Just minutes to the beach, this spacious two-story, four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath townhome in amenity-filled Bayside at Bethany Lakes awaits you! Recently redecorated, freshly painted, and newly-recarpeted, this beach retreat offers all the comforts of home – all just a few short blocks to the community's clubhouse! The first floor boasts separate living, dining and family rooms, plus a half bath and a well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, French door refrigerator, and breakfast room. The second floor features two main suites (each with its own bath), plus two additional bedrooms and an additional full hall bath. Screened patio with beautiful water view! Central heat and air conditioning; washer and dryer; six flatscreen TVs, three DVDs, wireless Internet, gas fireplace, and charcoal grill.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
For use of amenities, guests are required to pre-register and pay a resort fee. The resort fee from May 15 to September 15 is $45 per person per week or $25 per person for 3 days or less. The resort fee from September 16 - May 14 is $30 per person per week or $20 per person for 3 days or less. Guests opting to use the amenities must pay ahead of time via PayPay and will receive a key FOB for access. Guests must return the key FOB to the check-in office or guests will be charged for replacement. There is also a limited day pass option: Daily passes are $10 per person per day and will be available on a limited basis (M-F excluding holidays starting at 9:00 a.m.). No key FOBs are available for daily use. All guests must abide by all community rules, including signing in and out of the Clubhouse.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

The house is well equipped with kitchen appliances, pots, pans and plates and there are plenty for the number of occupants the house promises to house. We would definately book for our next vacation!

We were looking for a quiet place close to the beach but far enough away from the noise and traffic, a short 2 mile drive to the beach was perfect for us. The house was beautiful and the double living room made it great for the football fans and the non fans. The screened in porch was nice. Two down sides, the pool area was not included in the rental and costs $300 more for the week, the second down side was no garage door openers to place in the vehicle and had to leave the car run while we had to go inside the house to open the automatic door and get back in the vehicle to park.

Carpets were filthy, broken first floor toilet !! Not useable & when we reported it they told us that the owner was told prior to repair or replace it. Floors dirty & dried blood drips on the hardwood.

The house easily accommodated 11 women for a cousins weekend getaway. The house open floor plan was convenient for cooking and game night activities The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials. There was an issue with the upstairs hallway bathroom - no hot water to take showers on our final day. Overall we enjoyed our stay but the house could use a deep cleaning.

This was my first visit to Delaware. This home was absolutely beautiful. All the bedrooms was a very nice size and the community is very friendly and quiet. I would definitely rent again.

We’ve stayed in this development 4 times over the past 10 yrs, we’re always very satisfied as you can hit the clubhouse and pool or make the short drive to the beach and the Bethany Boardwalk

1st you have to pick up the keys at the rental office if you pay to use the pool gym ect you show the rental place the proof you paid through pay pal they give you key fob to use ,to gain access the pool house has a sitting room gym hot tub game room so much to do ...how to get there I asked a neighbor ,walk left of the house go on the path till you hit the street make a left red and white building . The house is big and by the pictures you would think it's closed off but it's not so many places to watch TV and play games comfy beds and couches great master bedroom it's giant we had 12 and it still felt big, a 7 minute drive to bethany beach cute little boardwalk ....so many restraunts around there ,ocean city md boardwalk was a 30 minute drive. Literally 30 seconds from the house is a supermarket ...also 6ish minutes is a Weiss and giant supermarket..perfect location beautiful house we had a great vacation in bethany beach.

Upon arrival the house was very dirty. Floors sticky , laundry left on washer. 😫 trash under bed in double room, soap spot on carpeted floor in that room also. Food left in dishwasher that was rotten and smelled.
Internet was very slow, family room Tv after the storms was not connecting to the internet . Ceiling fan in full room needs replaced only works on slow speed and almost falling off ceiling, very dirty a/c return vent I. Ceiling of hallway. Could use a new coffee pot and pot/pans and some other necessities. Overall impression not that great. Many tickets placed for issues I found during our stay. Owner made aware of the issues.

This home was perfect for our extended family! The back screened in porch was a huge hit! We loved how close we were to the beach and the grocery store. We also loved the Clubhouse and outdoor pool! We will be staying here again!

The house was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Everything about this house was wonderful with one exception. The WiFi was extremely slow, and with my wife having to do about an hour of work from home every morning it was hard for her to stay connected. Besides that there were no issues whatsoever

Highly Recommended for Families
Family had a blast staying here. Unit was very spacious for our 2 families and in a great location. The neighborhood felt quiet and secluded which was perfect for isolating. My wife is very picky about cleanliness and she had little complaints with this unit. There were multiple playgrounds for the kids to walk to and the community center was a short walk as well. The indoor pool is on the smaller side but being off season was empty for us. Bethany was a short drive and a grocery store is located down the street for added convenience. Would not hesitate to rebook for our next trip.

Bethany Property Management is BAD
I have stayed at several properties managed by VACASA in Bethany. The team there does NOT communicate and the 2 properties I stayed at there were not cleaned well and the condition was suspect. I stayed a third time just now using a different management company and the difference was overwhelming

Had a wonderful time loved ever min of it. The only downfall was the internet couldn't keep up with more then 5 people on it.

Just to let you guys know the blender was broken and the hinge on the upstairs bedroom door was loose.
