Free parking is available at the complex but is first come, first serve. Additional parking is available on the street in front of the complex.

We provide starter sets of basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, etc. It will be the guest's responsibility to replace if any of these items run out during your stay. Generally there is plenty and this usually only impacts long term rentals.

We don't always know if the rental will match our expectations but this one did! It is very clean and new looking. Plus, it has all of the amenities of home. Washer and dryer, nice TV, fast internet, nice bedrooms and nice bathroom, kitchen, living room / dining room, etc. All of it in excellent condition. Sort of a home away from home! It was also very nice to have a unit to rent that is separate from the owners home. The owners were excellent to work with and made sure that everything went smoothly for us from check in to check out. They checked with us on a regular basis to make sure everything was okay. We'd highly recommend staying there! Couldn't have asked for a better experience with a rental unit!

Nice and clean 2 bedroom apartment in a great location. Very quiet and free parking. Upper floor/end unit. Looks out onto a playground. Hosts checked in with me several during my stay to make sure all was okay. I'll be booking this apartment again in the future.

It was wonderful. The decorating was very cute and made it feel very comfortable. Jerry and Natasha were more than communicative. Responding with answers to our questions in a mater of minutes, and then a follow up call. Half way through they checked in to make sure we didn’t need anything. Past my expectations!!!!

This property was excellent for our 2 night stay. The property was well equipped for dining, visiting and sleeping. Everything that you'd need for the aforementioned activities was provided, communication with property hosts were easy and fanswered frequently when called upon. We would definitely stay here again, we enjoyed our thoroughly!

We stayed 3 nights in this cute modern apartment. It was everything we needed. The host was in constant communication before, during and after our trip to make sure we were taken care of. This was a first for us renting a VRBO and it was a breeze. Easy check in, welcomed with air conditioned apartment, had towels, laundry soap, dish soap, board games, and the comfiest blankets bed and pillows. The kitchen was stocked with utensils, cookware, spices and even a waffle maker. Truly felt like home. We will stay again if we ever find our way back in the area. Location was great, there was a winco 30 seconds away and food not too far.

We stayed in this property for a week and it was very comfortable, beautifully decorated, all the things for cooking, about 5 min or less to Hwy 90 for easy access and close to grocery store. Would stay here again if we needed to stay in the area again! Property management was very responsive as well.

Enjoyed the stay. Great place with comfy beds. Neighbors were a bit loud, but turned on the white noise machine and all was good. Don’t pass this place up because it really is a great find. Will book it next time we are in Spokane.

3 night stay in a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. Same price as a hotel or cheaper with the convenience of being in a home. Comfortable beds, tv, great location, nice neighbors. Will rent again!

Very nice place, just as advertised. There is a bracket on the writing desk between the kitchen and the living room that caught me a couple times you might want to just take it off since it serves no purpose. When we went to make the pull out couch the sheets in the closet were very wet and we had to dry them to use them. If we hadn't used them you would have had a mildew issue. Cheers!

It was a great spot to spend our trip to Spokane, we had everything we needed and enjoyed the space. It was very easy to use, to book and to just show up and stay and leave when we were ready.

The apartment is very cozy! The couch is very comfy and the bed, I never wanted to get out. The neighbors are quiet and I forgot I was in an apartment. The Prop. managers were very responsive and easy to get in touch with. I enjoyed my time there and will go back the next chance I get.

The property had everything we needed. We had a very comfortable stay. It is a very nice unit! located on a quiet street but close to restaurants and stores. The owners were always very quick to answer our questions and were very accommodating. I left a book in the unit by mistake and they were extremely helpful when we returned to the property after checkout to get the book. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great apartment for my family of 4 (2 adults, a toddler, and an infant). It did feel a little out of the way but we were able to find a great spot for dinner and it was 20 min from Riverside park. The only downside to the ad - as a parent- was the picture that showed the playground was a bit misleading. The playground is actually part of another apartment complex and there is no access from this listing, so that was a bummer for our toddler. Overall great apartment.

Clean, well kept, nicely furnished. All kitchen needs were met. Host were great and were on top of all communications. Bedrooms need better blackout curtains to help with sleep. Photos could mislead potential guests to think there’s a playground available for use. (Neighbor apartments) Did not seem to be “newly constructed”. Important to emphasize this is an upstairs apartment and guests are “required to takeout insurance”. Bottom line this was a nice place with nice host but I don’t feel it was worth the $300/night we paid.

Located close to all the events we had to attend. It was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you could ask for! The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and teas. It was easy to cook meals with everything that was available. There was a lovely tray of snacks that covered everyones different taste buds. Large TV's to relax and unwind at the end of the day. Would stay here again if we are in the area.

Great communication. More importantly great place. Jerry and Natasha's place was fully equipped, lovingly decorated and super comfortable. We were actually amazed at how nice the place was, we could not have asked for a better location away from traffic and close to the grocery store. Again we were amazed.
