This custom-built retreat boasts 4500 square feet of luxurious living space and a private heated pool for your enjoyment.
Step inside and be greeted by the grand foyer that leads to a spacious great room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen. The dining area features a large table that seats 12, while additional seating for 6 can be found at the kitchen island. The kitchen is a chef's dream with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a gas stove, and beautiful granite countertops. The main level also features a master suite with a king-size bed and private bath, complete with a separate shower and garden tub. This bedroom provides access to the pool deck, as well as the living area. A laundry room, half bath, and a queen bedroom with a private bath are also located on this level.
Upstairs, the second level is designed to accommodate your whole family, with 5 additional bedrooms, a huge family room, and a wet bar. The left side of the stairs is home to the second master suite, with a king-size bed and private bath. On the right side, a queen bedroom shares a jack-and-jill bath with a twin bedroom. The expansive den features a large sectional sofa and is perfect for family movie nights or downtime for the kids. Beyond the den, you'll find two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with twin beds. These bedrooms also share a jack and jill bath. Private decks can be accessed from the den, king suite, and one of the bedrooms. There is also a full bath adjacent to the family room. This home is meticulously designed with elegant upgrades and thoughtful amenities that will make your stay unforgettable. Enjoy easy access to the beach and all that Hilton Head Island has to offer.
