Please enjoy our cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo that sleeps 7 comfortably in beds and has everything you can think of, and just minutes from Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake and the famous Branson Strip! Can sleep up to 9 with a queen air mattress located in a second bedroom closet if needed.

Two of the bedrooms each feature a cozy & luxurious queen-sized bed, and a third bedroom provides a queen bed with a pull-out sleeper trundle that sleeps 3 total in the room. Each bedroom is complete with its own flat-screen smart TV to stream your favorite movies and tv shows. Prepare any meal you desire in the modern kitchen that comes well-equipped with everything you will need, along with a coffee bar. Please enjoy the quaint & wistful backyard patio area complete with bistro lights for both daytime and after-hours enjoyment.

Relax on the leather couch or chair while you enjoy your favorite Netflix movies on the 60-inch flat screen tv in the spacious living room; or play some of our family's favorite boards games while you're making memories! If you have any questions please text me direct at 417-230-6565.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It’s super cute and clean and has lots of perks! The decor is very pretty and it comes with the nicest coffee bar :) The location is great and not far from all local activities. The host was wonderful. Highly recommend.

While we enjoyed our stay at this cute place for our girls' trip, there were a few things that need attention: • The floors appeared clean, but after walking around barefoot the first night, the bottoms of our feet were black. • The bathroom had quite a bit of dark hair on the floor, and no one in our group has dark hair. • When we pulled out the trundle bed, the sheet was covered with what looked like dog hair and there was some dirt or crumbs on it. We pushed it back under, and our 7th person slept on the couch. • We ran out of toilet paper in one of the bathrooms and couldn't find any extra. So, we had to take some off of the role in the other bathroom (as it's second role was already in use) and put in the other bathroom. • Upon arrival, there were crumbs on the table and the coffee bar. • The sink in the left bathroom does not drain well. • We could hear footsteps from the unit above during all hours of the night, which disturbed our sleep. Not really a big deal, we just got tired of it after a while. On a positive note, the place is decorated really nicely and stayed cool during our stay. The beds all slept really nice. With a good, deep clean, this place has a lot of potential!

The host was really friendly. The condo was really clean, and the area wa really peaceful. The day before we checked out, I called the host about staying another day. Unfortunately, another host was arriving the day we were checking out. Great stay.

I am usually not one to complain but we had several issues with cleanliness. The smell as soon as we stepped inside was a smell mixed between dog urine and smoke. Reminded me of an old motel smell. It was beautifully decorated but very dirty. I walked on the floor for about 30 minutes and the bottom of my feet were black. The bedding had stains and looked like the sheet weren’t fresh. One of the toilet seats was about to fall off. The patio area was covered with dirt and bugs. I think the whole place needs a good deep cleaning and some fresh paint might help too. It could be a great place but not for us…

We were attending a conference at Chateau on the Lake and needed a place close by to stay. Not only was it in a great location in relationship to the venue, but the unit was very clean, roomy, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Nice and reasonable ground floor condo. It was clean, well stocked kitchen, and easy access to town. The location is out of the traffic in town and easy to get to from the strip or sdc. This is ground floor so you can hear everything upstairs, and in the hallway between units. There is no view from this unit but there is a small back porch with a table. My only issue was that there was only one front door lock, electronic, that can be used to get in from the outside using a code. As women we would of felt safer with additional locks or latches inside. Overall a good deal for price if safety concern addressed. The neighborhood was not concerning and we did not bring up this concern with anyone.

Overall the place was fine. Beds were comfortable. We liked the location. Pool is small so we didn't use. Too many people. Needs a deep cleaning. Our main concern was small bathroom had broken toilet lid and my 86 y/o mom almost fell in the floor. New toilet lid in closet so they knew it was broken.

Cute condo. Good location, it was 8 minutes from the strip. Beds were okay. Walls are thin. We could hear the upstairs neighbors every step. You go out to the back porch, and you stare at a huge rock wall. I didn’t care for that, nor did I know that was there due to the photo angle in the pictures. The pool is small, and gets crowded fast. Dog friendly.

The condo was a great place for our family. It had a charming porch with lighting if you wanted to enjoy your coffee outside. We had sufficient supplies for our stay. If you are on the first floor you can hear the movement of the people upstairs. It was a great location for all of the Branson highlights.

Great place. Clean. Just as they describe. It’s not in the middle of everything and very quiet but less than 2 miles to ihop and white water. Closer to SDC than the landing. Easy to get to. Can’t wait to stay again!!!!!’

My brother and I took our 83-year old mom to Branson for Christmas, and this condo was perfect for our stay. The unit was clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas. Most VRBOs we have stayed in have bath gel. This has shampoo and conditioner. The listing promoted a hot chocolate bar, which was true, but there were only two packets of hot cocoa mix. I messaged the owner and she offered to bring soap and more hit cocoa. By that that time, we had already gone to the store and bought the items. It was nice of her to offer. I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our time in Branson so much! This condo was very easy to get to and great location. It was perfect for our whole group, the beds were all comfortable! We cooked and played games and and had everything we needed. Nikki was quick to respond to a request we had and had the condo decorated so it felt like home. We will definitely be back to stay again!

The condo was very comfortable, had most everything we needed, and is close to the outlet mall, making it perfect for our girl’s shopping weekend. First floor access was a big plus and the beds were super comfortable! We loved the holiday decor and the warm, fluffy throws in the living room. My only complaints would be the noise from the occupants walking around upstairs, the dirty toilets and dirty coffee pot. and lack of facial tissue. Nevertheless, we would come back.

The condo was excellent. We took my little nephew who is 3 to branson for the Christmas lights but let me tell you when you walk into this condo and they way they had it decorated was fantastic. Big Christmas tree and decorations everywhere. He was calling it out Holiday House. ALL I CAN SAY IS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL STAY. We will be back!!

Brought four ladies near and dear to my heart for a girls early holiday weekend, before holiday chaos ensues for us all, we had a wonderful stay. Condo was decorated for the holidays, which made the getaway even more meaningful for us all, from the minute in until the minute out…communication was great with owner, condo was just as advertised, clean and not to far off the beaten path, but just enough. Would highly recommend this unit.

This was a fantastic place to stay. It met our needs very well. I had difficulty figuring out the digital lock but that is just because I have never had that type of lock before. Also some confusion because had two different addresses on paperwork I had printed off ( 2912 + 1229). We would stay again at this location as it was very nice and worked out wonderfully for our family.

This property had everything we needed. It was cute & comfy. It was in a great location for a nearby wedding & family gathering we were attending at the chateau cove lodges. Our host was responsive and very helpful with our needs, since we came from out of state and were not entirely familiar with that area. Would definitely stay again.

All of loved the décor, the open layout of living room to kitchen. Everything was just right for us. It was a bit smaller than we thought from pictures, but this did not have any affect on our family get together. Will stay again next time.
