Disappointed with hotel basics, ability to sleep and shower.

The room was updated and clean.

Not a big deal, but TV didn't work, kept shutting off. True issues were I was woken up three times during the night due to incredibly loud exterior doors opening and closing and then couldn't take a shower in the morning because there was no hot water. I'd be fine with a lukewarm shower, but this was not even that.

This is a hotel that can basically meet the needs of accommodation.

The hotel is newly renovated and relatively clean. It's good to have a coffee machine downstairs.

I want to issue an invoice for accommodation, but the front desk told me that the room booked on BOOKING cannot be issued an invoice. In fact, I called the front desk when I booked the hotel. After I got home, I went to BOOKING to check. I was told that only the hotel has the right to issue invoices. So far, the invoice problem has not been resolved, and I don't know how to reimburse it.

We didn’t stay as it was not fit to stay.

I like that we were Refunded.

The room was FOUL. There were shaving clippings in and around sink. There were clumps of hair in shower drain and on shower walls. There were multiple brown stains on the bedding. Stains on the floor. I would not allow my dog to stay there.

Clean, safe environment with nice staff. Ok value considering proximity to Cambridge.

Friendly, helpful staff; great location, convenient parking, plenty of hot water for showering

A few minor things: broken towel bar in bathroom, hair dryer was MIA, no microwave, no stir stick with sugar/creamer packets, room could have used more light.

Affordable + free parking is a great perk. Located relatively close to music venue (Roadrunner) we were attending a show at that night.

On 3/23 we arrived back at the hotel around midnight after our concert and discovered that the entire Inn had lost power, apparently a power line went down somewhere near by. Obviously this was not the fault of the Inn, but it was a major inconvenience to not have lights or phone charging ability for the rest of the night while we were trying to socialize with friends. The desk clerk in the morning was not very helpful when we asked about the possibility of a discount/refund and we were told to just call later when a manager would be on duty. If not for this unfortunate situation the stay would have been great, the room was plenty comfortable and well furnished for the price.

It’s served it’s purpose for a short stay. A shopping mall is close by .

On the street side the rooms are a bit noisy. Despite that I had a good sleep.

The hotel was so quiet, I felt like I was the only one there. Great bathroom. All looked brand new lots of space

I can't find anything wrong. TV was little hard to navigate. Couldn't find local TV channels.

Superb

The small window type window AC/Heater look s brand new and it works so well. I really satisfied with the climate inside the room.

It was power electric failure for almost 3-4 hours one night during my stay. The water temperature from shower is not hot enough but just ok for quick shower.
