Ich war begeistert und höchst zufrieden.

Ein piekfeines, detailliert eingerichtetes schmuckes Haus. Veranda, Garten. Dazu höfliche, nette Gastgeber. Ein famoser, leider zu kurzer Aufenthalt. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft mit einer lieben Gastgeberin.

Wir sind sehr herzlich empfangen worden. Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet - alles sehr liebevoll vorbereitet. Am Morgen bekamen wir noch ein tolles Frühstück - alles in allem perfekt!

What a gem of a place to stay. Everything was lovely and the breakfast was delicious.

Tolles Ambiente. Nächstes mal würde ich gerne mit unseren Gastgebern essen. Sicher viel besser, als in der Stadt.

Sehr liebevoll und persönlich gestaltet. Tolles Frühstück, sehr nette Gastgeber.

La maison est très belle et le jardin magnifique Janet nous a laissé sa maison pour 2 jours et c était parfait

La chambre double est très petite et il est impossible d ouvrir une valise dans la pièce Attention la sdb est à partager avec la 2 eme chambre de la maison

Magic at Magnolia House

Magnolia house was lovely inside and out with an interesting cottage garden and every touch from the fresh flowers, fruit from the garden and home made toasted museli was special. Helen was lovely and had made hot cross buns served with breakfast, chocolate eggs on the table, special milk, yoghurt and butter served each morning. It was homely but so lovely. The outdoor area was comfy and had blankets to wrap up in with Autumn here. I was even given some plants I admired from the garden. We will definitely stay here again, a magical stay with a lovely host.

Comfortable, welcoming and charming

We stayed with another couple so had the b&b to ourselves. Janet, our host, was charming and we thoroughly enjoyed dinner with her and Konrad. The garden is very pretty and there’s a room just for guests leading out to it.

Great hosts and very comfortable stay!

The Hosts were great! Very friendly and most helpful. Bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. The separate tv/sitting/dining room for guests was very pleasant and the garden was amazing.

Excellent breakfast, comfy beds. Quiet location. Janet is a lovely host who made us feel very welcome. Good location for wineries and Aviation Museum.

Excellent place, excellent value, highly recommend.

Breakfast included with stay, the owner was nice and easy to communicate with and made us feel welcome with a personal message on a blackboard welcoming us . Nice environment inside modern and loved the bathroom for us to use. Outdoors is nice with having a lot of plants and a chicken 🐔 out there too. They had all the products I needed to use in the bathroom during my stay in the guest room drawers and had a couple of needed products set up in the bathroom.

It would've been excellent to have all the necessary items readily available on display, e.g. in the shower, conditioner and face wash, as I was caught out the night I stayed and used the shower not realising till I was part way through my shower a couple items weren't available 😅, thankfully everything was accessible in the guestroom, so I could use it in my next shower there and the owner was fine with me getting out and using what was available and required from the guest bathroom drawer to meet my needs 😊. Not being made aware via the Booking.com site prior to booking that another guest was going to also be staying that night as my partner likes to have as much space for ourselves as possible when staying somewhere. I was informed via text after the booking was made. No T.V. in the guest room to have that option and privacy away from the host and her partner and guest to just watch some programmes or series or movies with my partner 😊.

A perfect home from home!

We felt very welcome by Janet, who has decorated her home very tastefully. Everything was perfect - use of the guest lounge and the beautiful garden, delicious breakfast with quality ingredients, tea and coffee making facilities, and comfortable bed.

Magnolia House was a beautiful place to stay. We spent two nights there during our honeymoon and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Peaceful and relaxing stay.

Lovely clean house, home from home with a garden that we were lucky enough to see and enjoy. Janet also went above and beyond, not only picked us up from the station but, took us the airport to collect our hire car, first host i have ever had to do something like that, so thanks Janet.

Didn't like is not fair, but personally would prefer a harder bed and share bathroom could be an issue, but again we were the only guest so all good.

The house was very comfortable. Felt like home, the beautiful garden and the pet chicken added its loveliness. The host Janet was very friendly and welcoming. All the facilities and rooms were very clean and useful. Definitely going back again. Definitely recommend to others

The host delivered all we asked for and more. Very friendly. Clean warm and modern. The breakfast was better than cafes and restraints. Out standing.

Super comfortable and homely ♥️

Home was beautiful the gardens and outdoors well kept. The breakfast were delicious and coffee ☺️ I enjoyed my stay and it was close to my workplace. The host was super hospitable and I will be booking here again next time I'm in town for work. Thanks Janet!

We had a lovely stay. The owner was very pleasant, our room was great, and it was a quiet area.

Lovely fresh breakfast fruit - delicious. Very convenient location for the airport.

Bathroom was shared, but not really a problem.
