Fabulous

What a little gem this place is. Cheng, one of the main staff, is wonderful, knowledgeable, and helpful. She helped us sort out ferries, tuk tuk, and buses. Loved it.

Steps up to the room were quite steep, but that is a minor quibble.

Ruhig, familienfreundlich, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Zu unserer Zeit wurde die Unterkunft von einer sehr netten Familie geführt. Sie waren liebevoll und freundlich zu unseren Kindern und uns. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß im Pool und mit den zwei Jungs der Familie. :-) Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen (wenn sich die Chance ergibt) und wir können die Unterkunft für jedermann empfehlen. Unserer Meinung nach ist das der schönste Platz in ganz Sihanoukville.

Un accueil chaleureux

L'accueil des propriétaires. Ils sont vraiment charmants. Nous avons passé un bon moment à discuter autour du verre qu'ils nous ont offert à notre arrivée. Ils nous ont bien conseillé pour notre départ vers l'île de Koh Rong Sanloem. La chambre était grande et confortable. La piscine que nous avons pu utiliser malgré notre arrivée tardive.

Oasis of tranquility with a lovely friendly welcome

Lovely Chen, the proprietor, greets you with a sunny smile. She is so helpful and the place is an oasis of tranquility in a noisy busy city. Lovely bar area with small pool to cool down in. I had a huge, light toom with a balcony. Good choice of breakfast and an order-in service for dinner which was great. Highly recommended.

Det perfekte overnatningssted i Cambodias mest ucharmerende by

Manoha villa er en lille oase i en absolut ikke charmerende by. Ægteparret som driver stedet var noget af det sødeste. De hjalp os med færgebilletter til Koh Rong. De bestilte mad til os på hotellet. Vi opbevaret sågar meget af vores bagage på stedet mens vi besøgte Koh Rong. De var ærlige og hjælpsomme som var det egen familie. Meget unikt.

Alt var godt og specielt til den lave overnatningspris

Quiet and relaxing. Friendly with great service.

The place feels tropical. So relaxing. Small Pool. Plenty of places to sit outside. The owner was amazing. So friendly and helpful. When she went to bed you could help yourself to all drinks, soft and alcoholic and you were trusted to add to your tab. Ramen/Pot Noodles are free as if coffee. The outside garden is very up together, clean and tidy.

The property requires some maintenance. Balcony, fascia’s, wooden decking to seating area. Property could to with some TLC. That is down to the owners, not the lady that runs it. She works very hard and puts her heart and soul into it.

Never go to Sihanoukville

Die Besitzerin ist so freundlich und bemüht es jedem recht zu machen, dass sie dadurch schon fast den Müll und Dreck der umgebenden Strassen wett macht. Ihr Restaurant Empfehlung war sehr gut! Ein von Unicef gefördetes Hilfsprojekt für Jugendliche.

Die Umgebung. Die Stadt. Sihanoukville ist einfach nur der Horror schlechthin!!

Manoha villa er et rigtigt fint sted at tage en overnatning efter den lange køretur fra Siem Reap og inden man tager fær

I en ellers helt og aldeles ucharmerende by ligger denne lille perle, hvor man bor til en yderst fair pris. Vores familieværelse var simpelt, men virkelig rent og pænt. Der var tilmed en fin, lille pool, som ungerne kunne svømme i om morgenen.

Det sidste stykke vej hen til hotellet var en kende “bump’et” og ej asfalteret.

Så hyggeligt sted med fantastisk service

Et fantastisk hyggeligt sted midt i byen, forvalteren var så sød og tog imod os med åbne arme da vi ankom. Der var gode forbindelser til noget at spise og vi kunne bestille morgenmad hos hende. Der var ad libitum kaffe og kop nuddles og vi kunne bare tage øl og vand i køleskabet og sætte det på værelses regningen. En hyggelig, dog meget lille pool var dejlig i varmen. Virkelig hyggeligt og fantstisk til prisen også

Beliggenheden var ikke så god, et rodet og beskidt område, men vi var ikke utrygge overhovedet på trods af det.

Perfekte Unterkunft in der Stadt

Was für ein liebenswerter und herzlicher Empfang. Ich habe mich sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top und dieses Gästehaus ist einfach perfekt als Unterkunft in der Stadt. Sehr hilfsbereit in der Planung der Weiterreise. Ausstattung mit allem was man braucht. Kaffee, Tee und Wasser sind frei. Alles sehr familiär und einfach wunderbar.

The Place to be in Sihanoukville 🇰🇭

Es war ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Alles war perfekt. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich lieb und hilfsbereit. Man kann sich rund um die Uhr an der Bar bedienen. Kaffee und Snacks sind sogar kostenlos. Die Gastgeber haben sich super um die Gäste gekümmert z.B. Ausflüge und Transfer organisiert. Es war eine Oase der Ruhe, man kann sich hier richtig gut erholen. Mein Zimmer war sehr schön und groß mit Terrasse. Die Matratze war excellent, ich habe schon lange nicht mehr so gut geschlafen. Nochmals vielen Dank an die Gastgeber, Ihr wart unglaublich. The Place to be in Sihanoukville 🥰.

Mir hat alles gefallen. Besser geht es nicht.

Best place for a quiet garden and pool downtown Sihanouk city

Very nice and warm welcome, we were like in a family house, we met Chen and her children. We can talk with her in French or English, very good advices for restaurants. Incredible peacefulness place and garden in the center of busy Sihanouk city! Walking distance to the beaches and sunset view point or to the north to central market.

A better road for the last 100 meters to the villas! But it means also very few traffic on that small road, perhaps better to stay with this setup😉

Perfekt - we loved it!

Besser als das wird es in Sihanoukville nicht. In dieser wenig schönen Stadt, ist das eine perfekte Ruheinsel. Die Eigentümer sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer gemütlich und dennoch geräumig, kostenloses Auffüllen von Wasser, Kaffee und Tee. Der Pool bietet die nötige Erfrischung.

What a little gem!!

Felt at home, the host lady was very friendly and helpful. Literally feel like you’ve joined a family and looked after. The room was perfect also.

The dirt road to it is quite bumpy, but don’t let this put you off, the tuk tuks managed to get up it.

The owners are beyond helpful - we couldn’t have survived literally without everything they did for us - island booking (at local better price) ferry booking, tuk tuk, the list goes on.

getting there is a nightmare - but again owners had forewarned and given driver number so he could call and find it.

Perfect oasis for a stay in Sihanoukville.

Lovely villa with warm hospitality; the welcome drink by the pool was much appreciated! The room was large and comfortable. Owners were very helpful with dinner suggestions and arranging taxi to the airport.

Surrounding neighbourhood was safe despite initial impressions and it will be much improved once garbage pick-up becomes the norm in Sihanoukville.

So so so comfortable and clean. Big water dispenser in the room. Tea and Coffee available for free. The host was lovely and the whole place was spotless! The WiFi was also great.
