Kayaks were supposed to be included but we’re not available to us. Outside grounds were not well maintained. Inside was pleasant, Kitchen was not stocked with basic staples like dish detergent, trash bags, etc.

The property is located on what seems to he the quieter end of the lake, which we appreciated. When we arrived, the house looked clean. When pulling down the comforter on one of the beds, it was obvious that it had not been washed. There was something on it, so it was rolled up and put in a cabinet. There were bathrooms towels to use, but one has noticeable rust stains on over half of it. The kitchen area was a disappointment. There were no baking dishes to use for something like a casserole. The only things for the oven were flat pans. There was not a measuring cup or measuring spoons. There were less than 12 forks available which meant we had to was forks to eat a second meal. There were more spoons. On the website, it was stated there were pantry items. The only items I saw which I would consider pantry items were 2 types of cooking oil and paper towels. There was no dishwashing detergent, which we could have brought had that been noted. The boat dock was nice for fishing off of and docking the jet ski. The home could be better with some improvements. We would not stay there again.

We really enjoyed our family vacation here. The house was perfect for our needs and you couldn't ask for a better location! The dock was perfect for our small inflatable boat and our Lab loved jumping in right from the backyard and swimming in the lake. Christie was quick to answer questions ahead of our stay and we would certainly stay here again!

Great week with family at this cozy home on the water. The house was well equipped with cooking needs and a gas grill. 7 Minutes to Fort Ticonderoga and even less to town and right on the water. We brought our boat and it was super convenient to walk out to the covered boat house.

We enjoyed our stay on this beautiful, scenic property . This lakehouse was the perfect place to relax and have fun. It was both clean and cozy, and the owners were very nice and easy to communicate with. The attractive deck and yard were spacious and comfortable. Great place. Great stay.

We had an amazing week. From kayaking, to fishing , to boating, campfires, we made the most of a true ADK experience.
Each bedroom , and main room had fans which we appreciated. New and clean appliances, the bathroom / shower spotless. We loved the oversized picnic table for family dinners. We traveled with our 21ft boat which fit perfectly in the boathouse for easy access.
Can't beat this location, we love the quietness of TI and close proximity to Wind-chill, Stewart's/Walmart, 5 Nations for golf, Cook Mtn for a hike.
We hope to stay again next year, thank you for a great stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful time here! The place looks exactly as described. The lodge is rustic but wonderful and very clean. There is ample outdoor space with many chairs, a fire pit, and a nice dock. Everything about this process was easy.

We had a lovely week on the lake. We brought a boat and the dock was great along with an amazing nearby boat ramp. We kayaked, went tubing and fishing. The house was very cute and newly remodeled. The yard and fire pit were great for hanging out. We loved the Nadeau’s farm stand for local produce and Wind Chill Factory for ice cream.

Relaxing on Lake George
The house was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the easy lake access and short drive (or walk) into Ticonderoga. Beware the morning sun in the summer is extremely bright in one of the bedrooms, but early mornings mean more time on the water. We brought our own kayaks and were able to slide right into the water at the shore. The covered dock was convenient for the boat we rented from Snug Harbor. Probably the only surprise we had was the amount of weeds in the water near shore/dock. We were able to swim off the end of the dock without getting into too many weeds, but walking to shore wasn’t something we wanted to do. Overall, a fun place to visit and forget about “the real world” for a while.

Perfect Cottage on the Lake
We thoroughly enjoyed our week at this Adirondack themed cottage. The house has 3 bedrooms and one and half baths. The house is newly renovated and has all of the amenities you'll need away from home.
My favorite part about the house, are the three giant sliding doors that open up to views of the lake. And the backyard is a perfect spot for a nap in the hammock or to sit and roast marshmallows around the firepit.
The house is situated at the tip of Lake George in a no wake area. We enjoyed kayaking and brought our boat. The house also has a boat house/dock where my children spent hours fishing.
We ventured out and enjoyed some hiking in nearby Silver Bay and visited Fort Ticonderoga, both a short drive from the house. And there is a Wal-Mart and Dollar Tree about 5 minutes for any items you may have forgotten.
We have rented countless lake homes over the past decade and this is the first one that we would definitely come back to!

Relaxing Retreat
The property appeared to have been recently updated and was very clean upon arrival. Having never visited the Ticonderoga area of Lake George, we really enjoyed the property’s location on the lake and having the use of the on-site dock/boat slip.

This sweet home is located at the quiet end of Lake George, convenient to Ticonderoga for necessary shopping and the morning paper. The area is full of history, hikes, and landmarks worth exploring, but the best part of the day is coming back to this lakeside house to relax on the deck, barbecue, swim, kayak and end the day with a campfire at sunset. So glad we found this treasure to enjoy together.

The camp was wonderful. Our family enjoyed the large deck with a lake view and lake access. There was plenty of room to relax and enjoy. Swimming and kayaking from the yard was great. Bonus—room for our dogs to run in the yard. We look forward to returning in the future.

Great family vacation!
This home has been recently renovated and has an Adirondack cabin feel, but also very new and modern. The master bedroom has sliding class doors to the deck facing the lake and the living and dining areas have Great Lake views. It’s great for swimming with a covered dock and ladder on the dock. The deck is new and there is a gently sloping lawn to the lake and dock. Also a really great hammock. There is space for one boat. We rented a boat from Snug Harbor, North which is a four minute drive from the house or a fifteen minute kayak. The house itself is in a quiet neighborhood on a quiet lake inlet, but amazingly it is only about five minutes from Ticonderoga (groceries, souvenirs, Walmart). Great for families who may need to pick stuff up. The hosts were great. When we contacted them a couple of times before arrival with questions as well as questions while at the lake, they responded within minutes. We gave our hosts and this house a five star rating.
