in Austin. The rooms are cute and clean. Our room was quiet and easy to sleep in. Lots of space in the lobby to sit to lounge, eat, play games, etc. The gym is decently nice for a hotel gym. Appreciate the towels and ear buds.

The rooms don't have certain amenities like a fridge and depending on which room you book, it can be a little small. But honestly the rooms are really cute and in really great condition for the value! Well worth the stay and we'd stay here again next time we're in Austin!

My stay was very nice, staff were very welcoming, and the entertainment was great!

Location was right across the street from UT campus, which made it very easy to find an uber or scooter to take out for travel. The room was comfortable and was spacious enough for two even though I was alone. They have a movie night every Thursday and it was a big hit, and the bar offers special drink themed with the movie which was very cool. I didn't have a chance to try the taco place in the lobby, but it sounded really good and had great reviews.

My bed was a little uncomfortable but not so much that it ruined my sleep, the mattress felt slightly sloped. The air conditioning in my room would also sometimes just decide to stay off at night, but it was also extremely hot outside, so it must have put a lot of stress on the system.

It was a good stay for one night, but I wouldn’t stay for several days at a time.

Very fun atmosphere!

There are no refrigerators of microwaves in the room, as well as, there are no ice machines on the floors. Parking is over priced especially because the parking lot is in a garage and street parking is only $2 per hr before 6pm
